Was called 10 minutes before appointment to tell me he was running late and if I was still interested he could be a 1/2 hour late. I said okay. 5 minutes before the new appointment, he called and said he was still 1/2 hr away because he had an employee get hurt at worksite and had to run to hospital. I said okay again. He arrived and took measurements, no samples of windows and said I would get an estimate within the week. Week and 1/2 later and still no contact. Between the report of injury, the tardiness, and the lack of follow-thru, I concluded my business should go elsewhere.
