I called to tell them the new problem and was told and I quote " It's Common sense that's a battery problem and has nothing to do with them replacing the screen" A quick GOOGLE search proved that to be not only incorrect, but something a person fixing phones should know. I was willing to try and remedy the problem but by the way you talked to a respectful paying customer, I'll Pass. If your undecided as to where and who to do business with, in regards to buying/fixing a Phone and your thinking of trying this place. I hope this helps you make an informed decision. I'm sure everyone's experience will be different but mines was a terrible one.

He only gave 370 dollar refund not full refund. Then I bought a second one for 460. I told him I didn't want to buy it because his last one was a clone. He said "but I charged it this time look you can check it ". It looked fine and paid him 460. When I gave it to the person they inspected it better and told me the second I pad pro was also a clone. When I told him I wanted to return it to him he told me to "fuck off" and I took a 460 loss on the second I pad and took an 80 dollar loss on the first I pad He also sold me a MacBook that you can't restore with a motherboard problem and a MacBook with a bad fan making a loud noise
