They were very communicative throughout the process and sent us a reminder the day before the scheduled cleaning. That was especially helpful because I had accidentally booked the wrong date. Since there was enough notice, they were able to reschedule us at no additional charge. The actual cleaning was superb. While we were at work, their team thoroughly cleaned our home. The floors were vacuumed, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was cleaned, the oven was spotless, and the blinds were completely dust-free. It was so refreshing to come home to a clean, fresh smelling house. The next time we need a cleaning service, we already know who we are calling!

The stove, oven, and fridge especially, I didn't even know those were part of the package, but she made them look brand new. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. What caught me off guard was that once the cleaners arrived, I was told the job would take significantly longer and that I would need to pay nearly double the original quoted amount if I wanted the deep cleaning completed. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, but I felt this should have been addressed during the initial phone consultation when they were gathering information and providing the estimate. To their credit, the office did allow the cleaners to stay an additional 10 minutes at no extra charge, but realistically that did very little to resolve the issue. The main concern wasn't the extra 10 minutes--it was that the expectations and pricing changed after the cleaners were already at my home. The cleaners themselves were courteous and professional, but I ultimately didn't feel the cleaning met my expectations for a deep-clean service, especially considering the price. If the company believes a home requires substantially more time than the initial estimate, I think that should be communicated before the appointment or after an in-person assessment--not after the service has already begun. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.

She also gave me the price per ton at each location. I was surprised by how helpful they were. The dump/transfer station is easy to drive to and dump whatever you are hauling. You throw your waste on the ground and it is great for dump trailers. Some transfer stations have you through your trash in the actual trailer which is a pain due to having to throw the garbage or waste over rails.

Personal belongings were frequently moved during the cleaning process but were not consistently returned to their original or designated locations. This created an additional task for me to reorganize after the service, which significantly diminished the convenience expected from a professional cleaning service. Furthermore, while the team divided responsibilities (one person downstairs, one upstairs), the quality of work varied. The cleaning of the kitchen area, in particular, was superficial and lacked the detailed attention one would expect, giving the impression that corners were cut. Following this initial experience, I scheduled a subsequent "regular cleaning" service. During our preliminary discussions, a specific price was quoted and agreed upon. All surfaces were well taken care of, stove, cabinets, and kitchen surfaces. Every room was neatly organized, dusted. There were lovely touches like folding any towels or blankets in fun shapes. My bathrooms alone were worth requesting this service. They were able to accommodate all the requests on our list. It felt like walking into a new house. We are so happy for the services offered.
