We hired them to complete a patio remodel, for which they told us they had the experience to handle. However, they proved themselves to be woefully incapable. We had a ridiculous number of problems dealing with them. Here is a high-level summary of our experience: 1. The 4-month contract we had with them ran past 6.5 months and still was not complete because they chose not man the job and refused to finish. 2. They caused damage (holes in the ceiling) to the interior of the house, failed to cover it from further water damage due to rain, and didn't repair that damage for 4 months. 3. Over 75-80% of the time they were not on site to manage the project - they dropped off workers who spoke little English and were not aware of what was needed nor often experienced enough to do the work. 4. They caused so many construction errors (concrete and other structural), resulting in unwanted design changes and over $10k in problems, that we ended up going to court. The year-long court process resulted in the court keeping us from posting a bad review giving us 2 options; either we get to hold them in Contempt of Court for not following the court orders to complete the work and then allow them fix the damage they did to the house, or we just walk away from the agreement with a small amount of money. They are such a bad company that we chose to walk away, even though that meant we will have pay more to other contractors to complete the work. If you hire them, you will likely be setting yourself up for the same problems, they will never apologize, and they will blame you for their mistakes. We know the construction market is difficult, but if you want it done right, this is not the company to choose to do your project.
