At my last visit, I paid over $100 upfront with insurance. The girl took a swab to test me for COVID&Flu which they charged me another $75 for when I checked out. She didn't tell me it was an additional cost... The NP seemed like he just googled my symptoms and said "oh it's possibly these things." Didn't bother to listen to my breathing or heart rate nor check my ears nose throat like normal checkups. The visit before that, another NP just listened to my differential diagnosis and went along with that and Rx'd me antibiotics rather than actually do appropriate testing. It's been a month since I visited and now they're billing me another $6. They've retroactively charged other family members that have went to this urgent care too. Definitely never going back.

I get its not their fault but it would be nice to have more appointments available. All 3 - ish ( I lost track) times that I been they have been fully staffed at the front desk, I been greated and welcomed in. The front staff has answered all my questions and were professional in handling my paperwork. The techs that had help me were very caring and showed empathy towards me. The facility inside was clean and organized. Whenever I go in they are always patient with me when I ask a ton of questions. These last few months have been a new experience for me. Friendly and knowledgeable people working here made my visits easier. First time I came here it was hard to find the front door haha. Pull into the parking lot and you will see the big double doors with sings to all the offices they have there. Dont go by the numbers on the smaller doors on the side of the building haha. I usually always get morning appointments so I get there when it is not crowded. The parking lot can get a little busy but there is parking there trust me.

After getting called to the x-ray room, I was finished in a matter of minutes. Guess the staff do this often enough they don't need that much time. I felt very cared for throughout the whole process. I even ran into a former co-worker from Ole Grapevine Cigars. We had a few minutes to catch up on old times. Who knew one could have a great day seeing doctors?! I did! With that being said, I know things can be busy or staffed and be shorthanded, but I'm not sure if that was the case. From the moment I walked in for my 1st appointment I felt very unwelcome! The receptionist barely acknowledged me was short unfriendly and almost seemed just irritated to be there. I have excellent insurance and I'm ver knowledgeable with insurance. She just told me my copay was $99 with no explanation, to me that was more than normal but I paid and will confirm with my ins EOB the costs. One of the responsibilities of a receptionist or front office is to set a 1st impression of a practice and this was a big failure on her part. The nurse that took my vitals was pleasant, the PA was great, knowledgeable and explained everything well. The second nurse that took my blood was outgoing and friendly, this gave me hope about my future appointments. I scheduled my follow up for a week later to review my results. On my second appointment there was a different receptionist and she was more pleasant. I was brought back quickly and a new nurse came in took my BP and explain another provider was here today than the normal one. She left saying she'd be in shortly. I waited 50 minutes no one ever came check in on me or explain why I was waiting so long! I would have been ok if someone came in, apologized for the wait and gave me an update but that never happened. After a hour of nothing I went to the front office and asked for a copy of my test results and said I've been waiting a hour no one has come in, I'll find another office. I was more shocked by the total lack of professionalism when she never once apologized and just printed my results out and handed them to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. It's a corporate medical office and you would think they'd have better trading in place for their team. This was my worst experience ever and I still don't know what I paid for? Update!!!! As I thought I received my EOB today and they charge my ins more than $800 for a visit with a PA and blood work. Per my EBO I was only to pay $24. I'm not dealing with these people that abuse medical billing codes. I'm filling a complaint wit BCBS. I'll let them deal with their billing department. Always check your benefits and EOB most of these large Corp managed care facilities are run by business people that expect you not to catch their misuse of billing!

And they try to be very courteous and friendly and they really are... But they are getting more and more busy and overcrowded and so when you come for 15 or 30 minute service you'll be there three hours... That's kind of annoying. But they do do an excellent job, the facilities is very clean and the quality of service really helps a lot.

Currently waiting an hour past our appt time and they said it would likely be another 30min. In addition, we missed another appointment entirely due to the poor scheduling and time management at this location. No explanation was ever given. Front desk staff aren't even kind about the delay. When asked to speak with the supervisor, she was unavailable due to being in a meeting. Customer service and quality to care are not their priority. Only schedule here if you have all day to accommodate last minute schedule changes with no notice!
