Believed it was canceled received calls from Optimum threatening will be charged for equipment and a month of service if I didn't let a Technician install service in 2 days. I advised I called another company same day Optimum was didn't show, company installed next day, now don't need Optimum service. Optimum threaten again to charge me month and equipment cost if I didn't allow the Technician to install. I responded don't send anyone, didn't want their service. Don't recommend Optimum, they don't deliver and threaten you when you don't accept their service.
