As I was checking in Dr Tang was already in the front with the ladies and kindly introduced herself and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. My Dr for the medical side was Dr. Adanna and she was simply amazing, so kind and so helpful! She answered all my questions and concerns and instead of judging my situation gave me possible answers and solutions right away! As soon as I was finished with Dr Adanna I went to see Dr Tang and she was so kind and so helpful. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing so that I was aware and answered all my questions. The receptionist ladies were amazing and helpful as well they didn't make me feel judge or pressured at all and answered all my questions and worked with my busy schedule. I appreciate these ladies so so so so much!!! I'm so happy I canceled my other dr and dentist appointment a week prior and randomly came across this office! The drs and all the other staffs were amazing and helpful, the office itself was cute and clean and everything was easy to follow through with. So happy I get to see my medical Dr and my Dentist in the same location and day! This is so beneficial!

He handles internal medicine. I've been going to him for more than a decade now & I trust his judgement when it comes to my health. The only thing that they need to really work on sometimes are the staff that works in the front as sometimes I feel like I can't communicate properly or they don't have friendly attitude at times. But other than that I really like my doctors.

I dislike writing negative reviews, but since health is my #1 priority I care for other's health as well. ALONG with their wallets!! When I met Dr. Tice I was excited to find someone who specialized in hormones and from our conversation I 'thought' was integrative... Yup... big mistake. Had a TON of blood taken, then was prescribed a bunch of stuff, then shot up with testosterone and steroids at my follow up appointment. I am someone that does NOT even take ibuprofen unless necessary. He did not take the time to go other side effects, and to work with my holistic and integrative approach... he just couldn't wait to shoot me up... What put me over my threshold, and prompted me to share my experience is... I just received an INSANE BLOOD work bill. The doctor and office SHOULD have been upfront about the potential cost... its ridiculous. Still shocked... I had high hopes, but beyond disappointed. Do your research.

The office was previously run very poorly and for the first year they overcharged me by like 1k. So make sure your not being overcharged. I had to fight for 6 months to get my money back. I'm hoping with the change of drs and management it will be run better now. I don't have any other options since they are the only ones that take insurance . The nurses are friendly, i can just usually see they are frustrated with the poor management

Idk what happened but she pretended that I've never done anything she wanted, never returned any of…read moremy messages, & then refused to send paperwork to my disability saying I was still being seen. I had seen her in person and asked if she could help me find a better physical therapist because ATI where she sent me wasn't working. After 6 session with them at $150 each session; I felt worse. She wrote it down that she would help me find someone. She also was supposed to fill out disability paperwork for me as we discussed that meeting. Lastly, she said she would get my results from the urologist that charged me $400 & didn't send over the results. I felt so happy & listened to after seeing her in person. This is Friday. Monday comes and goes. I call to ask if there's any update on the physical therapist. No answer - i left a message. I called for two weeks straight & nobody returned my call or contacted me back. I left 10 messages. Finally they answered and said that they needed to call me back. It's been about 14 days and I'm in so much pain because I haven't seen a physical therapist. I find my own since I can't wait any longer. I need Michelle to send a referral. I call for the referral & She told me I wasn't doing what she wanted so she never sent over the paperwork they were requesting and that I needed to do the X-ray & when I asked which X-ray? I have never been told to do an X-ray as I did the MRI. She said she would call me back. They called to say she had sent over the paperwork i was requesting. She just never responded to that question about the X-ray & said she would be sending the paperwork that the disability specialist. This is after 3 weeks now. She just never brought up the X-ray again; I think she was completely confusing me with something else. They attempted twice now to request the information from her. In 30 days she has not responded. I found my own physical therapist & I've been going since but I need to find another doctor because I have no faith in this place anymore. Sorry if anyone ended up having a bad experience as well.

The text instructed me to have a seat inside and wait for my turn. Inside there were seats lining the walls. This is a busy location. Pre-covid, it used to be filled. Not the case today (a few weeks ago). I had the fasting appointment so I wanted an early appointment. Since I had already scheduled a doctor's appointment, it was a win-win, so I had two appointments in one morning. I saw my name on the tv so I knew it was soon. It was 7:30, my appointment. Everything was verified. I also had my doctor's work order- this helps out a lot. The lady who drew my blood was nice. She checked to see if I was doing alright. I was done at 8 am. By that time, there were more people waiting for their appointments. Thank You for using useful technology Quest- I think it makes a huge difference. Bring your doctor's work order.
