When we returned (2 days later), that employee was on vacation, and a new salesperson initially refused to honor the same deal. After some back-and-forth, they eventually matched it, only to then try to upsell us by adding another line. We were initially told there would be a minimal increase and when the quote came out it was triple the cost! In the end, we were told the original offer was no longer available and that we'd have to pay full price, with a pitch about why it was still a "good deal." After the manager came out to say the manager on the other deal was wrong as was the associate but that we should be thankful they caught it now...we had enough. Overall, the process felt disorganized and unprofessional, with employees seemingly not aligned and customers caught in the middle. We ended up wasting hours here. I'd recommend avoiding this place.
