My first time at this dealership and brought my Grand Jeep Cherokee SRT in for service today and had a great experience. Little wait time and staff was friendly and professional. In particular, Josh was informative and answered my many questions. I stayed for the service and the waiting room was very nice and comfortable. The Jeep service department did a diagnostic on AC unit... recommended services, verbally quoted me just under 600 and tax for out-of-door expense. When I went to pick it up I was handed a bill for nearly 850! I pointed out he had quoted me just under 600, he reran the numbers and said he made a mistake and had not included the diagnostic. I pointed out that customers depend on estimates to make decisions. 600 is not even close to 850. He claimed he was being generous and took 100 off the extra 250 he tried to bill me. I told him that I have not done business with a different dealership that did the same thing to me 20 years ago. I was not disappointed with the car service, but terribly disappointed in a business that does not honor its word. I will not be back unless Findlay makes this right. read more

Just terrible communication, costing me a $80 Uber ride home bc they had a parts error. Didn't have my service notes entered and acted like they had no idea what the service appt was for. Never called to let me know service was completed and when I showed up, they had not completed all the items. The worst part is the constant emails and snail mail telling me to enroll in their service program when I have the lifetime factory warranty. I've unsubscribed twice with no end in sight to the 'you need a vehicle warranty' bs. Service was truly terrible, I won't be back. read more

Knowledge of the vehicles that they are selling. They should be able to tell a customer the vehicles maintainace and why it was performed. They should be able to tell a customer what the features of the vehicle are. They should explain the basics of how to put the vehicle in drive, reverse and park before handing off the keys for a test drive. Especially if the vehicle is newer, every vehicle can be so different and it can be confusing to figure out on your own. read more

Recently bought a brand new 2026 2500 from them. The buying experience itself was not great, the salesman was pretty rude and acted like we were inconveniencing him the whole time. The worst part though is after 1500 miles the check engine light came on. Drove 3 hours back to them to have them check it out, they said its some type of sensor but its a "protected part" they would have to order should take a few weeks. 3 months later still havent heard back, truck is running rough and features like remote start dont work because the check engine light is on. They have no solution, no follow up with dodge on where this part is and do not care at all that we spent an enormous amount of money to be stranded with a brand new truck that dosnt work. They build trucks in less time then it has taken to get one single part. Ram in general seems to not be doing great but do yourself a favor and buy from a dealership that cares more about your business. read more

I tried a few months back to get my car in there for an oil change and after numerous failed calls and two voicemails that never got returned, I gave up. Today, I have called their service department 3 times and no one answers and there not an option for a vm either. Got there sales department on the phone in the hopes that someone could connect me and got hung up on when he didn't like that I had an issue with how shitty that business is run. Extremely disappointed with Findlay Jeep. I've been taking my 2019 Jeep Cherokee to Findlay since I bought it with 22,000 miles on it. It currently has 95,000 miles now, and I have been consistent with taking it in every 7,000 miles for an oil change (when internal oil gauge states 20% - recommended by them since I commute a lot for work). When you take your Jeep to a Jeep store you would imagine they would take care of you and recommend to you the appropriate services with the amount of mileage on your car. Never once was anything brought up about front/rear differentials (which need to be done every 30,000 miles) or any software updates that could be causing the car not to run properly. Also, last time I was in, I specifically asked to check my brakes and they stated they were good, but that was not the case when I rolled into Les Schwab for tires, and they were metal on metal. If you care about your car and want it to be in tip top shape (like I wanted my car), I would suggest taking it to either a different Mopar dealership or a mechanic you trust. Findlay Jeep will run your car into the ground if you are not careful (probably so you buy a new Jeep with them). read more

Brought my 2021 Ram 3500 in for a Recall grid Heater Relay, Was told the parts are not available and I would be call as soon as possible and do not park my truck in the garage due to fire risk. Its been two years now they now say part are still not available. I go to there parts department and pay for the part and get it the next day 15min job done. read more

I write this review without any malice, but the one-star rating is earned by the dealership. I was very happy with the purchase of a new 2020 RAM 2500 pick up, but that stopped as soon as I drove it off the lot about 18-months ago. I had one (1) item that was promised in writing as part of the deal but never delivered because it was on back order ... I called 4-5 times and NONE of my phone calls were ever returned about when the part would be delivered. I couldn't get the salesman, sales manager or service manager to return messages. Now I have two (2) active recalls, and my "RAM App" indicates that "No Remedy is Available". I just received another recall notice from RAM asking me when I'm getting it fixed. The problem is that no one in service is ever available and 7-8 call over the past 6-8 months with messages left have NEVER been returned. Warning - Do not drive it off the lot without everything that was promised, and NEVER expect support from the service department even if you have two (2) active "Important Safety Recalls" concerning, "Electronic Stability Control". I just spoke to a very nice receptionist, who got someone to take my call ... but all that he could do was take a message, promise to hand it to the service manager, Brian, and then expect a call ... why is the "Double Jeopardy" song is playing in my head as I wait for a return call. As I typed this, Brian did return my call and we scheduled a time to repair one of the recall items ... Sadly, the oldest recall (6-7 months) cannot be repaired at this time because of no parts, BUT if my truck breaks down on the side of the road due to the open recall ... "they will see what they can do" ... I hope that someone benefits from my "rating" ... let the buyer beware! read more

This dealership is the best! I have had a reoccurring headlight issue and after much time and care given by the service team, new parts have been ordered and I was provided a courtesy drive home while my car was being serviced. Two hours later, I received a call from a great service rep named Taya who asked if I could pick the car up the next day because they were ordering parts from another Jeep dealership. And because I had been back twice trying to figure out the problem, there would be no charge.....at all. I cant remember the last time a car dealership did anything for free. Great staff, wonderful service peeps and they have a customer for life. Thank you!!! read more

Brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in on the day their computer systems went down, so that didn't help, but not the core issue. After waiting 2 months from my original appointment being set, one month of waiting and another month of service they COULD NOT DO since their computer software was down, I was sent home without even a receipt. DO NOT BRING YOUR JEEP DODGE OR RAM TO THIS LOCATION. I brought my Jeep in fresh from a detail, and it was returned covered in dust and water spots from being parked outside. First thing I was told when my associate handed me my keys back was "your battery is toast," because they left it uncharged sitting in their warehouse and outside for about a month... Now I can't get it to start half the time without a jump, and even the technician/associate said they couldn't get it to hold a charge overnight after jumping it themselves multiple times. My driver's seat and driver's mat were covered in dust and grime from the mechanics even though, before even looking at my car, I was assured that there was notes left in and on the account for the vehicle that it must be returned as clean as it arrived. They couldn't even wipe off the seat with a rag! I brought my vehicle in for steering wobble and some pulling to the right. They claimed to have fixed this with tie rods, a sway bar, a small alignment on 40,000mi tires (no rotation) and a steering knuckle. Ignore my tire situation, that's being fixed in a couple weeks with new tires and likely another alignment! This time one I asked for and agreed to pay, unlike the alignment AND steering knuckle I was not informed of before work began. Nothing else except two recalls being done. $3,300 and I was told he couldn't send me with a receipt either. I'm also missing one of my mounted light covers, and I have a photo of my Jeep in the days before it went in that proves it was on my car after the detailing was done and before it went into the dealership. I received a courtesy call where I explained this situation in a much more polite manner, less grumblings and complaining from me, and I never received a call back after being told I would. After all of this, I still have steering wobble and it is worsening, my front left suspension still squeaks and cracks, and I still feel unsafe to drive at highway speeds until I can likely pay someone else thousands of dollars to do it right. read more

Took my Ram in for service last week. Got home and spotted oil coming from engine. Drain plug wasn't even hand tight. Tightened but took back for proper torque on plug. Also had tires rotated but checked pressures after visit and front tires were 6 lbs different. Not what I expect from a dealer. You might want to aviod. Didn't offer to do anything when I had to drive 40 miles just to get it fixed correctly. Not good. read more

My 2014 Ram 1500 engine seized this week with 78,000 miles on it. The vehicle was serviced religiously since new. Replacement is going to be a costly path I'm faced with. Power Train warranty expired so I contacted both Mopar and Ram customer care for assistance but was quickly shot down by low-level customer service employees. They would not provide their names or any path I could take to speak with or contact the real decision-makers. The expense is something I have to deal with but what is most troublesome is how these huge corporations respond to loyal customers. Warranties are an expensive safety net for customers purchasing crappy products. And to think I traded in a 2012 Tacoma with 158,000 miles when I purchased this Ram. To echo what's already been written here... if there were a zero star rating or lower, that is what this organization deserves. Absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with in my 58 years. I attempted to get the tonneau cover on my 2022 Ram 2500 truck fixed and brought it in for an estimate. The cover was damaged in a car wash at no fault of Findlay. It should also be noted that this cover came new on the truck at the time of purchase having been previously ordered and installed by Findlay. I went home and after about an hour decided to schedule the work.... but I had to physically return to the dealership the next day to schedule the work because their service department does not answer the phone, nor do they return phone messages... nor do they respond to their own text messages they generate to inform their customers to utilize if they ever need any help during the visit. I was told the kit I needed (the same one they ordered/installed initially prior to purchase and is on the truck's service record at Findlay) would take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. After waiting over 3 weeks I called and found out the kit had actually been there for several days (they just had not called). I was able to schedule service the following week. I dropped my truck off at 8am and received a call 4 HOURS later informing me that they had ordered the WRONG kit and they would have to reorder it and it would take and additional 10 days for delivery. So... my truck just sat there for 4 hours before they decided to inform me they could not work on it. When I picked up my truck I told the service manager I was perplexed at how they would order the wrong kit, given they ordered and installed the first kit which was readily available in their own records? He said he did not know. I looked over at Dugan (service rep I dealt with) who was there and I pointed out that he was the guy who ordered it. Dugan laughed and quipped... "yes when that happens it's usually me... ha, ha, ha." But... I went ahead and had them reorder the kit again. After 10 days they actually called me this time and said the kit was in. BUT...they then informed me I would now have to wait OVER ONE MONTH to schedule service!! I asked to speak to the manager to complain about the one month wait time for an appointment which was caused by THEIR mistake!! I was then told they JUST HAD a couple cancellations (surprise) and if I brought my truck right in they would fix it today!! So, I dropped everything I was doing and brought my truck right down. Dropped it off at 11am. The female service department receptionist whom I dropped the truck off with made the comment that "maybe in the future I should wash the car myself" thinking she was funny. Obviously she had heard from someone there that the cover was damaged in a car wash. Not funny, not professional and not appreciated. But hey, this is obviously the type of folks they employ; clearly demonstrating that the toxic incompetence plaguing this business trickles down from the very top to the very bottom of the organization. It's learned behavior... And it's condoned. After 3 hours, we were out grocery shopping and drove by the dealership only to see my truck sitting in the parking lot not getting worked on. We called and discovered they ONCE AGAIN ordered the wrong kit and once again the truck was sitting there all day not getting worked on with NO CALL from the service department!!! The kicker... If I had waited the additional month for service as they requested ... It would have taken THAT MUCH longer to find out they once again screwed up! They said they would once again reorder the right kit but it would take another 10 days for delivery. I asked for their GMs (Chris) phone number and was promptly provided a text message this time that said "you bet" along with a WRONG NUMBER to someone not even associated with the dealership!! We had to get his number ourselves because apparently the service department does not know it. Total incompetence... and guess what.... they can care less. We filed a complaint with the GM who offered no solutions. And at this point no surprises there. If you look at other reviews (which I wish I had done prior) you will see that this type of incompetence, complacency and lack of communication is the rule rather than the exception with these people. They can care less about their customers, and the GM and his management team do nothing to correct the incompetence coming out of their service department. Don't waste your time with these people... Findlay Dodge Ram is completely worthless and it reflects directly on the entire Dodge Chrysler Ram organization. Take your business elsewhere.. it will likely save you many unnecessary headaches in the future. On a side note.. I immediately went to another business and got the kit I needed ordered promptly with a five day wait time and service for installation the following week. read more

I can't even believe this dealership!!! We have bought four new cars and two used cars as well! The general manager is nasty and horrible if I owned this company this jerk would be the first to go! Here's Charlie's email to me! * I didn't say they turned the check engine light off* We inspected the vehicle prior to offering it for sale and did not find any issues. We do not just "turn off" check engine lights and try to hide things. If you took the car somewhere else and there were issues you should have at least talked to us about it before you paid someone else to do repairs and then expect us to cover your expenses. You purchased a 10+ year old AS IS used car, and chose not to protect yourself with an extended warranty. We will NEVER take our vehicles here again! We have a Ram and a Dodge Challenger, and this was the dealer we were going to for services and warranty repairs. They continuously played games with us. They never answer the phone. They don't keep you updated on the status of repairs. They had my husband's pickup in the shop for about 10 weeks (vehicle was less than 2 years old, and the alternator went out) with no loaner for the first five weeks. They left our vehicle unlocked, over the weekend (I'm guessing they don't know how to manually lock a vehicle???), with the excuse "the police station is right across the street". No cop came over when we pulled up to our pickup and started taking stuff out of it after hours! They put a nice ding in my car, that they didn't even admit to until I pointed it out to them. They offered to have their guy come fix it when we brought it in next (which was NEVER as we've determined it's better to go 45 minutes to another Dodge/Ram dealer for repairs/services). We would call, talk to the shop manager, explain that no one was keeping us updated on the repairs of our vehicles, and he would promise a call-back from the service advisor...who NEVER called! My husband had to go into the shop to get updates. The last warranty repair on the Challenger took six months to complete, but only lasted one month before the same issue started happening again. They refused to warranty both front seats, only "fixing" the driver's seat. I could understand having an issue or two one time, but this was EVERY SINGLE TIME we took our vehicles here! read more

Generally buying my new Ram was OK. When they quoted me a ridiculously high interest rate, I got my own at about half the rate. When I came in with that, they had Idaho Central Credit Union beat the rate by a little bit. I declined to set up the stupid Ram App. However, the text messages from Ram started prior to signing the final paperwork. The texts and emails have not stopped and show little sign of slowing down. The only time I have not been contacted by Findlay is when I called the General Manager when I got an email from him asking me to contact him with any concerns I had. I got a text from Ram saying there was some mechanical failure in the truck and when I called Findlay, they told me something was going on with Ram's system and there was nothing to worry about. I have called Findlay, Ram, ICCU and Sirius to stop contacting me and it hasn't made much of a difference. I have unsubscribed multiple times. Ram is apparently monitoring my driving habits because I have gotten emails from them telling me how many miles I have on the truck. Oh, the other time I have gotten no response from Findlay is when I asked how to get Ram to stop monitoring my every move. DON'T GIVE THEM A REAL EMAIL OR PHONE IF YOU WANT ANY PEACE FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE! read more

Had a good experience here. Dennis the service manager was very friendly and they did my service for the price they quoted me. I got a K&n intake for my Ram 1500. I could have bought one and installed it myself and saved a little bit of money but instead I got to sit in the warm waiting room with free soda and donuts and get some work done on my laptop with the free WiFi. Took a bit longer than I had hoped but they didn't over charge me for it and Dennis was apologetic that it took longer than expected. Overall this was a very good experience and i would bring my truck back for more services in the future. read more

This review applies to the "service" (ironic) department. Not the sales department. My previous engagements with the sales department were largely pleasant. But I won't be back to the service department again. Here's Why: I scheduled an appointment about a week and a half in advance for an oil change and a tire rotation. I scheduled it on-line and added "other concerns" to the appropriate boxes. One of which was a couple of warning lights that came on from time to time. One is an electronic stability error, and the other a start/stop error, the last, but probably the most important, the middle seatbelt in the jeep has been stuck in the retracted position since I got the jeep. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early, at 9:15, with two dozen donuts, one for the service department, and the other for sales. I had such a great experience with the sales team, it was my way of letting them know, personally, that I appreciated everything they did for me. When I dropped off the jeep, I was told that it would be about 3 hours to complete. While I DEFINITELY wasn't planning on wasting one of my very few precious days off sitting in the service area of a jeep dealership, I was willing to wait if they could solve these issues, or at least check them out and set up a service plan. Given the 3 hour wait, we called for a Lyft, and went to breakfast, and tried to make the most of our wait. My girlfriend was looking forward to coming back and test driving some vehicles, since she has been loving my JLUR. After breakfast, we wandered around the town and tried to find things to do with the remaining time we had. About 3.5 hours later, I received a call from the service department saying that their tech was tied up on "another job" and wouldn't even be able to look at it for another hour. He also said that it would take about 3 hours, after he started, to run the diagnostics. I told him, I didn't have an additional 4 hours to spend waiting, and he said, they were going to be closing soon anyways, so, I'd have to come back on Monday to pick it up, and I should find a ride. I told him I'd be back to pick up my jeep, and he explained they hadn't even done the oil change, or ANYTHING that I asked to be done. He kept using the excuse "we only have a skeleton crew on Saturdays" I kept telling him to stop making excuses. I set an appointment at 9:30 more than a week in advance. They knew I was coming, what needed done, and how much time it would take. The professionalism of this service department is pathetic. The organization of the service department is non-existent. And the fact that they took 5 hours to do a simple oil change, and suggested I find a ride home, due to their lack of planning, is beyond incompetent. read more

My husband and I went in here to trade in his truck for a newer one. The whole team was so friendly, helpful, and willing to work with us. It was a great experience from beginning to end. A couple of the members even stayed after hours to complete the purchase of this truck. I know what it's like to stay hours over your shift, but they did it with a huge smile! I rate this service center very poorly. My Jeep Wrangler broke down, in Post Falls, ID at the end of January. I called to see if they could get it in, as I was in Idaho for work. I spoke with an advisor and he told me on the phone that he thinks it could be due to a rodent and bring it in. Once again, the next day they called and said it would be looked at today and they were sure it was electrical, due to a rodent. After a few days, I spoke with the advisor and he then told me it was the fuel pump, and it should be covered except the deductible. I agreed to proceed. The next day, the advisor called and asked for my gas key to drain my fuel, as they thought it was bad gas. Hmmmm, ok. As we talked at least once a day in regards to my vehicle, and started texting back in forth. I got a call and a few text messages, and they said it ran great come pick it up. I showed up, and it was not fixed. It ran the same way it did before they worked on it. They told me that the MAF sensor, Coolant sensor, and Cam sensor needed to be replaced, along with one spark plug and boot. Now, back in forth they would say, Jeep runs great and then at others, Jeep will not start. They would keep working on it. Once again, after frustration with all of this and feeling like this was a guessing game, I spoke with the service manager about the issues throughout the time also. He told me that they would get to the bottom of it. A few days later, they told me that one of my Cam shafts was bad and they would file for the insurance to pay for it. They started tearing it further apart the next day, told me that 3 out of 4 were bad and needed replaced. I asked for an estimate and they said 2800, and would send an invoice. I never received an invoice. I received a picture of some parts, but no cost. Then we continued to have a lot of other conversations in the process about this whole situation. The day before I was headed out from Washington to pick up my Jeep, in the evening, the advisor told me it was not done yet and still on track for the next day Friday. I still did not have an invoice. I asked him 3 times, in text, my final cost and he said "17-18." I asked if he meant $1700-$1800 and he said, "yes." I then said "so, if I bring $1800, I will be fine?" He said, "yes." I then repeated myself again, and he said, "yes." Then, on Friday, the day I was driving over to pick it up, the advisor text me and said, "look at our texts Jenn, I told you $2800." Then told me the tech drove my Jeep home last night. I never gave him permission to do that. I was told the service manager would be there at some point Saturday, and the general manager would be there too. I showed up around 10am, and neither the general manager nor the service manager were there. I asked to test drive my Jeep first and they allowed me to with someone with me. When I got out to my Jeep there was some red liquid spilled all over the passenger side window, door, floor, head liner, seat, and in between my seat and center console. I walked in to tell them, and they said they would clean it up. When they brought it back out, I noticed my window tint on my passenger side window was scratched off, they had wiped down the window and washed the outside. For the job they did, they did not even vacuum out their mess. I told them and the advisor that was there, in charge, told me that she could not do anything for me because they did not even touch my window, only washed the outside. I told her about my dash being taken apart and not put back together, and she said they never touched my dash. Well, they did replace my airbag recall, and never put it back together. There is so much detail about this dealership. I asked for my parts back, and received the Camshafts, lifters, and followers. I did not get all of them back, but did take the parts to 2 other Chrysler dealerships and they said they were not bad, not one of those parts. They stated that they would have never replaced them. I do not have failed cams, lifters, or followers. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I also got a screen shot of a Facebook post that one of the techs posted saying I blew my engine and so on. My Jeep was towed to a dealership here in town because of the same symptoms it was having and was not fixed. Worst experience EVER! read more

My 1-star is for the service department and here's why. Ever have a seatbelt malfunction? We have a beat up 06 Chrysler 300 with a seatbelt that was stuck inside the buckle on the drivers side. We brought the vehicle in for repairs and were advised the seatbelt malfunctioned and the assembly would need replacement. I am not a mechanic, but I have a budget minded sense of living as I don't have disposable funds for car repair. The cost for replacing the seatbelt from the service department was $600.00 when the representative was questioned he advised us that the shop couldn't replace the buckle alone, due to safety precautions they would not replace the malfunctioning buckle without the strap and costly sensors. The strap has no visible damage the fire would not need replacing if a buckle could be found. Upon questioning the service rep came back to the table with a subsequent offer for 500.00 as we were told the parts were discounted to reduce the atrocious initial cost. I politely declined and proceeded to examine all option for repair/replacement. I found parts departments across the interwebs selling the buckle/sensor replacement part for $150.00. I called the local wrecking yard and found a color matched used version for 35.00--after a 30 dollar extended 11/16 wrench purchase I was able to remedy the broken buckle for a grand total of 65.00 Poor service isn't the name of the game. read more

You would be better off throwing parts at your truck versus these guys diagnosing and repairing it. I took my truck in after I replaced the alternator. The lightning bolt symbol was still present and the truck was not charging the batteries. They said the battery wiring harness needed to be replaced and described the process as replacing both positive battery cables. After $800 and receiving my truck back. The next day the problem returned. Upon inspection, it turns out they only replaced the drivers side cable. They didn't even clean the passenger side cable. One of the steps in diagnosing this problem. I received another quote to replace the other side but declined to have them do it. After they said they could eventually replace all of the cables for $4000. I took it to another shop and within an hour they said the alternator that I put in had failed. So the dealership failed to even check the alternator! They also said all of the brake pads needed replacing. Indeed the front pads needed replacing but the rear pads had half their life left. I would have expected more from the dealership in regards to diagnosing problems. But I now understand why some call them stealerships. Do yourself a favor and go to a smaller shop that depends on your repeat business. The only reason I gave them more than one star is because they completed the job within the initial time quoted. Great customer service and friendly, professional staff. We purchased a used truck and they were all great. We are extremely satisfied with the way we were treated and the level of care and service they provided. I had an appointment for 1 pm today. I asked that the following services be provided for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. Oil Service Tire Rotation Adjust Parking Brake Diagnose and Resolve Check Engine Light Activation I arrived at 1259 pm and checked in with Michael, service advisor. I had a seat in the lounge and was contacted by Michael at 1:10 and signed the agreement to have the work performed. I was told there would be a $119 charge for the brake adjustment, as the vehicle was beyond 12,000 miles or one year. I agreed to the service, and was told it would be 60-70 minutes to have the work performed. A short while later, Michael again contacted me and advised that the check engine light was on as a result of a faulty oil pressure sensor, and that I would have to leave the vehicle, as it would take longer to repair than I would probably want to wait. He told me that the intake manifold has to be removed to access the sender unit, and requires new gaskets when the manifold in reinstalled. The sensor is located under the intake manifold???I told Michael that I would have to make another appointment to have the sensor replaced, but desired to have the remaining work completed during this visit. I sat in the lounge until 3:32 pm, when I was approached by Michael and was told that my vehicle was ready. This was over 2.5 hours after my arrival. Michael explained that I received an oil service and tire rotation. I would not be charged for my tire rotation due the length of my wait. When I asked about the brake adjustment, Michael told me that it would be completed when I returned for the sensor replacement as it would "be easier to do the parking brake adjustment when the vehicle is in the air for the sensor replacement." He explained that the sensor is under the intake manifold and is time consuming (takes two hours) to replace. So, I spent 2.5 hours of my time at your dealership for an oil change and tire rotation that I could have performed myself in 30 minutes. The reason I came there was principally for the check engine light issue. When I got to my Jeep, I looked at the wheels and tires. They were as dirty as when I dropped it off, as was the rest of the vehicle. I became suspicious that the tire rotation was not performed. When I started the vehicle, I noted that the tire pressure was the same as when I left it...low. The right rear tire had been 3 psi below the others when I left it, and it remained the same. A tire rotation had not been performed. It appears that the oil change was likely done, but I remain suspicious. I have two video cameras in my Jeep. One records to the front, and the other records to the rear. When I reviewed the footage, I noted that my Jeep was moved from the checkin bay to the parking lot at about 1:16 pm. It sat there until 2:22 pm and was moved into the service bay. I watched as a tech checked the wipers and lights. The hood was then raised. and obstructed my view. My appointment was at 1 PM, and my car sat in the lot for over an hour. An oil change then took over an hour. The invoice states that my car was ready at 3:17, and the video showed it was moved to the lot at that time. I was not made aware that it was ready until 3:32 pm. I am not happy, and I will not be returning. I will drive to Spokane Valley to have the sensor replaced. read more
