I was at work at my time of service and, thankfully, was able to let the team in through an automatic door lock. I am moving out of my apartment and needed everything cleaned before turning in my keys. I went back to the apartment during my lunch break & it felt like the stress of having to move out instantly subsided. Then he did not asked for advance deposit or upfront payment. They were on time and when they did our move out house my husband was more than impressed. Marlén and Ashley arrived 5 minutes late but worked their butts off the entire time they were here. I was quoted for 3 hours and they ended up being here 5hrs for my 1990 sqft 3 bed 2.5bath home. They asked if it was to my liking and when I showed a spot on the floor she cleaned it up super quick. They were both super friendly and hard workers. I would definitely use them again. They also kept their masks on when anywhere close to me and my 1 year old son which helped me feel more comfortable as well. Christian, Marlen and Oscar were at our home today and did a superb job on our home. The little extra touches they provide on top of the full cleaning itself made it all seem worth the price of the initial deep cleaning. With all that they had to do, and how hard they worked, there was a miscommunication on our end and there was a bedroom that was missed. I used Yelp's project quote feature to reach out for a move-in cleaning. While several companies responded very quickly with copy/paste rate responses, Christian from CJJY took time to read the specifics and reach out with a tailored quote for my home. He acknowledged what offerings I was interested in that they didn't offer (at this time, it was tule & grout - no big deal) and noted specifically one of the asks i had that they would ensure they completed. We scheduled for the next day and he quoted me a flat rate for the size and scope, including three cleaners and estimating 5 hours. The next day they arrived at my home just shortly after the confirmed time and began working right away. My husband and I were handling packing and moving at our previous residence so the team worked autonomously all day. We were surprised to arrive back on one of our trips around the 6.5-hour mark and find them just wrapping up - that's how thorough of a job they do! After taking one look at the kitchen, I knew they had already gone above and beyond. I am absolutely thrilled with the cleanliness of the house: the prior owner had dogs, so you can expect plenty of hair, nose prints and drool spots all over, and now there isn't a trace (a relief for my allergies!). Payment was super easy, completed through a link texted to me when they wrapped up. This was my first experience hiring a cleaning company because I'm very specific about how I clean my home and how far in the nooks and crannies I want to get - and I would not hesitate to call CJJY again! They took 3 hours and when I got back to do the walk through everything was so clean and when I did my walk through with the maintenance at my complex the guy said "this apartment looks like someone can move in today" and guess what? I requested a quote, and they responded so quickly, with a very reasonable price. In other cleaning companies, you have to make multiple appointments. One is to check your house first before giving you an estimate which is quite fair but not convenient for busy families. The cleaners arrived early; the arrangement would be for 4 hours cleaning in which they end up 6 hours. They are very thorough and takes care every part of your house like it is theirs. We moved into a new rental home and the owner obviously did not have it cleaned prior to us moving in. In my opinion it was rather filthy. Dusty, full of dead bugs and roaches, and just small debris everywhere. CJJY responded right away through the Yelp request and I was shocked at how affordable the deep cleaning was. They sent over a list of things they will focus on and they really did an exceptional job. I can walk around my house without having black feet now! They also offer monthly or biweekly services. I think we are going to go with the monthly. With only about 10 days to go before I had to leave my old apartment after they raised my rent $500, I needed to find a cleaning service that would be able to come out to do a move out cleaning, but especially a cleaning of the kitchen and two bathrooms. I had two unfortunate experiences with trying to book two other highly rated cleaning services, one who told me after a few emails that their last appointment for the month was booked even though their website told me otherwise, and the other who cancelled my appointment after they came to do "an accessment", saying what I needed was a "specialized cleaning" which they didn't do. I don't know what "maid" these services treat me this way. With now only 7 days to go and feeling more stressed to find a cleaning service after being cancelled, in comes CJJY Cleaning Services to the rescue! Not that many reviews on Yelp compared to the first two services I dealt with, but don't let that deter you from contacting them. Christian answered within 20 minutes, gave me a quote which was less than half of the others, and gave me two times and dates they had available. I booked the first. After seeing the place, they didn't cancel me (whew!) but I got a call from them saying it needed a deep cleaning (which I expected considering that the last cleaner didn't even want to try) but that I could still go with what they had quoted me. With the higher cost it was still less than the original cost of the previous cancelled service, so I said yes. The workers were done in less than 4 hours, and the results were nothing short of fantastic! Let me say that again. FANTASTIC! The motto on the back of the card Christian handed me says "Guaranteed Happiness, that's how we roll." but there was no need for anything else to be done. I literally could not believe the kitchen and bathrooms were the same ones I had left. It was that dramatic a difference. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
