When I woke up, I asked them when they were going to start, yet they were already done lol. I felt completely normal waking up, not groggy or sick. Healing has gone so well for me and way easier than I though it was going to be! My incision was so nicely stitched up and I have great confidence that it will be super light once completely healed. I had mohs surgery and I had to pay upfront as I have a high deductive - no big deal or surprise there. But then when I received my EOB I noticed that I had overpaid by over $600 since they are in network and I should get that discount. I have called and called to try and get my money refunded. The last AI response from them was that it would be in 1-3 business days - that was 2 weeks ago. I keep leaving messages and/or asking for call back and have had zero response. Now involving my insurance company to try and advocate so far they have had the same experience. At this point it seems somewhat fraudulent on their behalf. I do not plan on returning to their offices and will ensure that no one in my family does either. Hopefully they will eventually do the right thing and return the money they owe me.
