I asked him how much of the oil stain would actually come out and he said about 80% but because it was so old that it wouldn't come out completely. I proceeded with the service and it took him around 20-25 minutes to complete. Overall, he did the job that was asked, he was professional and polite. He did say that he uses all organic chemicals. I'm not sure if I'm being unreasonable but I just feel like it's possible for the oil stain to come out more than it did. The spray paint came out with no issue. In fact, the floor had a pile of crumbs on it and same for in front of the sofa. Downstairs in the primary bedroom, the furniture was not dusted, and the floor in the bathroom was not cleaned. I know it wasn't discussed, but also the laundry area was not cleaned at all. Which would have been nice to clean since she didn't have to clean 2 of the bedrooms. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. For this reason, I booked the Custom Clean with one cleaner ($115) instead of Deep Clean (approx $250). The cleaner spent ONE HOUR alone on one bathroom knowing that time was limited and there were more rooms to get to. Eventually she ran out of time after 2.5 hours and only got to one bedroom, two bathrooms and the kitchen counter tops (no mopping or dusting in the kitchen). Now I'm paying for her poor time management and cleaning the rest of the house myself. - UPDATED: Card hold: Customer service told me I would not be charged until after the cleaning was complete, but immediately after booking, a hold for the total amount was put in my card.
