He's very fair, will let you know the possibilities upfront, he's not a magician but he will try to do his best and I assure you he did! His customer service was 5 stars and by all the people that were coming in to pick up their electronics I could tell he was a very fair and genuine person (not like other phone repair businesses I've gone to). Mobile iPhone Repair was the only place in the area that did not close at 5pm on a Friday night. My iPhone 14 Pro Max kept restarting on its own where I couldn't get to my Home Screen and I plugged it into iTunes and it went into restore mode with black screen and the laptop & charging cable icon. When I arrived Angel assessed my phone and advised I had a bad battery. After putting in a new battery, he plugged it into iTunes and it still wanted to go to the restore settings instead of "update". He did advise me it was probably going to erase everything which I was already fine with I just needed the phone to turn on. After going through with the process my phone turned and I was able to still access everything which was amazing! It was a 50/50 shot but a chance I was willing to take. I came in at the exact appointment time, and to my surprise Jerry, the manager was there waiting for me. Dropped off the phone to him, he told me to come back in 30-45 minutes. He didn't give me any paper or receipt, so I felt a bit worried since there was no proof I left it with him but I did so anyways. Came back 45 minutes later and there was Jerry waiting for me again, showed me the phone and it was a brand new screen, worked even better than before and i was out the door in a few minutes. Everything was fine the repair took about 30 minutes I paid him and left with my phone. The next day I open my camera to see that my camera lens is cracked. I shoot everything from movie sets and red-carpet events to other professional photography jobs, so when my equipment goes down, I need someone I can trust. I brought Joseph two Canon R6 camera bodies, one that I normally use with my 24-70mm and the other with my 70-200mm. Both cameras had loose hot shoe mounts, which was causing my flashes to lose connection. I was having to physically hold the flash down just to get it to fire. As you can imagine, trying to hold a flash down while zooming, shooting, and working a live event made my job extremely difficult, and I was getting dark images whenever the flash lost connection. I found Joseph through Google, explained my situation, and told him how important these cameras are to my business and that I needed them back ASAP. Joseph came through big time. He took care of BOTH cameras and had them fixed within a matter of hours, the SAME DAY. Beyond the repair itself, what stood out to me was how Joseph treated me. He was professional, respectful, kind, and genuinely seemed to understand how important my equipment was to me. That kind of customer service is hard to find.
