I was sick and the crazy wind made me hoarse so I was just yelling a bit so they could hear me. Hey "BOSS", next time figure out what the situation is before you come out yellin. I love my neighbor, absolutely, and was trying to help yall to help her and you came outside looking like a total jerk screaming at me. It's not my fault I'm hoarse and your dudes couldn't hear me over the 65mph gusts of wind. Stay away, very unprofessional. Not impressed with how they treat ppl. They obstruct everything then tell you to call the number on the truck if you have a problem. THEN go get big "boss" to come out and scream at you like a freaking idiot. You have a loooong way to go in maturity before you could ever run a truly successful business as your customer service skills leave MUCH to be desired. Told me it was low that had a leak and needed a new ac unit,which would cost me $15,000 with very minimal inspection. He told me it would cost me $300 a pound for replacement and i would need about 7 pounds and he threw out a $2100 price tag. Basically it appeared he was there just to sell me a new unit. He didn't replace what he had taken off to do the inspection. He cut the tape on my inside refrigeration unit and did not replace it and then he left. It was a very bad experience. I have used Earls in the past for plumbing with no problems, but I will not use them ever again for AC. Talked with another AC guy who said they would put stop leak in it for the leak.

A serious one and it only manifested 2 months after our last service call from Earl's. The problem was in the same precise area they had worked and I was certain is was a workmanship/parts issue however in a 25+ yo house there are other things that could be argued. I was very unhappy. What matters here is that no one argued. I called, described the problem, and that morning they had remediation people out and they were fixing the problem. The remediation and repairs were fully done and there have been no problems since. I received a call from the owner asking simply, "What do you think of us?" It mattered to him. I probably learned more about the company in that one unpleasant but well-responded to incident than the half dozen calls previous. These are good people who care about quality.

Back on 4/1/25, your office was notified that I wanted the account placed on hold until further notice, and not likely renewing services because I was out of state on personal business. There was no indication of my requesting renewal. On 6/14, I received a threatening text stating there was $350 amount due for additional services to monitor bait stations on my property, and if I didn't pay it it would be turned over to debt collector.. Scary, since no additional services had been rendered at my property for the last 12 months to my knowledge as I keep my fences to sides and back your locked at all times. I immediately called on 6/14 and spoke to someone in your office and told them at no time did I make request to continue services with Meer, thus should not be receiving any extra billing for no services rendered by anyone from your company. There's obviously a disconnect between your offices and the customer, so please Just stay off my property. Will consider it trespassing, if any of your employees enters or walks upon my property without permission while I'm not on the property. Sorry I ever did business or paid your company $1000 for basic termite services, and as business owner you should never argue with your customer.
