As a follow up to bait and switch tactics used by this dishonest company that advertised $1,999.00 implants that suddenly become over 6k , I found an amazing dental implant center in Hollywood thats been around for almost 40 years and did my implant for less than 2k without all the bogus work this office claimed needed to be done for thousands less in basically 2 visits. I have had my implant now for several years and elated with the results. Front upper tooth done right..some businesses are still operate with honesty and integrity.. By remaining seated in dialogue, Dr. Rezakhani (pronounced "Re-zah-KAHNEE"), conveyed affability and trust. Coupled with clear and transparent projected costs, provided by Ms. Quintana the office manager, the initial consultation impressed me enough to make three referrals from among my colleagues to this dental practice under review. Consultation was followed by services, thus far received, which have included the following as of the date of this review: (1.) Complete evaluation with Xrays of each tooth's structure; (2.) Comprehensive cleaning with education provided throughout the diagnostic and treatment procedure; (3.) Attention and accommodation to my need to stretch at times during the cleaning procedure (#1 - #3 under the care of the best hygienist I've received treatment from during my past 25 years of residence in the metropolitan area); (4.) Direct care by Dr. Rezakhni in an in-office surgical suite, where I observed continuous adherence to various levels of 'clean,' 'aseptic,' and 'sterile' techniques and gowning; sterile dental instruments arranged on an elevated table, and arranged in the order anticipated for the procedures; communication between Dr. Rezakhani and the dental-surgical assistant, Alina, flowed without snafus over instruments required--snafus; elsewhere, when I had been under the care of several area dentists prior to care from Dr. Rezakhani, some intra-procedure snafus had made me doubt the competence of the assistant and eroded trust toward some dentists, thus diminishing trust enough that I continued searching for other offices and dentists; and (5) appointments for follow-up were made with me between the procedures numbered 1 - 3 above and the surgical procedure discussed under #4. read more

***DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK AND CUSTOMER CARE *** I'be been going to this office for years used to love it. I spent thousands of dollars on implant procedures with them. But things went very sour recently. Long story short, my dental implant that was installed at this office failed (the crown cracked and fell off) after 5 years . I called the office and asked for help. They told me that they would charge me $150 just to have a look at the failed implant and give a price on repair. I have to mention that the implant in question was problematic from the beginning. The crown fell off my mouth several times just a few months after it was installed and then cracked a fell apart after just 5 years. By chance, this morning I saw a post by dr Garg on my FB feed praising their services. I wrote a comment about my experience. His response was along the lines " you have not spent any money with us for 5 years, so what do you want". This statement is 100% false, as I made a mistake of coming back to this office numerous times after the first implant was installed, with additional implant work done and thousands of dollars spent. Instead of looking into my situation and trying to help, dr Garg promptly removed my comments from the FB page and completely ignored my feedback. I no longer recommend this office to anybody , they just don't give a f**k about their patients and quality of work. read more

Listen everyone knows there's no pain like a toothache! But no matter what mouth issues I have I only go to the best! That's Center for Dental Implants. I knew I was going to have to extract a tooth. Apparently I fractured it when eating peanuts . They tried to save it by attempting to change the filling but it was to damaged. It was extracted and I didn't even know when he pulled it out lol. Whenever I go I feel very comfortable, and at ease, which I think is important at any sort of doctor. They explain everything to you and let you know step by step what's happening. I would give them 10 stars if I could! read more

Ughhh. When i said i would pass on X-rays because i had just taken them, they refused to do the cleaning. I told them i was not having any problems and would pay for the cleaning and X-rays even though i didn't take them. Refused again. It's clear they are only interested in the up-sell. I wasted a good morning driving there, waiting and filling out paperwork. If only i had known. Hopefully this spares the next customer. What was supposed to be a simple procedure with an excelptional value turned out to be a scam. For most of my adult life I avoided the dentist at all costs. Well, it came back to bite me in the end. A few years ago I was missing teeth, had gingivitis and periodontal disease. After seeing several dentists I became even more disillusioned with dentists. I kept being told they could extract my wisdom teeth but the periodontal work had to be done elsewhere and the crown had to be done at another place!?! AREN'T YOU A DENTIST? ISN'T THIS WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO??? Then thank God I found the Center for Dental Implants!mat first I was a little worried about the prices but considering all the procedures I needed and the fact that ALL OF THEM COULD BE DONE THERE without the need to see multiple specialists, it actually worked out in my favor. First I had my wisdom teeth pulled, then we did the periodontal work. It was both quick and relatively painless. Next a crown was cast and in a few weeks I was back getting it put in place. It fit so well it was like it was my natural teeth. I couldn't be happier with it. From the staff to the Doctors, I have never been happier with a dental facility! Now I go back regularly for my cleanings with Barbie who is fantastic and periodic X-rays and can finally smile without being self conscious. I have had several implants with both Dr. Garg and Dr. Cook. My recovery time was immediate on each procedure, and I didn't even need to take any of the prescribed pain medication each time. They use 3D imaging to custom fabricate the implant crown right in the office - amazing. I also use CDI as my regular dentist. Barbie the hygienist is awesome! Looking for affordable dental due to 100% out of pocket in 4/16 through internet promtion ie: free consultation/x-rays. Got it in writing((2) fillings and a cleaning for less than a $1000.00 with Trusha. Now that I finally got money Dr. Lopez said it had been a year when it was less than 6mo.'s said cleaning had to go to a total abridgement which felt like regular but was worth the $100.Without showing me the April x-rays, she not only said that (1) tooth needed $2200.00 and I needed a new bridge which was never mentioned in "original consultation" which makes me wonder if it was that condition initially? Dr. Lopez did say I needed to do it as soon as possible but had I known it was losing the nerve I would have made arrangements then. I have "difficult" teeth to get pulled. Had two done previously and ended up with complications. (Was told my roots being too long caused it!) When I was informed two months ago that I needed to get my WISDOM tooth pulled, and because of my terrible past history, I was afraid, VERY afraid. I finally went on Wednesday and everything (so far) has been GREAT!! Started with "familiar" routine of having to get the tooth taken out in broken pieces (due to the long roots.) I dreading the hours and days to follow... But The CDI dentist seem to have a new technique that my past dentists didn't use, (with taking out the infected tissue under the tooth, after the extraction,) and packing the hole with something, then putting a few stitches. Very relieved to say that after two days, everything seems to be on track for an uneventful aftermath to my extraction.. Best dental office around! Better STILL if you need implants. The Director Dr. Garg is one of the leaders in that, having written instruction books that have been translated into several languages, designed new tools, and travels extensively to teach implant surgery to dentist all over the world. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Garg for over 30 years.I first met him when I was doing research for U. of M. hospital and he was a professor there.I have had dental piece of mind all this time and the office in Adventura is as good as it gets! All the staff and Dr.Cook are top notch.This is an on time experience but if you do have to wait a minute you are totally relaxed by an immaculate room and a hypnotic underseas video experience.I cannot recommend Center for Dental Implants highly enough for all dental needs and procedures. read more

I was a new patient coming in for check up and cleaning at the Pembroke Pines office. I waited almost an hour and while I was waiting the receptionist was talking very loud to the insurance company stating all my personal information so everyone in the waiting room could hear. The waiting room was very dirty. They took me into a room that did not have running water or working dental equipment. They kept telling me this was all new but it was all dirty and not new. I looked up at the dental light and it looked like some sneezed all over it. My first thought was this was not a real dentist but a front for insurance fraud. I am still reeling over the whole experience. read more
