What I love about this organization is that they genuinely care about the pets they take in and are willing to go the extra mile and due diligence to save and protect every little soul. The clothes are all mixed together and not separated by size, color or gender. Though, if you ask one of the associates, they'll point you to the best place to find what youre looking for. You'll still have to do some digging/searching, however. To my surprise, many of the items were actually in great condition and not damaged, faded or pilled. Some still had original tags on them. The store and clothes weren't smelly, which was a huge plus. They also have two bathrooms available, which appear to be clean. I purchased 6 T-shirts, a pair of sunglasses, a pair of shorts, and a Sunday Afternoons hat for just $11.40. I then went back and got a furniture item because it was priced really well. It's a better deal than regular thrift stores if you can take time out of your day to sift through all the items.

I reached out for help through their homeless prevention program during a really difficult time, but the level of professionalism and organization I encountered was deeply concerning. Communication was inconsistent, and it was nearly impossible to get clear, timely updates about my case. I often felt like I was being given vague or conflicting information and there seemed to be favoritism to one specific population. What stood out most was the overall lack of professionalism within the office. There appeared to be internal dynamics and distractions that interfered with the quality and reliability of services being provided. Such as office flirtations and it seemed obvious that these coworkers seemed to be in a "personal" relationship. As a client seeking support, it was frustrating to feel like my situation wasn't being treated with the seriousness it deserved. Programs like this are meant to support people in vulnerable situations, but my experience felt disorganized, impersonal, and dismissive. I hope the organization takes a closer look at how their office is being run and makes improvements to ensure clients receive the consistent, respectful support they need.

Leave them outside & not pick up (they said they can't take glass, well I hate to tell you but many things inside those boxes were glass, including toby mugs, 1970 butter dish, dishes, bowls. etc. They went through the stuff & left empty boxes outside with no receipt or banner for next time, well there wont be a next time, there are too many needy place that can use my donated items.

However not that there's much anyone can do about it now, the layout of the rooms are not ideal. Our event room was right across from another event going on (lots of traffic and occasional sound interruptions), and in order to get to the vineyard room, we had to walk through a narrow hallway, which isn't a problem but it seems common that all the parents/guests stand outside to watch their kids in the room, so it is a little awkward. Plenty of parking here, shaded and unshaded. The provided tables and chairs were great! The room was an empty canvas for you to paint the world.
