He referred me to an urgent care, where I tested positive for strep throat, as I should have two weeks earlier. Normally, the physicians treat me for the obvious symptoms, regardless of diagnosis. She's on her cell phone all the time, gets annoyed at you visibly, rolls her eyes, and gives an attitude everytime you ask a simple question. She doesn't want to do her job and makes it very clear. She shouldn't be in a customer service position at all. There's a lot people out there that would love to have a job and not give an attitude to every patient/customer everytime. The staff is in the middle of trying a new check in process but it's new and I think it still needs work. I've only seen fetal medicine and endocrinologist at this Perrysburg location. I've worked in the medical field 20 years but I do think they need to do more work with streamlining their overall process. Communication with each other and the patient needs a lot of work. When you are going to multiple doctors and offices communication with each other is important especially since being a 1st time mom can be an overwhelming experience. I've had staff and doctors call me and have no idea what's going on with my care cause someone forgot to update their notes. Thank goodness I'm a great advocate for my care and very outspoken. Not awful care or anything but definitely needs work. Lab department was fast and easy to navigate. But I do think they need to lower their voices when talking about patient care, the ladies who check us in. Be a little more sensitive to the patient sitting right in front of you. Parking is easy, nice area if you wanted to grab some lunch or shop.
