This is the best doctor and office I've ever had in my life. I've been going to this office to see Dr. Hsiao since I was 23 years old and I am now 40. Their service and intimate care for their patients are unparalleled to any other in the valley. There's a reason why they have been accepting fewer new patients. It's because their current ones don't ever leave. The doctors truly care about your well-being and that is consistent down to the nurses and staff. The staff has been there for many years and have come to know their patients very closely. Alejandra has been so helpful in my medical endeavors through these years. From insurance to pharmacy, paperwork issues, health questions, you name it. This office has become an essential part of my life. I see them at least every 3 months on a routine basis. Knowing that I can rely on them has made my life that much easier. 5 stars don't cut it when I consider what they have done for me, in my 20s, 30s and now I'm in my 40s. I have been going to this office for a number of years, and yes, it's always busy. But they're actually very efficient considering the amount of attention they are able to give everyone. Dr. Nancy Hsiao is hands down the very best doctor I've ever had...in my entire life. I sing her praises far and wide, and fervently wish everyone could see her, because she's never once let me down. She's not just trying to throw some meds at you and move on to the next patient - she asks questions and listens to what you say, and then discusses the best options. She'll even take the time to explain everything! I've seen her for a variety of reasons over the years, from illness to injury, and she's never been wrong. She's even sent me to specialists when I've needed & ironically it sometimes seems to take them multiple visits to draw the same conclusions she gets to in 15 minutes. If you are looking for a doctor, and IF she's accepting new patients, you can't go wrong with Dr. Hsiao. read more

Since the doctor Guo just reply my review and I can't reply her I will comment on here. She did mention to my husband she doesn't accept any new patients and I'm really appreciate she accepted me . But if you decide accepted me as your new patient you should treat me with respect at least. not treat me like a trash. Not listen to me not let me talk just because of you accommodate me as your new patient. For the recheck on 04/04/2024. She definitely said 'shut up ' to me, other wise I won't be this mad and leave this review. As she mentioned about she accommodated me for putting me in the schedule even during a nurse lunch break. This is something I never asked for . I can wait till next time . But if you accommodate me then please talk to your patient nice . I don't owe you or anything. I love this office because they make sure to put the patients first. The office always tries to accommodate and help me when it's an emergency. All the doctors are super patient when it comes to answering questions and they make sure to refer you multiple place to ensure you get better. Amazing doctors ! read more

Vicky L left a review that is NOT TRUE !! I just wanted to let everyone know that I have been seeing this doctor for several years now along with my husband. I have gone with my husband to his appointment and then I would think of something and I would ask the doctor and she would answer all of my questions that were concerning my health,, even though it was not my appointment time, not once did she ever tell me this is not your appointment make your own appointment ever she sits down she takes her time. She's very personable. Her bedside manner is amazing I highly recommend this doctor and Vicky. You say you're trying to find another Chinese speaking doctor you're not going to find a doctor in Las Vegas as good as her trust me. You're very lucky she even took you on a new patient. My son just turned 19 and I can't even get him in as a new patient because she is so popular and everybody wants her as their doctor. read more

Dr.Zheng and his staff was more then accommodating. I had no appointment today(it was an emergency)...came in at 1:30 and thanks to the ladies at the front office ...I was in 10 minutes!!! This office holds the practices of Dr. Li Yee Guo (name in title is mixed up), Dr. Wei Feng Zheng, and Dr. Nancy Hsiao. I have been seen at Dr. Zheng's office for.. when I'm sick with the cold, when I had acne, when I made the bad decision to do an 8lb pizza contest, when I had a rash, when I needed a sports physical, when I needed college shots, and when I needed antibiotics ASAP because it was finals week. They also have tons of samples to give you to save you $$$ at the pharmacy and manufacturer coupons for your brand name prescriptions. Fortunately as well I have NEVER been let down by his referrals to specialist, or the amount of time he spends with me, or any of his nursing staff. HOWEVER... the only thing keeping Dr. Zheng's office from being a glistening 5 stars is the wait time. They are extremely busy, and you will probably never see the office empty, so whether your on time, early, or even late for your appointment prepare to wait. Sometimes I'm not sure if the wait is longer for when you're in the patient lobby or inside the room waiting for the doctor. Aside from my personal experiences I also have a lot professional experiences with this office. Rarely do I ever have problems with the prescriptions written from here because it is PRINTED on paper! MANY doctors in Vegas write as if their hands were replaced by chicken feet. Most request sent over to their office is responded in a quick manner, sometimes over the weekend. This means that this office is on top of their business increasing their overall credibility. read more

My entire family have been with Dr. Guo's office since we moved to Vegas more than 10 years ago. They have always been cordial, prompt, and most importantly - they keep me healthy. My best example is from a few years ago when I was away at college in San Francisco. I got so sick I couldn't keep any food down for days and was barely able to sleep 1-2 hours a night. The school's health center was unable to do anything to help me besides giving me Tylenol with Codine and telling me to "eat some chicken soup". Finally I got so weak, my parents had to pick me up and fly me home to Vegas. Dr. Guo's office was able to pencil me in immediately. A day later, with the proper medication, I was eating fine and on my way to a speedy recovery. I'm not the only one who thinks Dr. Guo's office is awesome. Their office is ALWAYS packed with people, which attests to their high quality of service and medical expertise. There are plenty of other Chinese doctors in Vegas (my family have seen a few before we found Dr. Guo), but none of them can compare. Besides, I've seen patients of all ethnicities visit their office (my dad's mexican, polish, and black coworkers also see her). I've seen a number of "Physician of the Year" plaques posted all over their walls, so apparently their peers think they rock too! My parents trust Dr. Guo for all of their preventive care too. The doctors are great at monitoring all of their yearly tests and physicals. They are conscious of patients' out of pocket costs as well and only prescribe necessary meds/procedures. My dad was once prescribed an expensive prescription that our insurance did not cover and the doctor was able to prescribe an alternative medication that was covered. Everything was taken care of within the hour and everything was great. I highly recommend Dr. Guo's office for their expertise and genuine concern for patients well-being. read more

People there are very mean & unprofessional! I'll never go visit this place again! Period!

Dr. Guo has been my family doctor for years. She is usually packed so you'll typically need to schedule an appointment. There hasn't been a case where she hasn't solved for me and is always welcoming and listens to your symptoms. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and I see her as if she is a second mother to me. As for the staff, the young front desk girl is very nice. Most doctors just listen to you for less than two minutes but Dr. Guo genuinely takes her time to listen to your symptoms and prescribes the correct medication the first time around because of it. If the medication isn't working she will find alternatives to help get to the root of the problem such as recommending you to a Specialist or running some tests to find the root of the problem. You can tell she is very knowledgeable in her field since there are numerous plaques around the place regarding of how well of a doctor she is. I am not sure if she is taking new patients but it wouldn't hurt to call and ask as the staff is very friendly. read more

um, actually my mother had the same problem. She started developing a rash one day and then it turned painful so we went to see Dr. Guo immediately. She said it was a simple rash and that it would go away. However it didn't. Instead, we went to an American doctor and he diagnosed her with Shingles asap. We still go to Dr. Guo for our yearly check-ups and for colds and flu but I am still kind of weary... read more

Well what can I say.... I've been going to this office for about 13 years now and my Dr is Nancy Hsiao. I previously wrote a bad review about her which I recently deleted because looking back I was just mad at a certain incident with billing issue that wasn't her fault. I will admit I'm probably a hand full when it comes to being seen by a doctor cause I don't trust most of them and I try to be my own advocate due to being neglected and mis diagnoses by so many Especially here in Las Vegas Nevada. I'm the type that has a million questions and will often ask the same question more than once. Not because I'm paranoid it's because I want to educate myself on my symptoms and what's going on with me. Because let's be honest.. the thing we're scared about the most with our health is the unknown. So it's the Doctors job to let us know and educate us so we will have a peace of mind. The worse thing is when a Dr wants you to just shut up and listen because they're the one with the degree and knows more than you and doesn't liked to be questioned. Questioning isn't to prove them wrong but more to educate yourself just like you would at a mechanics office if you didn't know anything about cars. With that being said looking back over the 13 years of visiting Dr Hsiao, I believe she had done a pretty good job concerning my health and doing everything possible to make sure I was in good condition. I do believe she gets over worked at times because so many people request her because she is a very smart and knowledgeable Dr!!! So I could only imagine the stress that is on her on a daily basis. Not to mention she has put up with me for so many years and yes I can be a pain in the a$$! But she still puts her very best effort in making sure I'm healthy and despite my annoyance of a million Every visit lol. I don't think I can remember one time in 13 years that she ever refused to take care of me or one time that she was ever rude. At the end of the day she has always been the most informative and smartest Dr I've seen yet in Las Vegas! Trust me I've been to a lot of them lol. This is why I'm giving the 5 stars because if anyone will find out what's going on with your health she's defiantly the one who will try her best to get to the bottom of it to get you back on your feet!
