He did mention the color would be slightly different, which is fine. However, the new screen does not work with polarized sunglasses. They do an awesome job on phone repair. They are fast and timely, my only issue is the lack of communication between the staff members. If you promise a job done at a certain time, it should be done! The employee who took my phone left for the day and didn't inform anyone that i was to pick it up in 2 hours, needless to say, it wasn't ready and had to come back 2 hours later to pick it up! This place is a real gem for cellphone repair. I have been to several cellphone repair shops in the last couple of years and I have never received such efficient and friendly service. The owner was EXTREMELY kind and considerate throughout the entire visit and told me that my phone screen and LCD would be replaced within 30 minutes. At first, I couldn't believe it and just "knew" that he was going to call and tell me that it'd take longer or that he didn't have a part that he needed, but I was wrong. When I picked up my samsung galaxy S4, the screen was nicely put on and perfectly new. When I got home, I even noticed that a button that wasn't working properly even after I'd gotten my screen replaced 6 months prior was all of a sudden working just fine..AND my phone had dramatically sped up within my apps. I was really impressed with how quickly and smoothly they were able to do my repair! I requested an online quote and got one back right away and they said I could bring it in immediately (which was key because I was leaving town the next day). My iPhone 5S screen was unresponsive to touch and also had bars running through it. And my home button had stopped working. It was repaired quickly quickly and I was able to pick it up in a couple of hours. They charged $75 for all of it, which I think is reasonable especially for how quickly they did the work. I went in this last Sunday dreading what I'd have to fork over for a new screen on my completely shattered iPhone 6. I felt so bad having to make this guy work on a Sunday - he seemed pretty bummed to be there and didn't really seem to be too charmed to help me out, but I was so appreciative and for $75 and 20 minutes of repair time, my phone looks as good as new! Then the owner calls me up on Monday night asking me if everything is working alright, and apologizing for the service on Sunday. Apparently they had received some calls complaining about the level of service received over the weekend. Dang. That level of care on behalf of the ownership to call and make sure everyone was taken care of and any issues were cleared up with all their customers... that doesn't happen! I took Ipad to fix cracked screen. It was cheapest at the time, think it was about $100 and could be done in 1 day. But, all is not good. After replacing, the edges of the screen looked like it popped up and the adhesive was not well applied. I took it back up to them and the guy working there (owner i think) said that no way it could of come up by itself and started to put the blame on my kids, picking on the corners...REALLY?! He took and worked on it and later gave it back. A day later, same pop up on screen. I took it back and he this time he clipped off something from the corner under the screen and said it must be what was causing it to come up. Days later, same thing. I gave up because I didn't want to deal with his incompetence anymore. Now my next gripe was the screen he replaced the ipad with. It was inferior to the original Ipad screen. It was not smooth to the touch, but became "sticky" and your finger did not run smoothly across it. Also, there was "ghosting" that occurred, meaning touching or typing without you even touch the screen. The screen would move and jitter all by itself. I searched online and found it was mostly likely caused by screen installation not done correctly. I eventually traded in Ipad because it was not useable. Wasted time and money. read more

This is a pending review. I took my iphone 6 in yesterday for a shattered screen. Yes. I know. Lame. I was walking my animals, cats included, and a bug flew between my eyeball and the inside of eye glasses and I dropped my phone. Anyhow, this place was somewhat quick. When I arrived, the gentlemen at the counter was returning customers calls. This was a good sign, until he kept returning their calls while I was standing in front of him waiting for him to help for about 8 minutes. Maybe it was fair, IDK, I didn't like it. Once he was done with his task, he gave me a prognosis of 40 minutes for a fix. He stated normally it is 20, but there is one customer ahead of me. Super. My Mom returned in 2 hours and picked up my phone for me. $97. Okay. No complaints on price. When my Mom handed me the phone I examined it and the screen looked good, except, it was not flush with the body of the phone. There is a small dark space between the body of the phone and screen meet. This is not good. That screen is there to also protect the appendage/computer. If steam, too much whatever get in there, it could ruin my phone. So, I must return and have the fix this. $97 isn't bad for the service, but service must be done right. I feel confident they will fix it and I'll be on my way. 3 stars so far because I don't like returning somewhere for a job done slightly wrong. Also, because he made me wait longer than I think good customer service should. Will update once I take my phone in again. read more

This business was one of the more quicker and cheaper places. I was told that it would take about 30 minutes to repair, so I waited in the shop. It was done in around 20, so that was even better! The price I paid was the same price I was told online. The man that repaired my screen even asked me to make sure my phone was in working condition such as calling to make sure the audio was still working. I originally took my daughter's iPhone 5 to another repair shop just across the highway to have the glass repaired. Within a months time the phone quit working. Looking for a solution to my problem, I found Cellphones4sure. Sayed opened the phone right in front of me and showed me how the previous repair shop had hacked up my phone. There were internal pieces missing and the film that was supposed to have been removed from the replacement glass had been left on! This all but ruined the phone! I cannot tell you how pleased I was to find these guys at Cellphones4sure. They are honest, fair and do great work! 3 words: HUGE RIP OFF Reason: There is one guy that actually knows what he is doing, and then there is another guy that looks like he found out how to use the screwdriver yesterday. On the website they tell you how long they would take to fix a certain part, and the only way that is accurate is if you multiply the time they give you by 10. Terrible service + the workers who are SUPPOSED TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE about the iphone...were not. Took it the next day because they said they can fix . And they actually messed my LCD . My phone was turning off and on . They said they'd take it to Apple but they didn't .
