CenterFire Guns is a scam, I purchased a rifle that was supposed to have a 3.5lb single stage trigger but instead received a mil spec trigger. I emailed customer service and was told that was an old model which costs more yet the description of the item clearly states it was supposed to come with it. Now my emails are ignored and I'm forced to contact my credit card company for a resolution. Please do yourself a favor and shop at a reputable retailer, scammers like these ruin the online shopping experience! You will NOT get what you paid for with this company. I didn't realize when I ordered that there is no storefront. But, that is ok. This was the only online or retail merchant that could access a specific heritage arms revolver that I wanted, with both barrels, 9 shot, and with fiber optic sights. And the price was better than I've seen anywhere. I was nervous after reading through the reviews but it got to my FFL within 2 weeks (which isn't great but it is a novelty and didn't really care when it arrived). I think 4/5 is acceptable. maybe 4.5 but I can't do that on this rating. read more

This place is outstanding. I needed a gun shipped to me for delivery by 9/13 so I can take my new toy on a trip. But I didn't order the firearm until Thursday/yesterday 9/7. Before ordering, I spoke with Brandon, a CSR with CenterFire who assured me that if I place my order by the 7th, it would arrive at my FFL by the 13th. Well, not only was he absolutely correct in stating that my gun would arrive on time, but the package, as I am writing this, is out for delivery today/Friday, a mere day AFTER I ordered it. In fact, It will get there before I can even legally pick it up. Now that's incredible, high-quality customer service by this organization and Brandon. Ordered a Sig P365MS on Friday 13 May 2020 (should have known - Fri 13th!) shipped to an FFL listed as "On File" near me. It was listed as "In stock" with a "shipping within 1 business day of FFL approval" promise. On Tuesday, having heard nothing, I emailed (no option to call) to be told their inventory had screwed up and they were cancelling my order. In the meantime (this is Covid-19 panic start-up) local supplies of the Manual Safety have disappeared or increased in price. I purchased a revic pmr 428 on July 28. Within a hour I was called to verify I purchased it since it's high dollar item lady told me it would go out today July 28. Couple days go by no tracking so I email them no response until Friday 31 they email saying it's in shipping department will go out today you will receive tracking. Still no tracking I send few emails no response until Tuesday August 4 sorry we were out of office it's in shipping it will go out today. Well today is August 6 still no response or money back or a scope so now I have to order else where and overnight it since I need it by August 7 and do a charge back on these people. I bought a firearm from them two weeks ago. The firearm arrived with sights. I contacted them and they said the manufacturer told them that model does contain sights. But the advertisement and the model specifications they used show sights are included. They have refused to correct this issue which is at the least false advertising, and the worst terrible customer service. What a badly run business. Bought a pistol for a great price. Item was "in stock". They don't have a customer service phone # so they force you to use the online contact us method. Tried asking for a simple update on when it will ship. Nothing.. tried for three days straight without a single reply. Online customer service is a joke. After a while I just gave up trying. All the while the item kept going in and out of stock. Then the price goes up and after a bit over a week later they randomly respond with a sorry this item is out of stock and we ordered more.. they cancelled and refunded me without even asking if I wanted to wait for my item. Again the price went up from what I paid.. hmmm odd.
