All of his staff and the anesthesiologist were just so comforting, making this experience seamless! I've never been put to sleep before- The anesthesiologist (Dr. Reynolds brother, I wish I could remember his name) mentioned that my voice sounded like Alicia Keys. So when they wheeled me into the operation room, he had her music playing lol! By the time they put me on the table, I was out within seconds. When I woke up, I asked them when they were going to start, yet they were already done lol. I felt completely normal waking up, not groggy or sick. Healing has gone so well for me and way easier than I though it was going to be! My incision was so nicely stitched up and I have great confidence that it will be super light once completely healed. I had Breast Cancer (aggressive) I had the choice of a lumpectomy or double mastectomy. With a lumpectomy the risk of returning was too great. When my oncology team referred me to Dr. Reynolds I took a deep breath of relief. Why?? Because my husband had been to him twice & I knew his work was great. The morning of surgery I'm trying to hold it together, my best friend, my protector, my confidant, my strength, my everything....my husband passed away in his sleep unexpectedly two weeks after I started chemo, eight months prior to this surgery. Dr. Reynolds reassured me as I was going into the OR. I was told by Dr. Reynolds staff to call them if there were any issues. I not thinking went to the ER because I was having pain, which ended up being a drain issue. The ER said everything looked fine it must be hitting a nerve. I think the surgical bra pushed it. Anyway the next morning Dr. Reynolds office called and asked me to come in that day. I did, they removed the drain that was causing the issue. I got a slap (joking) on my hand for going to the ER because I was told in pre op and post op to call them. Fast forward a few days and I have COVID. I need to start taking medicine and I was worried as I'm still very sore from surgery. It's Sunday so I call their office because I want to make sure Dr. Reynolds is aware and I need to know if I should or shouldn't take certain medications. So I call the numbers they provided me and guess who answered??? Dr. Reynolds. What???? I have never had an actual doctor answer his after hours number. Well thats what Dr. Reynolds does. He answers his after hours calls. When he saw me after I originally went to the ER he told me "If there's a problem I will have you come in. I'll come in any time if I need to. Had you called me you would have saved yourself two exposures to radiation from the Xray and CT scan. I would have just removed the drain. It's not uncommon." He wasn't wrong because I'm 100% positive the ER is where I got COVID along with my sister and brother because we hadn't been anywhere else. I'm almost 53 years old. I've had countless surgeries. I've had kidney removed, collapsed lungs, kidney stones stuck in my urethra where I almost died from my remaining kidney about to rupture...I've had cancer twice now. I have NEVER had a doctor be so available to me in my life...ever. Usually it's impossible to get ahold of a doctor's office after hours let alone the actual doctor. They told me to contact him and due to my previous experiences with other doctors, I didn't listen. Then when I did listen, the second time I needed him, he answered the phone. I'm still in shock. I know as a patient I shouldn't be, but I am. My husband had so many health issues over the years. I was a helicopter wife. I was on top of his health care. I had really great relationships with his doctors and didn't have access to them even though I knew them for many years. I'm only a month out of surgery. I have tissue expanders in. I was absolutely terrified to see myself after the initial 48 hours of wearing the surgical bra. My sister was standing next to me with tears rolling down my face I said "I'm scared to see myself. I've seen so many pictures on my FB support group page trying to prepare for this moment. I don't want to look." My sister isn't used to seeing me so vulnerable and offered me support. When I opened the bra I was pleasantly surprised. My incisions are super thin and straight. I believe when I'm all done and healed they will be barely or not noticeable. I heard Dr. Reynolds is a perfectionist and the fact he is well respected and could stick with plastic surgery where he wouldn't need to deal with insurance companies nor what they are willing to pay and he chooses to see cancer patients and make them a priority says so much about who he is as a human being. He has a God given talent and he is doing good with it. So many plastic surgeons don't handle cases like mine. Once they get their reputation they are cash only. Elective surgeries only. Why??? Because they can. So back on day one when I was told I was being referred to Dr. Reynolds I was floored. I knew his work and I knew he was well respected. Not only is Dr. Reynolds a great surgeon but his bedside manner is fantastic. His office staff and nursing team are top notch. They follow through, they are proactive and polite. I was terrified to have my drains removed. They told me I shouldn't feel anything but pressure. Which I didn't believe much because when my drain was pulled from my collapsed lungs I pretty much had to be peeled from the ceiling it hurt so bad. Not these drains. I had four total and the removal took literally a second maybe two and was painless. The only thing I felt was the cold sensation of the ointment they used on my incision sites. I had an appointment scheduled 2 months ago. I really needed to be seen sooner but there were no earlier appointments Reynolds Plastic Surgery could offer me. I reluctantly scheduled an appointment anyway & decided that perhaps they were worth the wait since they were so busy. It seemed a lot more convenient than having to drive all the way back to Beverly Hills at the time. I had explanted my breast implants back in February & since one week before that surgery, I've had an open wound with fluid leaking out. I told the office what was going on when I scheduled. I also told them that I suspected I may have BIA-ALCL because I had every symptom, minus the lymph node one, & I had textured silicone breast implants that leaked. Textured implants are the ones that are linked to this man-made form of cancer of the immune system. I actually know someone who got this & I wanted to make sure I don't have it. I waited way past my comfort zone & was looking forward to my appointment so I could finally have some peace of mind. Come the week of my appointment, I get a text stating that they've bumped my appointment to 9 days later than I was supposed to be seen. I replied to the text the following morning only to find out that now they can only offer an appointment two weeks from my originally scheduled date. This may very well be a great doctor, but I'll never know, since apparently having an open wound & suspecting BIA-ALCL isn't much of a priority & appointment dates & times you schedule aren't honored. Noted. Thanks so much for wasting valuable months of my time! Please enjoy this review of the service I received. For the record, I can get in with celebrity doctors in Beverly Hills a lot sooner than I can with this Las Vegas rockstar surgeon, lol. Now to find another doctor that keeps his promises & who doesn't act as if his time is more valuable than mine... Update: The office below left a comment to my review that basically translates to "Your appointment wasn't a priority to us. Who cares if you have an open wound and suspect cancer. We had someone else we put in your spot & that's that." Am I supposed to trust them & schedule again? I think not! They couldn't even give me the courtesy to reserve the spot they offered me. They expect me to wait another 2 weeks, (or month, or who knows how long it is now?) since I didn't jump at the opportunity to book with them the second they bumped me. Most doctors I know, that value their patients, will squeeze you in & either come in earlier, or stay later, to accommodate. Especially for someone with a serious medical condition that booked months in advance. But not this guy who has now earned the nickname, "Rockstar Reynolds". No solutions were offered to me, hence my review, that I'm now doubling down on. To add insult to injury, I asked a "friend" to try to book a pretend consultation in order to gauge the availability of appointments. They were able to schedule for 3 days sooner than me, the bumped patient who had booked months ago, desperately needing to be seen with a serious medical issue. I rest my case about how things work here. People should be warned, when making their appointments, of the potential to have to wait 3 (or more) months to be seen so they can decide if that works for them, rather than getting strung along. I'm no longer interested in seeing this doctor because the office's customer service skills are severely lacking, which is a reflection on him. Nobody said when I booked this appointment that my appointment time was liable to get moved, much later than the agreed upon date and time. Had I known, I would have made other arrangements, as my health issues are time sensitive & I want a doctor who deems my case as important & urgent because it is. So surprise, this is my review of your business... Maybe, had I met the doctor, my review would have been different, like you say, but based on the experience I've had so far, I'd have better luck getting a meeting with the President of the United States. Sorry, nobody is that much of a rockstar to put up with this nonsense. NEXT!!!! Soon after reviewing, I received a comment from a "patient" who also happened to leave a positive review this same doctor. In addition, they magically received a new review from a patient who was supposedly seen quickly. Damage control by posting fake reviews much? The commenter explained why consultations take precedence over health problems. So she's a friend of the doctor/staff or she works there since she knows their policy. I would hope they aren't violating HIPAA by discussing my case with random "patients". Now the positive reviews of this business are suspect to me. Angela is amazing. I saw her after a consultation with another center for laser treatment over my top lip to lighten some sun spots. The first place I saw was planning to take a very aggressive approach and Angela was planning to take a very conservative route. She was thorough and honest in our consult. My family and I have seen Dr Reynolds for several things over the past few years, and we have been nothing but impressed by him. The biggest procedure I had was a tummy tuck and breast augmentation a year ago. I have been floored by Dr. Reynolds skills and his bedside manner. He is honest, genuine, and willing to do anything to help his patients. From the start of my procedure, he gave his honest opinion and advice on which type of implants and how big l should go. He listened to my opinions, concerns and questions. He took his time and never once made me feel rushed. My procedure went well, I had zero complications. Dr Reynolds was meticulous about everything. My incisions were neatly cut and sewn, unlike anything I have seen from other doctors. He took every step and then some, to prevent infection. One thing I've learned is that a tummy tuck is not a one size fits all procedure. Everyone heals and scars differently. I unfortunately, have been a more difficult patient in these terms. I have a tendency to form keloids and I did. He has followed up with me over the last year to make sure my body looks right and that I am happy with my procedure. He has done everything to keep my keloids away. He's been so great. There are a lot of really intelligent surgeons out there, but there are very few who also have an artistic eye. Dr. Reynolds is both of these things. Exactly what you want in a plastic surgeon. He also genuinely cares for his patients and the girls he has working in his office have the same qualities. On a saturday night my son broke his nose in a freak accident at a church activity and as a mother my brain went spiraling down a hole as I froze in shock . A fellow friend who happens to be a local dermatologist mentioned Brandon Reynolds is the "nose guy." Due to the nature of the situation I was able to get photos to him right away and my son scheduled Monday for an appointment. She not only addressed my issues, but she resolved them as well. I ended up going in to see Angela for a Clearlift facial with Angela last week. When I called the 1st time the person who answered the phone was short and snotty and let me know there was a $150 consultation fee Then you can only book an appointment up to 2:30pm on Mondays Very annoying and this was my 1st call to this place. Go in for a "consultation" to discuss "services" and their cost and get a bill mailed to me for "service" rendered during the "consultation". From the first phone call, to leaving the appointment, there was never a single word or scrap of paper that mentioned a fee for the consultation. Since there was only discussion of future services, no services were actually rendered during the consultation, and there was never any mention of a fee, I assumed this was a mistake. I called to see what this bill was for and the office manager responded by reading me the financial agreement. Really? In a condescending tone she proceeded to tell me, "a consultation is a service and that's what I was billed for". Sure would have been nice if someone in their office had mentioned that tidbit of information at some point prior to my appointment. Shooting off a bill weeks later, have a frustrated person call in response to the bill, read them word for word your financial policy, and speak to them in a condescending tone just doesn't seem like an effective or transparent way to communicate to a person regarding "services and their associated fees". Why brother with communication and transparency, you have a signed financial agreement? I would have had zero issue with a consultation fee if it was simply communicated to me from the very beginning. read more

My wife had a sarcoma tumor growing very rapidly underneath her scalp. It started to protrude through her scalp. Radiation oncologist referred us to Dr Reynolds, who sprung into action and saw us the same day. He did a biopsy at that time, and then scheduled a surgery within 2 weeks. Well, not only the melanoma was fully removed but the scars can not be seen after 2 weeks!!. I attribute this results to the precision of Dr. Reynolds surgical expertise. My research revealed that Dr. Reynolds has a great reputation not only by his patients but other doctors. He gets a WOW response when I mention his name to other practitioners. Post not for the faint of heart. My husband nearly vasovagaled (passed out) throughout the ordeal. My 16 year old son, a National level soccer player, center midfielder was cleated/kicked in the face. Fracturing his teeth, leaving a stud hole near his chin and wide gash just below his nose. To complicate matters he was born with a cleft lip, has previous scars and scar tissue from his original repair. His game was late and as a parent I didn't want to trust the repair to just anyone that happened to be in the ER. My son has ample insecurities based on his cleft lip, we could not risk another setback. We stayed up late on "concussion watch" and he was fine. Correcting me on questions I asked him. (He's a smart kid). The next morning at 8 am, Dr. Brandon Reynolds' staff brought us in, immediately made us feel at ease. Lack of sleep and stress on our part amplified my gratitude for their demeanor and professionalism. Dr. Reynolds was fantastic with my son! Kind, gentle with an ease to him that comforted me and Tim right away. He explained what he was doing and kept my son calm, even complimenting his original cleft repair. This made Tim feel good. Dr. Reynolds' steady, precise artistry as he placed 7 stitched across his lip and one near the chin were perfection. My son said, "Wow." When given the mirror to inspect the work, not even he could have anticipated such a perfect result. We left the office in a timely manner. I was giddy that my expectations were far surpassed. A very rough 24 hours was buoyed up by the very best service and consummate skill of Dr. Reynolds. This review is not enough to express the level of gratitude I feel. It was a freak accident and I now have a healthy, happy recovering son. We will rely on Dr. Reynolds again and again for additional work my son needs as a result of his birth defeat. I had saline implants put in 2003 and wondered how long they were good for. Dr. Reynolds explained the possible complications I might expect and so I decided to remove and replace before I had issues. Best decision ever! Dr. Reynolds replaced my implants with "gummy bear" silicone implants which look and feel so much more natural than my old ones. I didn't realize how much the old ones had slipped and how puckered the edges felt until I had the new ones put it. The whole procedure from consultation to follow up was so seamless and easy.
