If I could, I'd give these people a negative score!!!!! I was at the Poway store 2 weeks ago and bought a brand new phone for my wife. Seemed like a great deal for the low price of the phone and opening a new line at the time. The customer service rep. named Elizabeth (young girl) was pretty helpful as she signed us up. After processing my credit card for the cost of phone and service, we asked if she had a particular phone case that my wife happened to like. Elizabeth went on to charge us without handing over the case. Once the second transaction was complete, she goes on to tell my wife to come back tomorrow Sunday anytime after 12noon. Long story short.... my wife returned a total of 3 times (Sun/Mon/Tues) and excuse after excuse after excuse as to why the case wasn't there yet. Here we are 2 weeks later, having to go thru our bank to get a refund for a case that was charged but never delivered. 1st of all... why weren't we advised that the case wasn't in store the day of purchase? Instead, we were asked to pay for a case thinking she would bring it out from the back office. They secured the sale to finally tell us that they would have it "tomorrow". What a joke! They are now pointing at their "No refunds on cases" policy. Even after swiping my card FIRST then telling me that the case wasn't there. We should have been told that the case wasn't there that day and that if we chose to change our minds later, there wouldn't be a refund due to their policy. Instead, they pretty much helped themselves to my wallet and still to-date haven't been called or texted telling us that the case has arrived.... SHEESH!!! Every time I come I have a great experience. Last June I had completely cracked my phone so I went in and bought a brand new phone and the workers there gave me a screen protector and case for free! And just last month I was given a new phone for a different company and they were very helpful with helping me switch all my information over. read more

Record your verbal agreements as they will not honor them! After Richard lied about what was included with my plan. I was upset and told him to forget it, to give me a full refund, i wanted to get out of there and forget all about it, He keep trying to up sell me for a unlimited plan, that i did not care for. After i refused to upgrade my plan he told me that the total refund was not happening, that 25.00 was not refundable but he agreed to refund the rest. (A week later I checked with my bank and the refund has not been made) This was a total bait and switch scheme! Advice bring a paper and pencil, have the employee write down what your plan includes before making any transaction. read more

The Worst service and representation of a service I have ever had..The Managment had his employee lied to me and also he gave me the run around. Tring to run out my 7 days to return the phone..I finally got a refund after talking to the corporate office. Eric and Nycy were very nice and really tried to help me. I just had a really great experience here. I was looking for a phone for a friend and not only was Angelo amazing and nice, he greeted me as soon as I walked thru the door. He tried to help me to the point of calling and talking to his boss to see what he could do. He came back and even did more after he got off the phone. Awful. Don't go here. They applied my payment to the wrong account and then shut off my service. When it was finally corrected they did nothing for me for the inconvenience. In fact I was actually told that I got preferential treatment by having it turned back on so quickly. That was my compensation. Horrible. read more

If i could, I'd give Jason I. a NEGATIVE score!!!!! About two weeks ago my elderly mother went in to purchase a new phone from Jason. When she got back she said that the young man was rude and had an attitude. So within 7 days of purchase I went with her to return the phone and to ask some questions about adding service to our account. Upon entering the store you can feel the attitude already. NO PROBLEM YET! So on the return of the phone Jason stated that it has to be with in 7 days and there is a restock fee.... ok so what is that? His response "ITS WHEN YOU TAKE SOMETHING AND RESTOCK IT! (what a disrespectful smart Kid) Yes I know what restock is but what is the fee? NEXT question......What happen to the original sim card from the old phone? Jason response " it's in the trash"........ ok why would you do that and not return it to the original old phone/owner. Jason "because its in the trash and they are no good". Ok but sim cards are reusable. Jason "well its in the trash if you want to go look for it"........ WHAT????? YES that is what he said!! WOW so you are scamming the elderly lady to get a new sim card $9.99 and transfer it to the new phone another $9.99 on top of a restock fee. SOOO when I told Jason "now that your screwed her from her original sim card........" Jason stopped and said " I will not tolerate that l language and get out of my store and I am cancelling this transaction". At this point I was fine with leaving but my elderly mother wanted to stay. So I left the store while Jason finished the transaction. Upon returning home I called the corporate office and filed a complaint. While I was on the phone with corporate I received a text notification that our account had been tampered with. GOT back on the phone with corporate and the young lady said "yes it was cancelled by your mother".........WHAT? Sorry but she had been by my side the entire time while I am on the phone and she did not do this JASON DID IT. SO needless to say JASON was unauthorized to make changes and fraudulently used her PIN and PASSWORD to cancel services of 3 out of 5 lines on this account. Corporate state it would conduct an investigation by pulling the recording. read more

I purchased new phone service after reading a large sign that promised a free cellphone after paying for your first month of Cricket Service. After paying, I wad told that the shipment hadn't arrived yet and to call back in 3 days. When I called back they said it's still having arrived and that I should come to the office in 2 days. When I arrived at the office I was told that the ads promise was only in the fact on the day that you purchased your service and it was no longer available to me. I then spoke to the manager who made it sound like I made everything up and that I was a criminal for wanting a new phone. I spoke to the manager who was rude and disrespectful and told me that I had made the whole thing up. Shame on you Cricket and I suggest that no one else give them any business as they are crooks and total liars. Go somewhere else where they actually honor their ads and treat you with kindness and respect. Thank-you! read more

into the store with an issue, my phone wasn't working properly. So instead of trouble shooting they sold me a new phone that was supposed to be better. Went Upon purchasing the phone on top of the purchase price is a new device fee $25 non refundable, never disclosed the non refundable part. Upon switching my contacts and private information and photos over, the sales manager proceeded to look at my pictures, select one, enlarged it and talk about it right there with a co-worker in front of me, totally unexceptionable. Went off with the phone and receipt stating 7 day return policy, not even 48 hrs after I came back to return the phone, it didn't have the same capabilities nor the same battery life, it was worse, in fact again Alex the manager was there he said the battery sucks. I wanted a refund I will deal with my previous phone until it is completely dead. Trying to get my refund, I was told the new device fee of $25 is non refundable and I also need to pay a $25 restocking fee. So basically no matter what, I'm disappointed I have my receipt, the phone did not compare to my less expensive phone that btw doesn't have an issue anymore, I guess I just needed to remove the battery, I am out of $50 I didn't even get the full amount back for my device. Totally screwed over! Do not shop at this Cricket store unless you want to be taken advantage of ripped off and your personal private pictures viewed! read more
