Had an refinance appraisal done but it came back over $10,000 less than my original purchase price…read morein 2017 and $30,000 less than the estimated value. The appraisal itself had a lot of wrong information as one of the lines stated my property was in the garden level when in actuality it is on the 3rd floor of a three floor condo building. This appraisal lost me $625 and ruined my chance of getting a refinance for a better interest rate that would have been perfectly okay if it were with another appraiser. The false information and lack of due diligence is just completely unnecessary. My bank is looking into this further to figure out if they will continue to use this company.

Mr. Watkins was very rude and mean on the phone. I tried to reschedule, but he was unwilling. Mr Watkins caused me to be frustrated the entire day due to his professionalism and tone on the phone.
