Came to this place hoping it would solve my problem of my playstation overheating , turns out this just made my life so much harder , the guy Nathan that works here was given me false information on what my problem was and would make me wait 2 days to finally tell me what the issue was constantly tellin me i'll receive an update but then being left on seen or delivered . I finally got told the problem when I had actually showed up in PERSON. because i was tired of not being updated on something so simple and wanted to take to a new place , then on top of that he wanted 180$ to fix it , and 100$ for labor if i got the parts myself that's a whole tire installation fee to fix a gaming console lol. Literally though, they had a bunch of boxes just laying on the floor and a bunch of guys, just digging through them. Came in to fix my iPhone and iPad screens at the same time. I was super excited that they where able to fix's them both under 20 mins! However! The quality on the screens were shitty af I was charge an arm and a leg on top of all that the screen only lasted two days, by the third day the screens were falling off. I went back to get a repair and they wanted to recharge me all over again they claimed that the screens were not fixable and needed a new set. I'm very disappointed on the quality of their work. They chose not to respond and when I called them out on it they said I had to drive all the way out there which, from my location, is not a small drive across the street but about 40 miles to which he was not sympathetic about. If I could give negative stars I would. First off they have the cheapest products around. Going to get your phone screen fixed? Save yourself the headache and go to iRepair down the street. These people have SHITTY phone screens. Screen will last you about 2/3 weeks before it doesn't work and these people don't actually have a warranty on it they just say they do then make you an excuse on why they can't give you a new one. (This next part I actually find funny) They change the price on screen repairs every time you go in there. One day it'll be $80 then the next it's $115 and the other it'll be $120 do not let them lie to you they charge $80 they'll swear to their mothers they don't charge that cheap but I've gotten that deal every time they just forget your face and try to up charge you it's honestly funny. To TOP it all off I went to another phone repair place down the street and they ask me "have you ever gotten your phone fixed anywhere else?" This is honestly the best service I've ever had. I came in on a whim after my screen got this permanent bright green line that kept glitching and I didn't want to wait for an Apple appointment. Went to this spot because its down the street from my apartment because i wanted to see if they can my iphone due to me running it over in my truck it didn't get bent or nothing just the rear glass broke on it and a couple days later my charging port stopped working So i took it in for a quote they told me it be $350 to fix the whole frame with all new parts I agreed to the price and they told me it be ready next day by 11 so i waited next day i go in at 11 a different guy tells me its not ready that the glue needed to dry up and it should be done in 2 hours so went 2 hours later phone was ready and the guy told me price went down because he swapped the rear glass and he replaced the charging port i said okay and paid him he was cool enough to hook me up with a case and screen protector for my phone since it took longer than expected and as soon as i was on my way home i get a call and my speaker isnt working so the other person on call could not hear me and it kept restarting as well don't know why but I decided to check the phone out i aslo found out my flash stopped working and the rear glass was coming up from one side which they replaced so this time i took it back and told them what was going on told me it was covered by warranty and they will fix it they even let me borrow a loaner phone which was cool of them since i didnt have a phone at the moment he tells me come back Thursday and i tell him ill come back friday so it could give them enough time to fix it and he said that's perfect so when I started leaving another guy tells me that they will fix the problem since it was on them i said okay came back Friday and they said they don't have a frame for my phone so my phone was not ready different guy asks for my number so he can text me updates so on Saturday i text him to see if theres any update they reply saying they been trying with different frames and it wouldn't work he told me Sunday the frame should be there i didn't bother going Sunday since it was easter so i go Monday and ask them if my phone was ready they tell me they still haven't received no frame when i tell the guy they texted me Saturday the frame should be here Sunday he told me we don't get delivery's Sunday my frame should get here Wednesday at this point i was upset and mad already so i just ended up buying a new phone from them paid 1200 cash i needed a phone and i ended getting back my iPhone took it to another spot explain to them what happened he told me i have a frame in stock we agreed on price told me it should be ready by the end of the day during the day he calls me saying phone was missing some parts and screws that hold the the motherboard in place and the speaker that this place didn't bother to put in guy was cool enough to take pictures to tell me about it went to pick up my iPhone and it was working perfect brand new am not sure whats up with this place don't know if they have actual people that know how to fix phones but this isn't good for business there customer service is good just don't understand what was taking them so long to fix it and didn't even fix it and got it back with missing screws and parts i would recommend another spot that fixes phones read more

Went to ifix in rialto off of baseline (next to superior market) to get a small crack on the back of my phone fixed, my brand new iPhone my boyfriend bought me just 4 days before. When I picked it up they asked me for my phone case and put it on before handing it back to me. They told me to come back the next day to have my lens replaced (they broke that as well, see pictures). I get home and take the case off and saw numerous scratches on the housing of my phone. I called them right away and was told to bring the phone back. The next day I returned and was told there's nothing that can be done to fix the scratches on the housing (I was told verbatim "sorry there's nothing we can do to fix the phone "), but the lens can be replaced... I was told to come back in two days to see what the tech can do. Me and my bf came right back and spoke to a rude manager who was very defensive and unprofessional. He told us that once they receive the lens to bring the phone back and they will give me a new housing. Remind you they told me they could fix my lens the next day. I asked for my money back ($100) and he refused. We came back a few days later (Thursday) and left the phone. We were told to come back in a few hours, a few hours turned into 3 days. They kept procrastinating about when the phone would be fixed and even offered to drop it off at our house. Never came never called. The next day (3rd day) my bf goes to get the phone and it looked even worse. They totally messed up a new phone. We were told to come back in two weeks once they ordered yet another housing. Not only is the housing of my phone messed up, the motherboard is no good as well. My phone is of no use. I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with these people.
