They are all around a pleasure to work with. I have used their professional services to repair my red ford mustang eco boost convertible 2016 twice in the last 18 months. They make the stressful circumstance of repairing your vehicle after a collision that was outside of your liability so seamless when it comes to price transparency, consistent follow-ups and regular updates on repair status. They strive for excellence in their business and they have attained it. I don't know where to start. My car had a minor repair, but had to have a panel replaced. I was never treated so well as I was treated there. They went above and beyond. I am writing a review, purely based on the service or lack thereof provided by Juan and Jorge. I contacted Juan in October about getting my Audi leather console replaced and also needed to get a couple cabin and engine filters replaced. They said they will let me know when they order the replacement and set up a time for me to come in. This was before Halloween and I was out of town so when I came back, I followed up and was told that I would get a call back. Never did. I keep having to follow back up on when to come in. Jorge keeps telling me he will get back to me when I call and never does. I've texted w him per his request and no reply. One will tell me they will connect with the other and get back to me. They don't. I've called and texted Jorge several times to set up an appointment. No follow up. This happened no less than 3x in a row and frankly, it's terrible service. I shouldn't have to chase anyone down when I'm trying to give you my business. Even more disappointing, this was a referral. read more

Took my Audi A8L to get detailed today and it came out amazing! In the 2 years that I've had my car, I've never seen it shine inside and out like this before! They deep cleaned the leather and detailed the paint outside and after about 2 hours the car looked better than when I first bought it! My car smells sooo good as well! I took my Prius in a few months ago to la masters on the referal of a friend. I drove from hermosa beach to get here cause I heard they were great. Alex and George were both very professional and the work was completed proficiently and in a timely manor. I had my car back for about two weeks when a big rig tire hit me at 80 mph on the I 10 had to take the car back in and I came back to la masters cause of the great service and great work that was performed. Amazing service!! I highly recommend this shop. I got into a fender bender on the highway, and the front of my car was totally bent out of whack. When I brought my car in, I dealt with a very friendly guy named George. He gave me his personal number to communicate easier, which was awesome because I was constantly checking in on the car. He assured me they could fix everything and the shop even covered my $500 deductible! I got my car back within a couple weeks and it looked brand new!!!!
