    Sent a couple guys out I think their names were Justin and Chris . I've had Chris before. Great guy knows what he's doing. Justin was also on point very nice very upfront. Let me know that I needed a new back tire. I would've never known because you couldn't see it, very professional if you need mobile service there the guy to call Kia and I would never go back to a Kia dealership, especially the Lake Wales And they also run amazing deals on oil, changes changes and such just all around. Great company great staff.

    We have purchased two cars from here. Each time, we have been treated with the utmost courtesy and diligence. Our latest purchase was a used car for our daughter. She had a small problem with the brake lights and they took care of it the very same day! Even though the car was bought as is, they have a 30 day warranty. It is so nice to work with people who respect you and are true to their word. Shout out to Mark - you rock!

I was greeted by Mike and Kevin in the Lake Wales Johnny's Automotive they were very cordial very friendly very professional and they just changed my thinking on mechanics and garages from a zero to a 10. I never thought spending a bunch of money would be such a good experience especially at a shop while I'm here to tell you if you need any work done I highly highly recommend when you go there to ask for either Kevin or Mike to assist you give you a quotes they even left a rose on my steering wheel how awesome is that God bless them and I will be back for sure thank you for an awesome experience guys. Edit: 4th visit and just as great as my 1st. Went in to get just a oil change. Went in had coffee while my car was being serviced. Mike Mgr. You won't find anyone any kinder, funny & professional than him. Customer service is impeccable !! Mike makes you feel like it's your first time every time. He knows the automotive business, he's super sharp that's for sure. Kevin is a awesome man too knows what he's talking about and made me feel welcome as always. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-tier. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. Their mechanics clearly know exactly what they're doing because the quality of the work was outstanding, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. But the real standout was the manager, Mike. Mike went above and beyond in every possible way. It's rare these days to meet someone so personable, honest, and genuinely kind. He treated me like family instead of just another customer. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.     Stay far away. I…read moretook my car to Grease Monkey in Dundee last Saturday for a routine oil change. While starting the work, the crew told me my radiator had a major defect and needed replacement (this was visually obvious). I agreed, and four hours later picked up my car at the quoted price. On the drive home, I noticed my horn didn't work. At home, I discovered all the panel clips in the engine bay were destroyed, and my horns were hanging by their wires -- completely unbolted. I reattached them myself. The next morning, I found a large puddle of coolant in my garage. A quick inspection revealed a coolant hose near the top of the radiator was only half reconnected and missing its clamp -- the source of the leak. Given the horn and clip issues, I decided not to return to Grease Monkey and risk more mistakes. I called and left a message explaining the problems. On Monday morning, the manager asked me to bring the car back in. I explained I no longer trusted them with my vehicle. He said he'd speak to the owner about a partial labor refund and call back. Instead, I had the car towed to my regular mechanic. They immediately diagnosed even more issues: the bottom radiator hose was installed incorrectly and "cinched," preventing coolant from entering the radiator at all. They performed a complete coolant flush and fixed the hose connections. I followed up in person with Grease Monkey. The manager again asked why I didn't let them "fix it" and offered excuses, including blaming a "vacuum" for the hose issue. He assured me he was going "above and beyond" and offered me a $25 coupon -- despite the fact that their mistakes could have caused serious overheating damage. He also claimed this "has never happened before," though I know of at least one similar incident with a neighbor whose belt replacement failed the very next day, leaving her stranded. I've been a loyal Grease Monkey Dundee Oil Change customer for over two years. Prices were fair, service was fast, and I had no complaints -- until now. This experience showed a severe decline in workmanship and attention to detail. Cars in the shop now seem few and far between, which sadly matches the quality I've seen. Bottom line: I will not return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this shop. My trust in them is gone, and I am still waiting for any real follow-up or reimbursement for the costs I incurred fixing their mistakes.

    My family and I just recently moved to Bartow, FL. My son bought a vehicle that started to have…read moreissues with a loud knocking sound in the top part of his motor. I found Master Mobile Auto Doctor by a google search (Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews). My son called and spoke with the gentlemen named Gene about what was going on with his truck, was quoted $105.00 per labor fee and scheduled to drop his truck off on Sunday, July 30, 2023. He left a note as to what he did to the truck and to call him before proceeding with any work. The next day, Monday, July 31, 2023, Gene, called my son and stated that his engine was not getting oil to the top end of the motor. My son mentioned that his sensor was broken for his oil. He asked permission to take the top manifold intake off. My son said OK. Later that day, he called my son back and asked him to come by his shop so he could show him something. My son proceeded to his shop. He asked my son, there is no way you took of the top end of your motor off (actually argued) my son said, Sir, I did the work myself with his friend (who was with him). Gene said OK. Then proceeds to tell my son his cam (rod that runs through motor) is bad, and he only has two options, rebuild or new motor. My son was like there is no way it's the motor, the motor is strong. It's not getting oil, that is the problem. Well, he needed a day to think about that total of a new motor or rebuild and to talk to other well-known mechanics (head mechanic at Ford). Showed him the pictures and videos of the cam and its normal wear and tear for a vehicle that is a 2000 and not bad. He called Gene the next day and said, I want you to put a new oil pump in it and go from there since the motor isn't getting oil. The guy said "I am not doing that" you only have those two options (rebuild or new motor). My son said then please leave as is and I will come get my truck. Gene said OK. The next day Tuesday, August 1, 2023, my son goes to the shop with my truck to pick up his truck. Gene says, who's truck is that? My son said, my mom's. He states, oh your mom lets you just hot rod in her truck. (Personally, that is none of this guy's business as to what my son is driving)! As my son was leaving with his truck in tow, Gene stops him and says, "if you put a new oil pump and new rob barring's you will have a good motor". To me that is a slap in the face!!! Did he not recall that my son stated to put a new oil pump in first thing Tuesday morning, and he said he would not do that. He didn't want to perform the easier work and wanted to get my son for a "new motor or rebuild motor"! Who does that? He slapped my son with a bill for 4hrs of labor at a rate of $125.00 and then threw another 3% credit card fee on top of it, total of almost $600 due to the 3% fee. Let's not mention his website states a flat rate of $100.00 labor fee and no mention of a credit card fee of 3%. Also, lets mention his illiterate wording on his invoice. If you read your invoice, it makes no sense (example: "CHACK OVER FOR LIFER NOSE PULL VAL COVERS O..." "FOND WATER PIP NOT BOLTE DOWN"). Do not use this guy! Now I got my son's truck back, the guy did move the motor again as the cam rod is not in same position and now there was oil in the top of the motor which was not there as of Monday night when my son last seen his vehicle and instructed Gene to not touch it anymore. Highly disgusted that an older man would try and rip off a child who is trying his best to get his truck fixed. Worst experience!!!!!!

    EXPERIENCE. This is…read morewhat this auto mechanic place is truly about. Dealerships , Car Mechanics are known to be scammers especially when you are a woman having your car checked out. I read reviews re: this place and based on the reviews locals referred people here for auto work . They mentioned alot on the customer service and that their pricing is similar to dealerships. I was on my way to the car share meet up spot this particular morning and my car started to give up - I had this check engine light icon on for a while but the honda dealership (WINTER HAVEN) checked it out sometime last year and it was temporarily off from the dash board but after paying $1k for them to "diagnose" the issue - the light went back on and I gave up. A few months ago my car started jerking at times when I accelerated. But this time the morning of when I was heading out - the car just gave up accelerating. Thank god I was still able to bring my car back to my driveway at 5 MPH. Called AAA and towed my car to Johnnys which they open at 730am. Upon arrival - I seen this location before passing through haines city - But never thought my experience here was 5 stars. When the tow driver was releasing my car - One of the staff asked me - We can give you an UBER to drop you home and pick you up when the car is ready. DEALERSHIPS NEVER OFFER FREE UBER TO THEIR CUSTOMERS not from my dealership! This UBER was out of JOHNNYS automotive EXPENSE! The place looks like a half barber shop and Fords Garage and Cracker Barrel feel. They had rocking chairs seating in the front along with tables, mini golf to play with for downtime while waiting for you car to be fixed etc. They were open slightly before 730 and was welcomed by 2 employees - The inside of this place was clean - smelled good - Very americana - they seem to be a big fan of the sheriff of polk county since you see a poster of him on the door in front of the massage chair area LOL - So u can tell they support locals from businesses/organizations and of course customers. They offer a massage chair which I used and abused LOL There times I caught myself snoring. They offer a section where you can charge your phone, Also a section where they offer array of drinks in a chiller (water and soda cans) - Fresh coffee (NON KEURIG) - Cookies, Pastries, Chips, Beef jerky amongst the snack options that were displayed. A roll of paper towel stand for any messes while snacking. The small details of this place was pretty awesome from the entrance door handle to the decor inside. So while they took in my car to see the issues - I sat in one of the cushioned chairs by the entrance windows - And I was falling asleep. One of the staff said to me - there is a massage chair in the back you can lay there and sleep if you want. At first I did not know how to take that - I thought he just did not want me sleeping in front of customers coming in etc - But I took his advice and the massage chair is located by the other exit door in the back. That area is close to the restroom as well. Be mindful you are facing Sheriff Grady Judd LOL The restroom is clean - And offered air spray / 2 types of soap for use. After waiting for diagnosis - One of the staff came to me and stated the concern. I agreed with the issue and was there from 730 and almost 12pm. I did not feel pressured with any additional sales etc and I felt that they were genuine about the issue which was weird. As I approached my car and sat in it - There was a lilac rose on my dashboard. - and the car had NO dashboard icon lights at all. God willing - its running like its a brand new car again. My car appreciated Johnnys automotive and the EXPERIENCE here is top notch,. Who gives women a rose after doing car business with them? Johnny automotive does. This is not about the rose LOL its about the EXPERIENCE dealing with JOHNNYS AUTOMOTIVE.
