We got to see play and do so MANY things all active and the girls loved the play areas ...all of them. The bathrooms were clean and strategically placed...I was pleasantly surprised. The parking is close!...& I liked the exercise...our girls napped so hard after the visit. I am in firm belief that the overall planning and logistics of this place are professionally done & handled well! This venue is a must visit if in the area and you like hands on action. The girls had a blast and that is what matters most!! 10/10 times I will return.. for the price I paid... I could see myself doing this again with a longer stay in the area! Sidenote the people in guest service station were super awesome... All workers that interacted with our family had smiles on their faces and were so helpful. I feel for the price I paid...it was well worth it! We will return! *Questions reach out* Respectfully, Bryan and Family Oklahoma City

So much fun! The first visit was nearly 10 years ago. That time was fun too…read more On my most recent visit, it was just as much fun. I think I had forgot just how many different holes and paths you could take. They've also added more stuff than I remember. They had a section roped off because they're adding yet another section. I wasn't sure I'd enjoy the place as much this time around but I did. This is a must-visit when in StL but be warned, you will be tired after playing on this adult playground. The only annoyance this time is that I seem to remember that you could pay one price and get everything. This time, there was the general ticket that gives you access to 3 floors but no roof access. No pinball access. You have to pay extra for those two things. I guess extra charges make sense but just wrap the price all in one. I feel like the floors and roof should be in one ticket. There were a few times that employees came out on the roof to run people off that didn't have the appropriate color of bracelet. If you love having fun, definitely do this when visiting StL.

Parking is free if you're a member, if not you'll be charged unless you walk over , shuttle or park somewhere else nearby free. The energy in the room was lively, social, and full of people genuinely excited to try bites from some of the best local spots. There was an impressive variety of vendors, cuisines, and creative dishes that made every stop feel like a new experience. It's the perfect event to attend with friends while discovering restaurants you may not have tried yet. Everything I tasted was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere never lost its excitement and charm. You could feel how much pride each vendor had in showcasing their best bites. It's a fantastic way to celebrate the local food scene all in one place. The only reason for four stars is timing and quantity -- the two-hour general admission window (with it being a sold out event) didn't feel like enough time to make it to every area. A few vendors had already run out of food by the time we reached them (lines to get samples were also long), which was a little disappointing. It would be great to see either a slightly longer event window or for vendors to come with more servings. Overall, it's still an event I would absolutely recommend and definitely attend again!

I didn't know STL had their own at Shakespeare Glen in Forest Park! We watched the Tempest last night and the set and lightning design was fantastic! They have speakers set up so it wasn't difficult to hear. Get there early if you care about sitting up at the front, but honestly the views from the top of the hill were still great. Parking will be horrendous! Food was good, it was from Steve's Hot Dogs and the Fountain on Locust but so maaaanyy patrons brought in their own meals and bottles of wine (so cute) A teenage, abridged version of the Tempest was showing by the food stands before the show - very cute! I loved this and can't wait to see what's up next for their tour in August and September

No breaks in so much action and if they skipped a beat, was not detected! So enjoyed this interpretation even though I thoroughly enjoy a more classic production as well. Parking voucher so easy to park and close to museum.

Walk to and up Monk's Mound, which is the largest. I recommend reading the signs about the history of the mounds. Background: I visited just after finishing a book called "America Before" by Graham Hancock. He extensively covers the geoglyphs (mounds) across the Americas and describes their site-line survey complexity. They are basically dirt mound versions of Stonehenge, and line up with solar events during the equinoxes. The amount of precision from an ancient hunter-gatherer society is absolutely fascinating. I highly recommend a read before visiting.

I mean it does look like just a big hill but... As a history buff, I thought it was kind of cool. We climbed the stairs to the top (great work out, a couple folks were doing just that) to get a view of the area. Not much at all is built up around this area, the small town that it is located in is barely a blip before you enter the St. Louis metropolitan area. It is actually pretty remarkable how rural this area is being only miles outside of St. Louis. Anyways, I tried to get my kids to understand that the people that built these mounds did not have Bobcats, dump trucks, or any huge equipment. We are talking woven baskets and such. Still not impressed. At least we stood on the top and say we have been there. I suggest you do the same. Check it off the list and say you once stood on one of the tallest pre-Columbian structures in North America. Can't say that every day!
