I arranged a visit on the same day I called, filled out all the new patient paperwork upon arrival, and saw both the nurse and doctor all in under an hour. I might have been able to shave off 5 minutes if the reception hadn't made so many typos in my paperwork, but at least they gave me a chance to review it before they entered wrong information into their system. Dr. Khan was very thorough and professional. The ease of making an appointment probably has to do with the fact that the practice has 5 physicians on staff.

I waited close to eight months before finally receiving a call and I was genuinely excited. I completed the long phone intake without hesitation because I truly believed this would be the beginning of consistent, personalized care. On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time and was seen by a Nurse Practitioner who was very thorough. I completed blood work, urine testing, an EKG the full workup. I was told I would receive a follow-up call with my results. At no point during that visit did I see Dr. Cadoo. I assumed perhaps she would come in later, but that never happened. When it came time for my follow-up, I was informed that the Nurse Practitioner I originally saw was no longer there, and I would now be speaking with another Nurse Practitioner. Again, I was understanding. However, once more, I did not see or speak with Dr. Cadoo. I was referred out, but without ever having had a direct interaction with the physician whose practice I had waited months to access. I want to be clear I am not unfamiliar with healthcare. I have over 25 years in the medical field, so I fully understand how practices operate, the role of Nurse Practitioners, and the demands of running a successful brand. I respect that Dr. Cadoo has built something impactful, and I even admire the balance of family and career that many providers strive for. However, at some point, patients need to meet their doctor--especially after such a long wait. If new patients are continuously brought in but never actually seen by the physician, it raises concerns. The frequent staff turnover also felt unsettling, particularly when it comes to continuity of care. This is not about convenience or a casual visit--this is my health. I'm not looking for a place to "check in" every now and then. I'm looking for a provider relationship built on trust, presence, and consistency. I truly wish the practice continued success, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations as a patient.

I gave her chance after chance and finally said I may have to sue her and her response was "that's what the malpractice insurance is for." Is that any way to practice medicine?

She is fantastic and my husband attests that she is one of the best doctors who he's seen. She's set up an office with another doctor, Dr. Julie Kidangan, in Bloomfield (we went to an office in Verona previously). The new space is great. It's easy to drive to from Route 3 or the GSP. There is a private lot for parking, too. The office itself is bright with large windows and a nice waiting area (quiet, neat, and has cute furniture - just saying). The office is located in a one-level building, and is wheelchair accessible with a ramp leading the office entrance. My husband has been very sick this week, so I handled scheduling his appointment at the new office. The office scheduler/manager who worked with me was very polite, friendly, and professional. I don't know about you, but I've had many experiences in the past with office staff who I've sworn truly hate the world. So I really appreciate this friendly service. So without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Hyatt and this office. As a wife helping my husband, I feel confident that he's getting the best treatment from this office, which gives me tremendous relief.

My first appointment was Monday, 7/25/18. I got there and the place was spotless. The receptionist who signed me in was very efficient and kind. I could tell she liked her job, she was very friendly & smiling the whole time. She then sent me to the back where I was greeted immediately by Evie. She took my history and then Dr Moscato came in. The exam room was new and spotless too, you could tell this place cleaned their rooms constantly . Dr Moscato was very nice and listened to me with interest. When we were done she took me out and had her staff do my referral immediately. I was able to make my appointment with the specialist by the time I got home. Moreover, she kept my mother as a patient, so it was a personal issue with me. She had no empathy for me and was condescending and egotistical. As for the other doctors--I spent nearly three decades being gaslit about my medical issues and blamed for them. The doctors knew that I was under severe stress and that cortisol affects everything. They nonetheless blamed me for my poor sleep (I was an unpaid caregiver for my parents), issues with diabetes (they kept telling me that "you need to lose weight" as though that was the *only* way to manage it and it was just on me to fix this), my extremely heavy periods ("you need to lose weight and it'll go away!"-- it did not), and felt dismissed. I didn't realize until I left the area how much I'd been gaslit.

Come surgery day we were all extremely nervous as my dad has other health issues but Dr. Clemente assured us he will be ok. Prior to surgery Dr. Clemente took all the precautions to ensure my father would be safe during his surgery. My father is 4 days out of surgery and he already feels like a new man. Dr. Clemente is a blessing in disguise. I highly recommend Dr. Clemente as I have never encountered a doctor who really takes the time and cares so much about his patients along with being extremely knowledgable.
