Came in there to get my Samsung s23 ultra screen replaced. They over charged me and gave me a generic screen replacement. I was charged $280 to receive a new screen with a thick black border. They also replaced my original S-pen with a generic one. Upon leaving suddenly my s pen that I had been using for the last month since I had broke my screen, No longer went inside my phone easily. My son dropped his phone, and my biggest mistake to take it to this location. The phone still don't work they put parts that are from other phones that don't even fit. And to kindaa fix the gaps they used some kind of cilicon and didn't even cleaned the glass that was in the phone and they charged me $200. Dls. WARNING DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS Came in recently to have my phone repaired in order to get the pictures off my phone including my mother who recently passed. My phone screen was broke and had a lock on it prior to dropping it off. When I dropped it off I explained i only wanted to reepair the phone in order to get the stuff off and had a new phone already. I reiterated for them not to reset my phone in the process. Ultimately came in to pick it up and it was reset. All my pictures and data. The only reason why I was getting it repaired. Gone are the pics of my mom. I was told my screen would be put back on And I could come get my phone back. Hide my wife go to pick up my phone today and they still have the repaired screen on saying that I 0 $250 for the repair when i never wanted the phone repaired for the use of the phone at only in order to be able to have access to the phone and its contents. Every time I come in this store it is a mess and the manager supposedly is never available. I would never do business with these people again or recommend anyone going here. I went in there 4 months ago with 2 phone : one with a charging issue and the other one a screen issue. I was charged $150 per phone to fix the problems . At the end I had to miss work a few times and they couldn't fix them. One of the ladies that works there , is a real disaster in terms of communication and customer service. Her exact words were " i know the type". Even over the phone she still communicates the same way. Every time i go there , they can't find my phones , and eveyone treats me like i am a problem on top of that. The last option was we are going to change the digitizer as well but will charge me $100 if it works. Unfortunately it didn't work and i was still charged . After months of patience I am still left without my phones and a laptop battery as well. I went there a few times with no sign of success. Driving for 2 hours is already a frustration and when you get to your destination is even more chaotic. If i can't fix something i refer the customers or clients to a reliable source. Honestly i don't expect them to fix everything but the level of unprofessionalism , the lack of knowledge is what hurt the most. Tl; dr Abraham is a douchbag and I will stay away from the whole city if it means I wont run into any of the horrible staff. Pitiful customer service My dad bought an iphone xs max last year unlocked. When he restarted the phone the carrier switched to sprint. I went to the store for him to fix the problem (He needed the phone to be unlocked because he switched his sim card for when he goes to Mexico). I went on Sunday to the store, they told me to come back in 4 hours and it'll be fixed. I knew it'd be too late in the day for me to make it. So I said I'll just leave the phone and come back Monday. I call monday- phone isn't ready. Call Tuesday- they said they cant fix the problem because of some software thing going on so i should stop by to pick it up. So Wednesday comes around and I go to pick up my unfixed phone. Abraham, the worker, tells me that they actually can fix it, but it would take 40 minutes. What?! I will admit i was giving a bit of an attitude as it had been since sunday that I have wanted my phone fixed. I get the phone from Abraham and notice that the IMEI is different and MAGICALLY my phone went from 256 gb to 64gb. I think thats enough to make anyone agitated. I go up to Abraham and tell him that he gave me the wrong phone and that I feel robbed. Without apologizing, he gets the phone and says he'll fixed it but it wont be ready until TOMORROW. I leave, but then suspicious that I would get swindled again, I go back to ask him to print a receipt stating that they owe me an iphone xs max with 256 gb. He gets sooo pressed, but he does it. He was giving me a horrible attitude and embarrassed me in front of the other customers. I leave but then go back to the store because my dad (the actual owner of the phone) tells me to just go get the original phone and leave. I go back and another worker assists me because Abraham clocked out - lucky him. We start going back and forth and I start tearing up a bit because I just wanted my phone back untouched. I end up crying because he just wouldnt give it to me. He ends up offering me a brand new phone (im pressuring because he wanted me to stop crying in front of everyone) and right when im about to leave I ask if i could take a pic of the original box to have proof of where the phone came from and the owner screams at me that Ive caused enough trouble and to "get the f** out" . Great little spot. I got a micro sim stuck in a mini sim port and they got it out, sized the sim right, and installed it for me. For no charge! Small parking lot, but very nice inside.
