When I was finished, they directed me over to a scheduling window and I was able to make all the appointments for my 4 weeks of therapy. More important is their billing department which is unacceptable. I submitted a payment which cleared my bank on June 30th. I received a letter dated July 22 saying that they were placing me in 'collection'. When I called the telephone number provided in the letter, I was told that they probably have received the payment but they have not posted it in the account. In speaking to Lisa, she simply said that it is their process and there was nothing they could do. She demonstrated a total lack of customer support.

Okay rescheduled again and then that was rescheduled, on and on. I finally canceled any appt with them. I would not recommend them at all. Doctore might be good but office help is very bad.
