I am very grateful for CellPhones4Sure and Syed and Ryan who helped me out. I completely rely on my iPhone as a dad, as a graduate school student and for an internship that I am about to start. Recently I dropped my phone while running and shattered the top portion of my screen and it worked for a couple of months and then one day it started acting crazy; the screen was mostly unresponsive and functioning on its own when I was fortunate enough to log-in (making calls, typing, opening and switching between apps....). I first took it to a mall kiosk (not affiliated with CellPhones4Sure) and the person tried two of their replacement screens, and the iPhone kept function the same as before. I thought I my only safe option was to take my new Apple iPad mini to an Apple store to have the cracked screen repaired. I was told by Apple that they couldn't tell me whether the screen could be repaired until they saw it and most likely they said they would give me a new "refurbished" one for $250. I even tried going in once but was unable to be seen because "I didn't have an appointment". Then a colleague told me about CellPhones4sure, in Richardson TX. I was reassured that my screen could be replaced and I was seen immediately. My severely cracked screen was competently and expertly replaced in about 30 minutes. He even came out of the shop so I could find it easily amidst the other suites in the shopping center. The quoted price was significantly less than expected and I even have a one-year warranty. I would like to say Syed was great. I had an iPhone 6 that was looking petty touch and go. The screen was broken and the phone wouldn't power on. He worked miracles. And the phone looked like a new phone. After the screen was repaired we learned the sound wasn't working properly. This was literally 30 minutes prior to closing and there was another customer waiting. He asked could I leave the phone. I had some time constraints and he worked diligently to get the phone repaired and back in my hands before close of business. His service is in best I class and the quality of the repair is amazing. On February 18, 2016, I dropped my iPhone 6 and cracked the screen. I called four different places and obtained quotes to repair the screen. The quotes I received were between $129 and $149. Then I called Cellphones4sure. Fayed quoted me $109 and said he could complete the repair in 10 mins while I waited. At first I was skeptical but I decided to give them a chance. I am pleased to say that Fayed was true to his word. After going to their convenient location near Spring Valley and US 75, I was greeted by Fayed who was courteous and knowledgable. One of our iPhones was obviously suffering from a failing battery. Apple support said we could send the phone in, estimating a week to 10 days for return. No open Apple stores in the area, either. So, we did a search and found good reviews for CellPhones4Sure. We went to the Richardson location without advance call. Anti-virus measures are in place, and Tahir Shafi was cordial and quickly verified our bad battery suspicion. He replaced the screen in 30 minutes and I was very pleased. A week later the screen crapped out so I took it back in. Took my iPhone 5s there to have the screen repaired today, it was ready and in perfect condition in two hours. He did mention he was really busy today (it was a rainy Memorial Day, so I think people were probably tackling to-do lists instead of enjoying the pool and picnics), so I am guessing it would have been even quicker on a not-so-busy day. Great customer service and a very good price to fix my daughter's cracked iPhone 7 screen. Looks and works great and he guarantees his work. Very easy to make same day appointment and phone was fixed in 20 mins while we grabbed lunch at Subway nearby. It was so nice that he matched the sales price I saw a week earlier. Came here for a iPhone XS screen that went completely dark. Enes gave great customer service - explained everything throughly and was patient. Prices were much more affordable here than what was quoted at other repair shops and MUCH more affordable than what Apple quoted. Service was also very timely.
