I have tried just about every nail salon in Milford, Lewes and Georgetown. This is my favorite place to go to. It's very clean, the pedicure area is very relaxing. They always have sterilized utensils, not all salons do. Sarah does a terrific job on my nails and Crystal does my pedicures. I highly recommend this salon. I do NOT recommend! They charged me $70 (tip not included) for a simple full set with no polish or design, no pedi. But they charge other people less apparently. The nail tech was talking bad about my previous manicure the whole time, ruining the spa vibe. He took my other set off with the tip of an acrylic nail which was very painful. He took my cuticles off with a sanding bit and nicked into my skin cutting me, said sorry but continued being rough on the other hand anyway. And then to finish it off- no cuticle oil, lotion, or anything. They cut my cuticles so bad I was bleeding for days after.. right before an event. And they charged me a different price than what we previously agreed on. Girl, don't waste your time or money. read more

Terrible work. Too rough. Acrylic toes done terribly. No asking about temperature of water/towels to make sure the temperature was right BEFORE placing the hot rag on my skin. Sloppy polish work. Overall not happy. Walked out upset instead of happy and relaxed. Will not be returning. This is my second time here. The first time I reviewed that I liked my nails even though they were supposed to be red and the lady did brown and she was very unfriendly I said I would be back and I did! After only 2 weeks my nails lifted. I came back today to give another try with a different tech and after showing him a Pic from THEIR pictures the owner said it would be$130 and I was fine with that BUT..... the inspiration pic showed pink nails and he gave me orange and the owner tried to say it was MY fault! Sarah is too distracted to be doing nails. Either do reception or do nails. Asked for a "blue tip". This is what she gave me. I never gotten powder, only gel and this was a horrible experience. Got my nails done on 6/25/2022 this how they looked on 6/27/2022.... Mind you I spent over 300 dollars getting mine and my girls nails done. Refuse to even go back and get them fixed because I know it's going to be the same. It's not even worth my time. Plus the attitude they give when you show them a problem is just horrible. Terrible customer service. The older man that did my nails was very rude! Was rushing the whole time and did not stop once to ask me if I liked them. When I asked him to do thin coats of polish he did not and put thick coats on making my nails look bulky. He also cut me and made me bleed (I think this was on purpose) and left white marks on my nails. I honestly don't think they like black people here. Every time I go I do not feel welcomed or have good service. My last time going here ever. If you are black I honestly do not recommend you going here unless you wanna be treated rudely and over pay. read more

Let me start by saying the salon itself is clean and I really wanted to love it because it's close to my house. The girl that did my pedicure was nice and I loved the separate pedicure room, but they are very overpriced. I can get the same pedicure for $15 less in Dover and they don't charge for callus remover. The guy that did my nails seemed to be annoyed because I critical of the job he was doing. Eventually I just stopped saying anything and let him finish. The shaping is horrible and the polish isn't great either. You can see imperfections in the polish and discoloration which shouldn't happen if you have gel. I definitely won't be back and I wouldn't recommend them. read more

Walked in on a Saturday, a lot of operators but few clients. The person doing my pedicure tried to sell me everything they had. Did a decent job on my toes but the tools were not sterilized. I probably won't go back. read more

They never keep your appointment times. You make an appointment and then get there and still wait 45 minutes.

Pedicure room is in the back and they have a ton of chairs. They will put a warm pillow around your neck which puts the pedicure up to a new level in the winter,but in the summer you have to ask for it. Start to finish it was about 45 min. I could have used a little longer to soak or leg rub. They do really push the gel. A gel pedicure I think is $65. The cucumber pedicure was $50 which I thought was a bit pricey but it was good. My polish has always chipped within 2 weeks which is why they push the gel but at other salons I can get 3 or 4 weeks out of the polish. Be warned this place gets busy. read more

Gave this place another chance. The lady who did my nails was very nice and did a pretty good job. The owner however literally looked at me with a glare and yelled at me when I asked to see more colors and told me I needed to wait till they wrapped my nails. This past weekend I went to the salon to get my nails done for my birthday and my expectations were far exceeded! I came in with an idea of how I wanted my nails done, showed a few pictures, and voila my hands were instantly transformed. Kim was the nail tech that I had the pleasure of being serviced by. She took her time, which I appreciated. I cannot speak for others but in my experience some people will rush you in and out of the chair so they can see as many clients as possible which results in poor quality nails. Kim took her time, asked me questions, and repeatedly told me that if I didn't like something to let her know. She and I talked and shared laughs throughout our time together. Kim, definitely helped to make my birthday a great day. I will be requesting her whenever I go back because I really like her work and the passion she has for creating a memorable look for you. She's so sweet and kind, anyone who is serviced by her is guaranteed to have a pleasant experience. I almost forgot to mention, she also does great pedicures and eyebrows as well. I'll never set foot in this salon again. I requested 2 appointments so my daughter and I could have side by side pedicures. We arrived 10 minutes early, selected our polish and waited while others were taken back. Finally after 20 minutes and asking several times we were taken back and were ushered to stations no where near each other. My daughter questioned the attendant who asked another patron to move. She was not happy. We then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes without anyone even noticing us. They didn't even let us soak our feet. After 50 minutes we finally left and no one said a word to us, not even to apologize. Part of the problem is they ask you when you want to come in, not when they have availability. I went to Centifola with my sister for her birthday. I walk in and its very welcoming. Appears clean. We went for a mani/pedi. Started off with pedicures and it was awesome. We were offered wine and everything was fine and dandy. Enjoying ourselves. My sister came back and the man that was doing her nails was not being very nice. The chair that she was sitting in was broken so she had to keep moving up herself. My sister got the dip powder on her finger nails and they were a completely different color than what was on her toenails. She wanted them to be the same color. Now to me- I got a regular manicure. The man that did my sisters nails did mine, and he ripped my nails apart. I was bleeding everywhere, he put a liquid bandaid on my fingers but never cleaned my nails.
