Our house is ~120 years old, and we've worked with many contractors over the years while renovating and updating. True Crew has been hands down our best experience. They were attentive to our needs, and helped guide us to wonderful new windows and front door for our house. Their communication was top notch, and when they said they were going to do something, they did it. Their pricing was extremely fair, and they didn't use the same high-pressure or gimmicky tactics that other companies used. The guys who handled the installation were friendly, prompt, and took extra care to ensure every window and the front door were properly installed. The two guys would come for a couple of hours and then leave. The doors are other issue all together. We had all our exterior doors replaced and a screen door added. The screen door fell apart within the year. The front door has warped and we are unable to open it. Another doors on the garage wad not properly install and did a quick fix. If I would do over again I would have gone with another company for the doors. The windows they seem fine just the length of time to get them installed.

Step one they only charged for 3 windows with 4th price was HIGHER than Windows by Anderson They took weeks to get the order wrong and brought a front door, which is too large. Office told contract installers to cut my wall to make the wrong door fit. They took weeks to get the next door that leaked water underneath and around the door knob. They returned 3 times to fix last person was mgr for the installers who said Ma'am we will replace it if it leaks again. BS! August - sent new door knob, put caulk in the hole before the new knob. Sales guy stated he would be my POC if there were any concerns but like the song Go on take the money and run pathetic employees and service What kind of 5 year old makes this decision Well now it has been winter and the could air comes in around the windows and I could just leave the door open and have same protection DO NOT use Window Nation - do it yourself with Duct tape and caulk or just remove doors and windows still better off yep!

The new windows from Home Guard International are amazing. The glass is Cardinal glass. The frame is a hybrid vinyl and fiberglass. The frame inside the house is solid wood instead of fiber board. The windows are caulked as opposed to no caulking by the builder. I am amazed by the beauty and sturdiness of the new windows. The Amish build well and the cost is much lower than a name brand window. The Amish know quality. We are looking to our new front door from Home Guard constructed from fiberglass. We wanted the 24 month SAC financing, and the entire conversation there was mention of that. The job was recently completed and those were not the terms of the contract. All I have to say, double check what you are signing, even if the whole conversation prior to signing is indicative of the deal you think you are getting, double check that you are not being misled and if you think you are getting 24 months interest free, make sure that is what is in the contract. Don't be trusting and complacent that all salesmen are not slippery. It is a total salesman move and it works - very scummy business move. And ask for an itemized list of what you are getting, like what the shower seat costs, what the caddy costs. These totals of this job and this job - very blase and vanilla. So, the numbers can be padded to absorb the "sale" that is being offered. Bee did nice work, but the salesman side, in our experience, was very misleading. Now we are stuck with financing charges that we were led to believe in our conversation, would be avoided if paid within 24 months - the only reason we decided to do the job.
