I took my wife's phone in after the screen was destroyed to the point you couldn't see anything on it. I had an old phone and I asked him if he could get all the info off and he explained exactly what he would have to do and quoted me a price. He did exactly what he said and charged me the fair price he had quoted. Sam is very knowledgeable and a nice guy and communicates what is going on as he repairs your items. Owner was awesome! There were some things wrong w my phone from a previous repair(same issue- cracked screen, different repair shop). He took his time to show me, tell me how it could be fixed and had me out with a new screen in no time! Very fair price and excellent, honest service! read more

I took my iPhone in that wasn't charging and was ready to way overpay to have something replaced or even have to get a new phone. Turns out it was just a small fix and he was on the level and only charged me for what he did. He could have made me buy a new phone but it's an honest place and I'd recommend it to anyone. read more

I just switched off of Verizon to boost. I randomly passed by the store on my way to switch services to T-Mobile. I was able to get a better phone for cheat (new iPhone 6 for $99) and a $50 unlimited monthly plan. Sam was very helpful and honest about everything. He was also patient as I tried to switch things over. Gave me a free phone case for working in a school too which is greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this place if you want honest and patient service! read more

Ok story time: The…read morestaff was unhelpful. Now this was several months ago so that staff might have been let go by now and new employees revolved in. My phone was completely dead/broken and I went there hoping I could understand my options for upgrading. However I was not the account owner/admin so they couldn't help me until I was one. That I understand, but they gave me zero help on how to do that. I had to then use there sample phones/computers to google how to do it while the guy "helping me" just stood there on his phone. After googling it and performing the actions needed, there was some glitch that wouldn't update me as the account owner on their end. Despite saying on my end saying I was. Again, understandable I know there are policies they have to follow. But what frustrated me was this guy offered zero help on anything. I had to google it myself on their computers and tried to figure it out. After about an hour of this I gave up. The guy was also clearly mad I was "wasting" his time. He could have saved me 30 minutes. And yes I did ask him for help but he just said I only know how to do it on the app (which of course wasn't working) the other staff members were clearly confused why he wasn't trying to help more. As I was walking out, I heard one of the other employees ask the guy "well did you tell him about the trade-in deal he could have with his phone?" And the guy just said "nope." I ended up calling the helpline the next day and got my answer on my trade in options within 30 seconds. That's all I wanted. I wasted an hour of my time because this guy either didn't know anything or was just lazy. I don't remember his name, but he was larger, bald, with a beard and glasses. BEST PLACE EVER! I unfortunately have cracked several iPhone screens in my life and this is the ONLY place to go! Sam fixed the screen in under an hour (on a Saturday, in Rivergate) and for the lowest price around. THEN, when i came to pick it up i mentioned that my headphone jack wasn't working and Sam offered to try something. Turns out not only my headphone jack but my cable jack were filled with dirt which he cleaned out for free. I've literally burned through aux cords, USB cords and power cords and never even thought to clean them out. I'm so grateful that Sam took the extra few minutes to help, finally I have music in my car again, I can finally being connect my phone to my computer and it charges easier! Upon coming into the shop, for the first time, about a month ago Sam was very attentive to my repair needs. After taking care of both of my phones, he began to speak with my son who yearned for a phone. Within moments of conversation, Sam told Ayden that he'd have a phone for Christmas, gave him his card, and took our number. Today, Ayden received his call and we just picked up his gift! I found this little shop after Sprint insurance told me it would cost me over $200 and I would have to wait at least 7 days (with no loaner phone). I walked in at 6:45 and was out in less than an hour. The owner was wonderful, very pleasant, honest and patient and is a wizard with phones! My phone is good as new and I spent way less than I would have any where else - seriously. As long as I am in Nashville, this is where I am taking my phone when I inevitably drop it again, and is where I am going to send all my friends! read more

I got my two phones repaired here. I repaired my iphone 6+ and my galaxy note 4 fixed really cheap. Both of my screens were shattered and on my galaxy both cameras (front and back) were broke and my home button. He fixed it within 2-3 hours which is really fast compared to other stores. I have been to many phone repair stores and this is BY FAR the best. Great comunication and great service. I got a call letting me know the extras that was wrong and he asked what i wanted to do. Had such a great experience here on Tuesday. I walked in and the owner was working with another customer. He immediately acknowledged me and was friendly. I thought my IPhone needed the charging port replaced. He looked at it and cleaned it out and said there wasn't any reason to replace it. He is an honest man! He wouldn't take any money either for the cleaning. If your looking for honest cell phone repairs, parts, or accessories check him out. You won't regret it! read more

I came into this shop with an iPhone that had been rolled over by a truck. The screen was cracked in about a thousand different ways and I thought it was irreparable, but I though I'd give it a shot to get it fixed. The man who runs this shop fixed it in about 20 minutes and charged me a very reasonable price for repairs. I also bought a reasonably priced OtterBox as my last case broke when the truck rolled over it. Highly recommend this place. read more

The owner is an absolutely great and honest guy! I had fallen down a bluff while hiking and cracked the screen on my iPhone. He repaired it quickly while I waited and even installed a screen protector to help with future mishaps. First time here and it was great! Went in to get my iPhone 7 Plus screen repaired for $131 which is most reasonable price I've seen so far. Traffic was bad in the city, business owner stayed 10 min after 7pm for me which was the closing time. Offered him a tip and he refused it! :( lol Very nice man and great businessman also!
