They have an elderly African-American receptionist who is a pleasant woman, but has hearing loss and lack basic medical knowledge to correct herself. Often times you'll have to repeat yourself or hear her repeat things back you that are completely wrong and odd. It's not just customers, but she's like this with doctors, often repeating information from doctors incorrectly to patients in calls, and causing confusion/misunderstandings. The doctor was very nice and they did a Covid/flu test in office. Luckily it might be allergies or the cold thats going around. The offices are clean and comfortable and it was a very smooth, no wait visit. They do labs and other tests as well as physicals too so this is a convenient option if you're waiting for your doctors to fit you in or get sick during the weekend, as we did. It's in the same plaza as Kroger in the left corner. Easy to find and convenient.
