Terry was quick and efficient with the CT scan and he was very nice. The actual scan took about 2 minutes and then I was on my way. Once I got there and filled out all the paperwork, I only waited about 8 minutes before being called back and I could see there were 2 people ahead of me. The office was clean and it was a good experience here.

I understand no shows. BUT, If I have NEVER done a NO SHOW at your office, then I do not need more than 2 reminders the week of my appointment. Tricia - an extreme professional, she listens, is understanding, & helps educate you. Their patient portal is easy to use, the staff gets back to you quickly messaging through it, & all health information is loaded quickly. Never a long wait, I usually back in the exam room by my appointment time. Very clean, I've worked in a medical facility for over 10 years & am very impressed with the consistency of cleanliness. She didn't tell me it was an additional cost... The NP seemed like he just googled my symptoms and said "oh it's possibly these things." Didn't bother to listen to my breathing or heart rate nor check my ears nose throat like normal checkups. The visit before that, another NP just listened to my differential diagnosis and went along with that and Rx'd me antibiotics rather than actually do appropriate testing. It's been a month since I visited and now they're billing me another $6. They've retroactively charged other family members that have went to this urgent care too. Definitely never going back.

I was terrified, had never seen a doctor, and did not know what to expect. I was an anxious, confused mess. That all I changed when I arrived at my appointment. Makeba has this calming aura around her and she genuinely cares about people, there's no question. The moment she placed the probe on my belly and my baby appeared on that giant screen, I fell in love. I kept asking stupid questions "Are they okay? Are they happy?" while choking back tears and she patiently reassured me of my fluid levels, taking measurements, etc. She didn't need to go above and beyond, but she did because of her caring nature. I went for my second visit at 26w with my SO. We legit drove all the way from Waxahachie, passing MANY ultrasound clinics we could have went to just to go to this one. The machines are far better than other places, and for the lowest price you can find. Seriously, these machines are like the Teslas of ultrasounds. Makeba was incredibly kind and wonderful, that's no surprise. She is seriously talented with that probe. She showed me baby's feet and said "oh look she's kicking!" and I immediately felt kicks. Later that day, I got a notification to my phone and there was a 26 photo album of 4d photos, along with a video of my baby smiling and opening her mouth/eyes. I paid for 4 photos in b&w, you did not need to do all that Makeba you are too kind! I watch that video every single day and smile. My father had heart surgery the day before, and he said that sweet video almost had them wheeling him back in the operating room! lol I'd vote for Makeba for president, just saying.

Sam, the employee who did my sono, was very efficient and professional. She explained everything to me in detail and made sure to answer any questions that I had. I never mention that I am an RN when receiving healthcare, but I pay very close attention to bedside manner and professionalism. Sam passed the test for sure! I would definitely return in the future if necessary.

When asked to speak with the supervisor, she was unavailable due to being in a meeting. Customer service and quality to care are not their priority. Only schedule here if you have all day to accommodate last minute schedule changes with no notice!
