At my last visit, I paid over $100 upfront with insurance. The girl took a swab to test me for COVID&Flu which they charged me another $75 for when I checked out. She didn't tell me it was an additional cost... The NP seemed like he just googled my symptoms and said "oh it's possibly these things." Didn't bother to listen to my breathing or heart rate nor check my ears nose throat like normal checkups. The visit before that, another NP just listened to my differential diagnosis and went along with that and Rx'd me antibiotics rather than actually do appropriate testing. It's been a month since I visited and now they're billing me another $6. They've retroactively charged other family members that have went to this urgent care too. Definitely never going back.

Terry was quick and efficient with the CT scan and he was very nice. The actual scan took about 2 minutes and then I was on my way. Once I got there and filled out all the paperwork, I only waited about 8 minutes before being called back and I could see there were 2 people ahead of me. The office was clean and it was a good experience here.

Place appeared clean and was nicely decorated. They say my Dr will have results within 2 business days. As long as a good quality exam gets through to my Dr in stated timeframe, I'll give this a 10/10 experience! She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get our little girl up and moving throughout the whole session. We got to see everything and there is nothing else like seeing your little baby up on the screen front and center.
