    Pork rinds w/Tajín
    Cindy M.

Our server was very sweet and helpful, but also very loud. He was unabashed with his personality, which, on a Friday night at 9 would be perfect, but on a weekday at lunch was a lot. He enjoys playing dj with his curated music, which also had merit, but again was too loud for a weekday lunch. I'm not an old fart, (I think he and I were close to the same age) but old enough to have lost some hearing in my youth, and it was still a bit loud. The pork rinds were good, surprisingly generous and tasted very fresh. I liked the Tajin on them, but would have preferred it to be an option (shaker on the table) rather than just full coverage. I would have shared them, but the person I was dining with doesn't care do the spice. I ordered the bbq bacon cheeseburger with the sauce on the side and it was a generous portion, that was well-cooked. Just the way I ordered it! That being said, the beef was relatively tasteless and the whole sandwich was extremely greasy. The bacon on the sandwich was plentiful and not as greasy as the burger and cheese. I don't know the fries would be seasoned. It may or may not have been on the menu, I honestly can't recall. The place seemed well kept and customer oriented, food service wise, but the ambiance could be dialed down for the lunch crowd. If there was an alternate burger available nearby, I might not give Brothers a second chance. But I can't hate on it. Just a few too many flaws for the price, which was not cheap. Paying over $5 for a Mexican Coke was pretty steep since I didn't see any fountain options. But lastly, too be fair, the bartender was VERY kind!

On our last day together, we returned to Portland and decided it would be fun to cross the river to Vancouver, WA for a brewery and dinner before saying see you later. Right downtown I chose this spot, as I had had some of their beers in the past and enjoyed them. There's paid street parking outside, plus garages. The brewery feels much cozier than the city around it, with big windows, welcoming artwork, and lots of green plants despite just coming out of winter. The outdoor seating areas looked lovely for the warmer months. We sat inside and it was busy due to it being right after work, it deserves to be popular! The bartender was welcoming and it was easy for us to each order our own food and tabs. I had the tuna melt and a bowl of the special corn chowder, my friends ordered various other sandwiches and we all loved the warming food on a cold day. They do small pours on beers, so I tried a few. All were excellent, I loved their logo design. There's a fridge at the back with to-go selections too. If you're a beer fan in a mostly commercial city, this is a great cozy spot for a beer or three.

Been a fan of Brothers Cascadia for years. Finally had an opportunity to check out their downtown evergreen location. Much different vibe than the mothership brewery, little more "upscale"? But we like it! The courtyard is a great place to enjoy a brew (or 2) and grub. Something that's missing in other downtown brewery locations. Chicken basket was delicious. Prices fair. Staff was very friendly and chill. Parking is street only and have to pay but we were able to get a spot right out front. Think this might be our new favorite Vancouver downtown location!

First visit, the music pulled me in

Found the place just wondering, looking to have a beer and something to eat. Sat at the bar, had a stout and soup/salad all recommended by a charming bar tender. The stout was flavorful and mature. The potato soup and evergreen salad were like honey down my throat. What else... this place has indoor and outdoor seating. The bar was built with some love, copper top and wood. The music was cool. Wish I was local, I would definitely make this a regular stop.

This pub did not disappoint. The bartender was super friendly, you can tell he enjoys what he does! My husband tried one of the ciders and really liked it. He had the Viva Burger, and it was great! Very tasty burger, not skimpy on the toppings or fries. I'm addition to helping myself to some of his fries, I had the Chopped Italian Salad, and the portion was HUGE! Had to take a lot of it home. So tasty, and a great blend of flavors. Long story short: great service, great food, great drinks. Definitely recommend checking out!

Tried out this other spot for Brothers Cascadia. I liked my first experience with them and this time was no exception to that at all. We had the Super Chief IPA with hop variant of Nectaron and Simcoe hops. This was a very refreshing IPA and I really appreciated that. Partly because I feel like the beer was nice and thin in body. Also the way the mouthfeel hits is nice also along with it's smoothness. Flavor features with this beer are melony and tart which makes for a very pleasant IPA experience and different from so many others.

We stopped by Brothers Cascadia Brewing after visiting the Vancouver Market. We were a little hesitant at first based on the exterior, but we're so glad we decided to check it out. Everything exceeded our expectations! My husband had the Korean BBQ cheesesteak sandwich--super flavorful with great presentation. The fries were perfectly seasoned, and the gochujang mayo was a delicious touch. I had the classic burger, and it was spot on--the meat was seasoned well, the bun was fresh, and the house sauce tied it all together. Our daughter got the corn dogs and gave them a thumbs-up too. The beer selection was solid, with a few ciders on tap and plenty of great options in the cooler. Definitely try the Rambler--it was a favorite. Our bartender was both knowledgeable and kind, which really added to the experience. The vibe was chill and laid-back, especially on a Sunday afternoon. We'll absolutely be back!

We came here on our way back to Portland, the service was really great and the Pub was really nice, inside and outside table options. The menu was really good too lots of options! The food was yummy and the drinks were great.

    Viva burger and falafel special

FAVORITE Brewery in Vancouver! I can't say enough good things about this place. From the friendly bartenders, to the delicious specials, and huge selection of beer! I'm constantly finding new favorites. Taking my daughter to sit outside and enjoy a quaint family friendly environment has been really wonderful too.

The good: *The food is good...REALLY good! Far better than what one would expect for what is primarily a brewery. *Service is top-notch, with very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, happy, and enthusiastic employees *Great selection of non-alcoholic beverages The not quite as good: *Only parking available is street parking, and none of it is terribly convenient *The layout is weird, consisting of two physically separate and enclosed buildings sharing a common, narrow courtyard. *Bands perform in said tiny narrow courtyard, and the few tables there all are oriented 90 degrees with respect to the "stage", so watching a performance requires viewers to turn their heads to see Overall, I'm quite pleased with this second location of Brothers Cascadia, and recommend a visit!

This is half of the garlic-sautéed broccolini (we cut it up- it looked much prettier when they served it). Very good & not too garlicky.

We absolutely love the patio at this location when another taproom was here, so we were thrilled to hear Brothers Cascadia opened at this spot. Brothers Cascadia has many excellent beers, and their food menu here is fantastic, too. Plenty of indoor seating either at the bar or in their two indoor dining areas, plus the patio. I do hope they decide to add some more seating to the patio as there is room for a few more tables. And I also hope they add some umbrellas to the patio table options because when they sun is directly overhead, or if it's drizzling rain out, the umbrellas are needed. The staff are all friendly, too. For food, the whole menu sounded delicious, and the prices are reasonable, so it was hard for us to decide. So far we've tried the Korean Steak Sandwich, which comes with fries and it's a HUGE sandwich, so I'm glad the Hubs and I decided to share it. Seriously, it's so big even two hungry people wouldn't have issue splitting it & the big mound of fries it came with. We also had the garlic sautéed broccolini, which was tasty and not too-garlicky, with a nice hint of lemon for acidity.. I'm dinging them a star for 2 reasons: they don't have gluten-free bread options listed on their menu, and it would be great if they offered a half-sandwich option because that sandwich & fries is truly HUGE.

10/5 stars always. Brothers is my "do no wrong" brewery! The "best day ever" is the best session in town! They have the best tuna sandwich -- come on, they add chips to the sandwich for you. And their loaded fries are always a go to! Dust in the wind hazy is a top tier beer I'll always vote for too!

Fresh fried pork rinds with cheese dip... keto friendly!

The Hazel Dell location only has food carts but the downtown one does. It was a little confusing to find from the road but it was there, hidden. Good service and food!

Awesome new location for one of the best breweries around. Every one of their beers that I've tried have been outstanding.

There are more tables too, both normal height and high tops. They've also added a pool table and cornhole, in addition to the original ping pong table. Their menu has evolved as well. In addition to pizzas, sandwiches and appetizers, they've added a Bavarian pretzel with beer cheese, spinach artichoke dip and ice cream floats. They have a nice variety of beers and ciders. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We love their QR code ordering system. It helps you get your food faster and you can just pay your tab on your phone. Such a convenience! You can also make reservations online, which is great for large parties. As others have mentioned, it is located in an odd industrial area set back from the main road. It's easy to miss if you're not watching for their sign. There's plenty of parking and a large outdoor seating area during the summer. Their food prices have gone up, and some items seem a little steep now, but that seems to be happening everywhere nowadays.
