The only MD (Dr. Molina) at the S. Ft Apache location is retiring in Sept 2026. The only doctors at that location will now be DO's per their front desk. I signed up with Humana several years ago only because they had an MD at this location, near to my home. I had a bad experience with a DO years ago who misdiagnosed a serious condition I had that led to a life long disability that could have been avoided if it had been diagnosed and treated by an MD (the spinal manipulations he did made my serious spine issues worse). If you choose to be treated by an MD, the Centerwell location on S. Ft Apache can't do it. If you are on Medicare, chose your next plan wisely this fall. read more

where to start? i did get my records today. so many mistakes i cant believe! more then once they have me listed as a 67 yr old man in notes, even though im 59 at time of appt. and on top of page it says 59 an dob. the mistakes i found in nov 2025 visit, which i gave to another doctor, suddenly do not show in what these recent records say. either they didnt give it to me or it was deleted, not sure which yet. i switched an left intermountain for a reason which they got completely wrong. what they put in my file is pure miss information or lies! i got 4 visits worth of records an there are mistakes in every single one of them! i strongly suggest folks reviewing there records with these people on a regular basis read more

James Peters Las Vegas, Nevada I've been a patient of Michael Chau's for a couple years at the Centerwell on Nellis Blvd. Michael is a very good nurse who has taken care of all my needs. I've been a Type 1 Diabetic since 1962 - 64 years! I've also been in a wheelchair for the past few years waiting to have my right hip replaced and both knees rebuilt. It's not easy for me to get out of the house! I'm seeing my Orthopedic Surgeon tomorrow to schedule my hip replacement surgery. All of my test results, bloodwork, x-rays, cardiovascular, etc., have been sent to Michael at Centerwell for safe keeping. I got a call from a WITCH at Centerwell this morning. I asked her to have Michael send all my test results to my Orthopedic Surgeon, because I'm seeing him on Wednesday. AND THAT'S WHEN THE CRAP HIT THE FAN!!!!! She stated, "We can't send your test results until you come in and see Michael." Me, "HUH? Why do I need to see Michael for him to fax my test results to another doctor?" I"VE NEVER HEARD OF THAT BEFORE! I'M 70 YEARS OLD, IN A WHEELCHAIR, ON SOCIAL SECURITY......AND I HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE TO GIVE ME RIDES! Maybe it's time for me to get a new Primary Care Doc. My East Tropicana center well doctor told me I couldn't do a cologuard test cuz it wasn't covered by Humana. She said that they have their own test at center well . Also the outer office visits I could hardly get an appointment because the schedule team either sent me to a place that humanity didn't cover or it was 10 miles from where I lived and I take the bus. I transferred over to intermountain health medical clinic. Got my cologuard test free of charge by Humana. Also got a bone destiny test on the outside visit. Also that doctor at East Tropicana center well medical clinic told me not to fast before I take a test a blood test. If you want good results don't go to center well East.2 star rating read more

I was going to Centerwell in Las Vegas. I'm looking into private doctors now because of their lack of concern for their patients. They are always asking me to do heart screening with their new machine, even when I tell them I'm not interested in being their test subject. Every few months they have new doctors coming in to replace the doctors you've had for those few months. Since I have been going there I've had 6 different doctors. Right now I'm waiting on them to correct a mistake they have made in not refilling my medicine that I haven't had in 4 days. Centerwell is not the place to be. They don't seem like they are out to help anything but their pockets. From signing in to signing out, it's a bad experience. read more

First they have a extreme high turnover rate with there Doctors and I know why I had been seen there several times about a back injury and all they do is say no can't help you and I have reinjured my back and all they say is go to a pain management clinic in which was over 3 weeks away with no relief so I spent the night in the hospital and all they say is go to your primary doctor so all this time I was and still in severe pain Stay away from a DOCTOR RUSS AND A PA YANG !! keep screwing up labs drawn, can't get help from office, can't get on the portal and same no help from the office to use the portal ! have had times have to drive to the office to talk in person due to lack of help ! frustrated ! seems if senior and having tough times with high tech & eye sight your out of luck at the office ! read more

This office is managed well and it shows: the customer service we received was excellent from every staff member, from the front desk to the medical director, who took our on-call emergency call at 7am. Dr. Budde is wonderful, and the physician's assistants and front desk staff were professional, efficient, and friendly. read more

Everything went swimmingly my first couple of trips and things started to go downhill. I show up have schedule bood work but the doctor has not turned in an order, so I had to wait till they contact the doctor. They're supposed to arrange a procedure at desert radiology and you spend a couple of days trying to get through make an appointment only to find out that they never sent it in the order. My doctor was forever canceling appointments and I would have to see his PA. But she was very defensive wanted to make sure that I understood that her and the doctor are equal. My biggest issue is overtime nothing was resolved every time I would visit It was like I was there for the first time. I waited 4 weeks to see a surgeon only to find out that he was the wrong surgeon. When I brought this to their attention they said well that's the surgeon's fault not ours. But I'm still having problems. The bottom line is I don't understand their purpose. All they do is send you to see someone else give you pills. And there's never any follow-up. They sent me to see a chiropractor for a neck condition even though they understanding that I have had a cervical fusion. The chiropractor said that he could do nothing for me that this was not within his expertise. Everyone is very nice it's just not the place for me I have no confidence in them. read more

Centerwell on W. Craig is a brand new office that is run so poorly. I have been trying for months to get a problem with a referral straightened out and have been left with a bill that is ready to go to collections because they refused to do the paperwork that was needed to get the test approved. The last visit they told me to they could not see me and sent me home with blood pressure over 180. Do NOT go there. It is an incompetent office staff. read more

Somehow they got the information for my dead husband. He has never lived in this state or at this address. When I called to get corporate information I have been hung up on, given wrong numbers and placed on hold until after an hour I hung up. There has obviously been a security breach and instead of addressing it HUMANA who owns Centerwell prefers to just ignore what they have done.
