    Vermont Square

I rented a car from this place for travel. Everything was pretty quick and without any problems…read more When I returned the car, there were no problems getting my deposit back. Maybe this place is more expensive than some others, but I can recommend this place for car rental. I would rather pay a little more and get good service than save money and have problems with getting my deposit back, etc.

I never leave negative reviews, but everyone should know the truth about this company!…read moreOur rental experience was horrible and unsafe. The company showed Neglect, lack of professionalism, and zero concern for Customer Safety. We were given a car in broken condition -- the suspension was bad, causing strong shaking at 70 mph. answer on this situation was: "What, should we drive every car up to 70 mph on highway after each customer to check if it shakes?" Very professional, right? The next day, the tire burst, and a mechanic confirmed the car was unsafe to drive. The tire and wheel numbers didn't match, proving negligence. When we asked for inspection papers, they refused . we paid for tire. They refused to refund $400 for the tire and kept the $100 deposit. The wheel was crooked and even after changing it the car continued to shake. The contract contains a clause that raises suspicion: don't show the contract to anyone and don't tell anyone it's a rental car. Why such secrecy? Maybe because the car hasn't passed the inspection, and you rent out bad cars? Avoid this company -- choose verified rentals with real inspection papers and safe cars! Complaints have been submitted to all relevant authorities -- such safety violations must not go unpunished! To continue: #We immediately reported this issue as soon as we discovered it, but your employee responded only the next day, as I already mentioned. Your employee told us to check the tire pressure but didn't say a single word about replacing the wheel! Even after the tire burst and we replaced it, the car was still shaking! It's clear you didn't inspect the vehicle after us if you don't even know that it still shakes -- which proves the problem was never with the tire but something much more serious! This once again shows your incompetence and the fact that you don't properly inspect your cars before renting them out! The video clearly proves the car was issued in a defective condition! Our trip was already significantly affected -- we didn't drive as far as planned because we avoided using the car too much for our own safety! For your information, there was no knocking sound in the car, only intense shaking at a speed of 70 mph, which we tried to avoid because it made driving impossible. This proves we didn't overuse or "finish off" the tire. You can try driving it yourself on the highway and see how you react! I have no intention of deceiving anyone -- unlike you. After disputing the charge you received of $400, and you continue to withhold the $100 deposit that, according to the contract, must be returned. So perhaps you're simply trying to profit from everyone by charging people and repairing your damaged cars at their expense -- but even that didn't work this time, since the suspension will still have to be replaced. I have never encountered a more unprofessional company that refuses to listen to the actual problem and insists on its own version of events, as if you were there during our trip! Exactly -- I stand for honesty, and that's why the authorities will make the final decision!
