PROS: Very nice staff and car selections. They were very kind to give me an upgraded car when they didn't have one at the price point chosen. I also love to support local small businesses CONS: The car was very dirty. It's important I mention Amir was kind in offering me a free car wash next door. I declined having thought it was just a little dirty on the outside, I also didn't have the time. Not having done a check at the time of rental, I later came to find/hear cans rolling around under the seats, used tissues, and some sticky substance in the cup holder. The price does appear great, but coming to find out they don't work on a 24hr cycle has you realize it's actually more expensive than their competitors. My rate in this case was $40 a day, but that is solely from the time of pick up to 5pm their closing time of the same time. I was informed that should I return it even at 8am (when they open) the next morning I would be charged for two days. Making $45 rent a car from their competitors who work on a 24hr cycle 3x CHEAPER. Purchased a car from Pro Car Rentals, The seller/ part owner of the company Jonathan was nice and courteous in the beginning. I admit the mistake of giving him the full amount of money before having the items missing/ damaged re-mediated first. The car was missing a floor mat, the key needed programming and there were cigarette burns inside which he promised to take care of. When we received the car two days after the only thing that was done was someone took a wire brush to the cigarette burns and damaged the upholstery in the car. After weeks of him ignoring my texts, promising to meet up, and never following through I gave up. The company left that slimy used car salesman feeling with me and I will never suggest this company to anyone for car rentals or vehicle purchases. STRONGLY URGE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! read more

This place is a scam. Every car is malfunctioning in some way. They double charged my credit card for weeks covered by my insurance and charged me for damages to a car that were there when I picked it up all without even asking or getting my signature. These guys seriously saved my life last night. They were at the scene of a bad rear end accident when somebody slammed into the back of my car on pico at about 8:30 PM. They came with the tow truck driver, and helped me get a great deal on a rental car that I would not of been able to afford really otherwise.
