He place trade-in values, sales prices, and warranty information with industry definitions in writing. This straight forward, honest approach to purchasing a used vehicle is something not typical from my local vendors. I drove over 3 hours one way to complete this transaction, worth every cent and minute! The pricing grabbed my attention, their service we keep my business. Mr. Michela Aycock was the lead on the financing portion of this deal. He also had a no pressure charisma about the way he conducted business and placed terms in writing before we concluded the transaction. Apparently if you bring your car into a Ford dealership and you say something to the service department because they screwed up your car spectacularly, they will call your work and inquire about why you're ticked off. I was ticked off because they screwed up my vehicle and apparently one of their service advisors is friends with my assistant manager and decided to call her on her day off to ask about me, which has now caused ALOT of tension at work. I feel like my privacy and personal business was breached. They screwed up my car. No one else has touched my vehicle where the rear dash cam is except for Weikert Ford. Service manager without seeing car tried to tell me the tire was road damage (my fault) Car has 3317 miles on it with a Pirelli tire. Pictures show no damage to rim or wheel well so would be darn near impossible to hit tire without hitting rin or whell well first. Had car flatbedded to Weikert where I bought it. Asked Service manager to at least look at tire contact Pirelli as they should prorate the tire and with only 3317 miles on it should have been fully covered. Two days later got an email my car was ready to pick up. Got there to find they had replaced the tire charged me 320.00 and when I asked for the old tire back was told they couldnt find it must have been thrown out. Manager said Pirelli rejected any warranty yet Pirelli doesnt know who he talked to. Since they threw away the tire I cant get Pirelli to look at it and do anything. So I am out 320.00 and will not ever spend another 45,000 dollars with Weikert Ford again. This guy had a real issue when I tried telling him what the warranty booklet said about prorating tires. Seemed to have a real attitude. He has lost my business for both service and Sales. Beware of the service department! read more

I took my truck in on June 3rd for a recall, transmission issues, window issues and radio issues. The truck is a 2021 and only 40k miles everything should have been covered under warranty and was also led to believe that. Today 7/2 they called and said the truck was ready and I owed a deductible for a part that was defective with the radio. I asked them why they didn't call before replacing the part and assuming I would pay the deductible. I talked to the manager and he said lucky you had the extra warranty because it would have been a lot more expensive, then proceeded to say "we can remove the part, but we probably wont be able to get it again". If they would have called first and said there was a deductible I wouldn't have worries about the radio part right now. read more

We drove almost two hours ONE WAY - after a couple different conversations with J.R. Rushing (if that's his real name) - to purchase a used Odyssey ONLY to discover that it had severe acceleration issues. It was very clean, but sounded like a lawn mower when accelerating! Before we arrived, we asked him if there was anything not working on the Odyssey. He said it "Runs and drives good." Sure, if you never accelerate or drive over 40! The sales guy who helped us (JR was off) didn't have a clue what was wrong and had to go ask someone. He came back with a poor attitude implying that we were aware of the issue. Not true. IF that was the case, then JR's text message is clearly a lie. We would have had the opportunity to prepare to have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent, reputable mechanic had we known about the issue beforehand. This dealership wasted our time and energy. Thankfully we found a honest dealership to purchase our Odyssey from Swerve Auto in Longwood, FL. This place puts the sleaze in car sales. My parents drove two hours to pickup a new truck with price and trade-in previously agreed upon. They then decided the trade-in needed new tires and deducted $500 per tire from the trade-in value...$2000 for tires!!! There were only 30,000 miles on the truck and the tires were OE and still had prorated warranty up to 60,000. It's just sad when older people are taken advantage of. THEY ARE REFUSING TO FIX OUR TRUCK!! It's a recall the dealership asked us to have fixed. Now they want to say Ford isn't responsible to fix the problem, that we are to blame for the issue. Our truck has been serviced for this problem three times now. Each time they give it back to us in worse condition then when bringing it in. We have spent our own money trying to help solve the issue. What a joke!! Lee (an 8 yr staff member here) assured us we would be taken well care of and the truck would be fixed. Another joke!! We came into the dealership to have a meeting with Rob (the service supervisor) and he used physical force to try and initiate me as I'm walking out of the facility. The police were notified and it's on video. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING!! BUY FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP WHERE THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!! Those that know me know I like to get a new car every 2 to 3 years. I've dealt with many dealerships. I've had my first bad experience with a car dealer. I bought a Ford last year from Weikert Ford in Lake Wales. The car is ok and I got a decent deal but that's where the relationship ends. After purchase I was quoted window vents, price was good so I got them. After installation the cost was double! Next event... I had a clunking noise when I backed up. Went in three times for this, the final time they determined it was the brakes. Now, I have a Ford and am at a Ford dealership and they had to order brake pads!? The service department was rude, said I could go elsewhere if I didn't want to wait. Third and final event, I took the car in for oil change and tire rotation. I was told if I use a debit or credit card it was 2% more! I was floored. When they took my car back I called another local Ford dealer. Not only was the service cheaper they did not charge for debit card use. I told the boy in service this and his reply was "we haven't started your car yet if you want to go there". I let it go, went to look for the owner who wasn't in. I spoke with the sales manager, who is a super guy, told him I would never set foot there again. Informed him I would blast this dealership everywhere. Someone who has a substantial repair would have to pay 2% more if they use a card to pay! Oh yeah, I had an event for a non-profit agency and asked for a small donation, not surprised it was denied. If they can't afford to run credit cards I shouldn't expect a gift card for a raffle. If you are looking to buy a Ford I DO NOT recommend Weikert Ford. read more
