I had never been to Perfection Tire and Automotive before, but when reading the rather abysmal reviews for the Post Falls store of a huge chain I had intended to go to, and then the reviews for this shop, I changed course and tried Perfection. I was not disappointed! They got me in fast, even though most of their service bays had other vehicles in them, and got me taken care of while I waited. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The service technicians were great, the counter staff were honest and helpful, the waiting room was comfortable and extremely clean, and I was on my way much more quickly than I thought. No one tried to upsell me, which I appreciated. I had no idea that Perfection is a full service auto shop, either. I thought they were mostly a tire store. These guys are going to get more of my business in the future, and I hope my future visits are as fantastic as my first one was. I was very grateful and impressed!

Sculley's on Pines was the winner!! Brought in my 2002 GMC Sierra 1500 to get a few things fixed, before I needed to drive down to Boise (to bring my child back to Spokane). I was able to get the dash lights fixed (meaning the dash and other dash lights work) and they were able to fix the HVAC output and the heat (or AC) blows through any option (defrost, dash or floor vents). They were also able to do an oil change (warning light came on while driving to drop off the vehicle). I am happy I found a reputable mechanic that's close to home.

They never gave me any option to keep the remaining , or to trade them out. I kind of felt taken advantage of because I didn't know any better at the time. stock Run flats for a mercedes aren't cheap. They weren't honest . I know in some certain circumstances I know tire shops can keep them and charge you a disposable fee. I wanted to keep them but they told me I couldn't. I would just be careful if you use them. I'm sure they are good to a lot of people but I felt taken advantage of as a female going over there for the first time.
