Progressive tried to make me pay extra out of pocket for something really dumb and Ken was able to argue with them so I wouldn't have to pay it. I brought my 2002 Chevy Silverado in to have some serious body rust repaired, and they did an absolutely spectacular job - I was blown away by the results. The truck looks as good as it did the day it rolled off the assembly line. Daryl is a perfectionist, and it shows in his work - he treats your vehicle like it's his own. The outcome exceeded my expectations by a mile. The most impressive thing... like most people, I had a limited budget. So, Daryl spent a ton of time with us, sharing his expertise and patiently helping us figure out how to make our money go as far as possible - what would be worth it, where we could save a little, and what we could afford to skip. The end result turned out amazing, and the work came in BELOW the estimate. I'm simply blown away by his workmanship. Been going to D & S Auto for over 30yrs between accidents that were my fault or someone else. I originally went to see Dana after getting multiple estimates and finding Dana to be most honest and straight forward shop. Nothing has changed in all my years. Dana has handled everything for me on every claim. Over the years he's dropped me off at the car rental shop, dealt with the insurance companies and fought form me during every step of the process. He even helped fix a broken lock on a used car I had. Nothing related to an accident. I just drove by and asked his opinion and he ran in grabbed some tools and was able to fix it. joe's is the only place i will ever bring my car for any body work my car, period…read more joe's auto body is a small shop but i can't say enough about the quality of the work that was done, as well the ease of communication. joe took care of all of the insurance paperwork. when the insurance appraiser came, they wanted to do almost nothing to fix my car (a 2009 subaru outback that had a minor fender bender), joe was able to get them to adjust their pitifully low estimate and all of the work that needed to be done was done. i didn't have to deal with the insurance at all once i dropped my car off, and i appreciated that the car was done on time. i really like that joe's auto body is a local "mom n' pop" business and i know that when i get work done here, i am putting money back into the local community that i live in rather than some shithole like maaco where they do mediocre/poor work. the other thing i really really loved about joe's was how CLEAN it was. it's not another grossy greasy garage. when you walk in you can see his shop and you can tell right away how clean and organized he is by the way he takes care of his shop, which you don't always see if you are using a local auto body shop. you can tell joe takes a lot of pride in his work and his business and he was so nice and took care of everything. i have recommended him to friends and family and would without a doubt go back if i needed any work in the future.
