She was an extremely articulate and humorous speaker who seemed to really know her stuff and I was to find out when it really mattered that my first impression was spot on. A few months after attending the presentation, I unfortunately let another consultant convince me to use him as he was claiming Ms. Risner was far too busy to give me her full attention and good service but it turned out to be him that would drop the ball in so many ways it was ridiculous!! Luckily when I needed advice regarding the previous choices I made, I remembered her comments and her encouragement to give her a call even if she was not my consultant and she'd be sure to give me her best thinking so I called her, made an appointment, met with her just this past week and I sure am glad I did! When we met at her office, she was completely 100% invested in what I needed which was advice regarding my Part D Medicare Drug plan which had changed drastically after I had renewed it during the past open enrollment. She was so engaged that not only did she help me with my Part D issues, she also noticed that I would save money on my Medigap premium if I was willing to consider changing plans as is allowed with the Medigap plans & so by going with her suggestion, she saved me $28.44 a month on my remaining nine monthly premiums because she noticed the alternative plan that was almost identical to the one I originally chose but had experienced a 7.7% decrease in the premium cost with the only change being that I would be responsible for the full or partial $185 deductible if any of it was not paid (which it turned out was paid in full in January due to a lot of medical charges that had already gone through.) She took her time, gave me her full attention, and expertly showed me the plan coverage, and even documentation of the price decrease. Also, she even confirmed that no additional underwriting would be necessary if I chose to stay with my current plan provider. She answered every question I had and didn't rush me nor did she make me feel badly about asking lots of questions as I was a bit confused about the change at first. Today when I called the plan provider they confirmed every single thing Ms. Risner had told me as well as confirmed the total cost savings of $256. That is quite a savings!! If you need someone to help you make good decisions regarding healthcare insurance and Medicare issues, look no further than Teresa Risner and her company LTC Advisors. I suffer from chronic migraines, which have been managed well over the last 4 months with medication, but have increased in frequency/severity over the last 2 weeks and were causing me to miss work and social activities. I needed to find a neurologist in Orlando after moving from Chicago a few months ago but many of the offices I called had very long waiting lists (some 5 months long!!). When I called Dr. Toshniwal's office they were able to get me in the very next day! The office itself is very tiny and outdated but cute. It lives in the Orlando Medical-Dental Center complex and is on the ground level in Suite 109. The waiting room is lined with chairs and wood paneling. Dr. Toshniwal took time to listen to all of my symptoms & concerns, asked a ton of questions, and did a thorough neuro exam. Overall the exam took about 20 minutes and she sent my new prescriptions electronically to the pharmacy. I'm very happy to have found her.

I had to try to work with an app using translator and some of the time it wouldn't work so there was no communication! This is a ridiculous way to try to communicate ! What if there was an emergency and then what?!! These aids are supposed to be able to do important tasks in your life they are supposed to be able to go to the grocery store for you and get what you need,help remind you to pay your bills if needed, but if you have a question about your bill and they need to make a phone call to ask about it, how are they supposed to help if they can't even speak English ?? I was expected to use a translator app to try to communicate with an aids who didn't speak English that is not a way to do business is far as I'm concerned we live in America all of the aids should speak English and Spanish that's fine but not just Spanish either that or have both have English speaking and Spanish-speaking aids in this day and age there is no reason that all the aids should not speak English!!!! After all they were getting paid to service me and I was continuously working with them I find something wrong with this picture and after their aid couldn't do the services that were needed then they wanted to drop the service what is wrong with this picture you know then I was told that all the English-speaking aids they had were in Kissimmee doesn't something sound wrong with that? Then the couple they do speak English are not reliable and will only show up when they want to. If you know this, why would you employ someone like this?? Wow it just amazes me.
