After a growing frustration with it, then checking both Next Door and Yelp, I decided to call Ricardo. He was awesome to chat with about the issue. He was willing to drive out to us and check it, and we were willing to pay the service charge. At his suggestion, he had me text him photos, including the model number and serial number. He called me back a few hours later. He had researched the issue and determined original parts are no longer available. (I had researched separately and had come to the same conclusion.) Ricardo added that in his experience, the aftermarket replacement parts are not the same quality and have been problematic. His recommendation was to plan on replacing the refrigerator if we still wanted that capability. No charge for his time. It was a great experience and highly recommend him.

How amazing, to have a technician at your door within the hour. My 4 year old GE washer had numerous error codes. Seems they are known for this. The repair is nearly the cost of a new machine. I decided not to repair the washer. The technician cleared the errors, and said to see how it goes. I asked what washing machines he recommends, for durability: Speed Queen (expensive), Maytag, Amana, Whirlpool. He said used are good, but buy from an appliance store, with a warranty. I appreciated his help. I've run the washer, about 5 loads. It seems to be working. I saved their contact information, and will call again.

Horrible experience with Bob. He was sent by my warranty company for my washer not balancing…read morelaundry above low spin speeds and my dryer not drying small loads after 60 minutes on the low setting. I showed him the pics of the load causing the washer to fail and the error code displayed. He pushed down on the tub and said there's nothing wrong with it. He blamed it on the design of the washer and told me not to wash small loads! The dryer was running 230 degrees on High and looked at nothing else. He never opened the machine! He blamed it on a blocked flange airflow problem w/o looking at the flange. He suggested at my expense changing the ventilation to louvers which would require chipping away stucco! When my neighbor and I pulled the tubing and looked at the flange there was NO BLOCKAGE and the flange was working fine. I called him and he refused to come back out! Bob's Complete Appliance Repair was paid for doing nothing and making inaccurate assumptions. FAHW sent Appliance Superheroes and they found the washer suspension needs replacement plus another part! They took the dryer apart, said it looked very good and checked the airflow. There was plenty of air flow! Their conclusion was fixing the washer should fix the drying issue.

We were glad to have him earlier as we had some things to attend to later in the day. On our first appointment he diagnosed the problem and told us it would be an economical fix. He said the part would be ready by the end of the week, a few days. He didn't charge for his diagnosis or initial visit. He brought the part by Friday and was able to fix our washer. It was an extremely reasonable price. We have an old refridgerator, really old, that needed a new drink dispensor pad. The part was hard to come by but Bob was able to track it down and have it sent to him by mail. He got it fixed before Christmas and we are able to use are water/ice dispensor with ease. The part and cost to fix was extremely reasonable. Thanks Bob!

Called Frigidaire on 12/31/14 to have someone come out and they dispatched Affordable Appliance. They were scheduled for today 1/6/15 between 8am and noon. No show, no call, no anything. I called Frigidaire back to find out what was up and they told me that Affordable Appliance accepted the dispatch but when they called them they told Frigidaire that they had no record of it (even though they accepted it). I am going to have to agree with all these other posts. Stay far away from Affordable Appliance!

The part had to be ordered and they worked with my mom around her work schedule to get everything installed and working plus their technican cleaned up well after himself. They were also really helpful when my mom replaced her fridge. They recommend a great model and helped with the install. I'm confused about the reviewers because I've never had any problems with this company and recommend them to everyone in the area. My mom lives alone and shes comfortable with their techs and they've always been very responsive, professional and plesant. During the visit I learned I needed a part that had to be ordered. I was told they would contact me directly once they received the part. A week went by since the initial visit but I heard nothing from this company. I received an automated message saying the repair guy was coming to my house on a particular date and time. I was never asked if this was convenient for me or my household. I contacted All Acess Appliance Repair asking how they could schedule this without my knowledge. We ended up rescheduling for the next day between 1-5. Around 430 pm I became concerned so I reached back out to them only to be told he got held up at another appointment. He never told me he could not make it. Around 530 pm I texted back only to be told he was not coming. He advised that he could come out Saturday but never responded back to me once I confirmed Saturday. I stopped hearing from him. The following week I reached out to my warranty company only to learn the part was unavailable and he reported this to them. This had me perplexed since he was scheduled to come twice already with presumably the parts. I was also livid that he stopped communicating with me. I was without a fridge for over two weeks waiting on all acess repair. Now my stove oven stopped working. I contacted my warranty company who referred me back to this company. I decided to give them one last chance. Just like my previous experience they responded to the first message then dropped communication altogether. Worst customer service ever! Bad company.

Said he would let my warranty company know so they could send out someone who could do a replacement because he only does repairs. It has been almost 2 weeks and he still has not sent his report to the warranty company! The warranty company has tried to talk to him, to no avail. He isn't answering my phone calls and does not reply to the warranty company either. Now his phone is not accepting messages. He already got paid!!!!!! Please think twice about using this company. Looks like others have reviewed him the same as I have.
