I have been coming here for a very long time . Yet, its my first time posting a Yelp review. I must say, I have always had excellent customer service. Please forgive my observation. This tailor shop has 60 FIVE STAR reviews in the None reccomended section. Yet, these negative reviews are possibly not even honest and true. ( 1.) Panida C. From Corona Ca. Dated : Nov 15,2023. The review of Ms. Panida C. is almost one year ago. She keeps complaining about the same thing. Sadly it could be she might be having early symptoms of PMS. Or early stages of Bipolar or Dementia? ( 2.) This review from Ms. Happee L. from Walnut Calif. Dated: Jan 29, 2024. This review seems like a fake review. Why? The city of Walnut has lots of tailors. Why would she drive all the way to Corona Calif? This is a fake review. She sadly might not like Hispanics? Sadly there are lots of haters out there. I will pray for her. This pathetic women needs to repent and give her entire life to God. Her post is already more then five months old. She keeps complaining about the same thing. She is probably spoiled ? We all know the type, ( Burger King have it your way) . ( 3.) Then we have , winning Ms. Chilly C. all the way from Toronto Canada. Her post is dated : Oct 12, 2023. Her fake review is almost eight months old. Why would this fake person fly all the way from Toronto Canada just to use a tailor in Corona Calif? This is a fake post. This fake person was paid by some company to post a fake blog. Why ? EXTORTION. I am not going to say the name of that company. ( 4.) Then we have another spolied customer with a , no doubt fake post. By Ms. Kristina M. from Villa Park Calif. Her fake post is dated : April 23, 2024. Why would this fake person drive all the way from Villa Park Calif to have a tailor do work for her. Villa Park is way out by Irvine. Just reading her post she sadly sounds very biased and extremely very racist. Its obvious Ms. Kristina M. is obviously very biased and extremely jealous. She does not want to see Hispanics prosper in life. So she sits in her big mansion writting negative blogs on all Hispanic businesses . Why? She only wants to see her own kind prosper . Ms. Kristina M . sounds like she grew up with a silver spoon in her mouth. She is obviously jealous . She does not want to see any Hispanics prosper . I met her kind. They sadly do not get potty trained until they turn fifty years old. They beg for attention. They love to put other people down just to make their self look good . How pathetic . I have been coming here for years. All I can say is all the tailoring work is always excellent. If I could I would give this tailor shop one hundred ten star reviews. This tailor shop has ( 60 ) FIVE STAR reviews in the none reccomended section. This does not even make any logical sence. The front desk lady speaks Spanish & English . She is always very nice & very polite. She will measure you & re-measure you. What else could you want? She will even re-measure you. No human is perfect. Yet, here they strive for perfection . As the old saying go's," In time you will really get to know a person. We just saw the cell phone video of a very nice paying customer giving Christina a pair of brand new jeans. He only wanted six pockets with zippers and buttons placed exactly at certain locations. We can see Christina dancing around as though she was high on some kind of street drugs. The customer gave her the pants. The customer gave her some exact jean material to make the pockets. Plus the customer gave her some zippers and some buttons. We can see the customer explain the exact measurements of the pockets. Yet in the video we can see Christina laughing and dancing around as though she is loaded on some kind of street drugs. We can see Christina only charge the customer $20.00. She tells the paying customer the pants will be done, July 29,2024. A few days before the 29th of July the customer calls about the pants. The tailor has not even started on the pants. July 29th 2024 the pants were not even being started because Christina lkes to lie to paying customers. She has a problem being honest and has no integrity. The customer tried calling Christina about the pants co workers would place customer on hold just 30 minutes before tailor shop closes. As she continues to lie and mistreat customers her darkness will be brought to the light. At last July 31, 2024 came. We can see in the cell phone video the customer comes into tailor shop with a measuring ruller. None of the pockets were the exact size the customer requested. The two back pockets were suppose to be 7 inches wide by 9 inches deep by 7 inches wide. With a zipper at the top. With a two inch flap also buttoned in place . The two front pockets were suppose to be : 7 inches wide and 9 inches deep and 61/2 at the bottom. This is not what was done. The last pockets were not suppose to be sticking out. All that should have been displayed is a zipper with the pockets inside. The bottom size of these pockets were suppose to be 3 inches by 8 inches. Because Christina has showed how she values a paying customer , she now should not be surprized if forever she will now get none stop negative reviews. Action speaks louder then words. Also if her lousey tailor is going back to South America , tell him to not let the door hit him on the way out. Or in other words. His tailor work is all trash. Christina should only wash and fold clothes if her business can do this. The Holy Bible says: For what is done in darkness will be brought to the light. Bad customer service. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I took in my wedding dress here as my fiancé and I have been loyal customers for a couple years now. My wedding dress did require alterations as it was small/tight on the back (approximately 4 inches down). I went in and the OWNER/MANAGER assisted me and said the ONLY option was to have a corset and to leave it without the panel for a "sexier" look. I took her advice and she said to come back for a fitting. I went back on the fitting date only to find out that my wedding dress was in absolute ruins. It did not resemble its original form whatsoever and quite frankly looked horrible. They took out the entire zipper and added the worst corset I have ever seen. Nothing was aligned, the sewing on it was also poorly done. I left due to her saying I had additional fittings and they would work on it further. She for one, does not do the alterations, which I did not know until after. It's a guy in the back who did not even see me until the second time I went for the first fitting and even he said the corset was too low. After reality settled I returned a couple minutes later to pick up my dress. To begin, I went in calm and trying to keep my composure because I was ready to cry my eyes out. She told me "why are you mad you shouldn't be mad I told you that there's several fittings" which not once did I raise my voice or give her attitude. She kept talking over me and stating that "you shouldn't have never bought a dress 3 sizes too small for you and you need to stop eating from here until the wedding." On top of absolutely DESTROYING my dress she was being absolutely rude and unprofessional. Her behavior is disgusting and unacceptable. Customer service is non-existent here. I went back today 3/21 to get my money back and immediately she got defensive stating "I have you recorded" and not working with us despite knowing the wedding is around the corner and the shit job that they did. AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE SHE SAID SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE REVIEWS. She even brought out her husband who is the alleged owner. She was yelling and talking over us and the minute I tried to get a word in he said "don't yell at my wife" but allowed her to continue her yelling. She started saying my marriage won't last longer than a year and that she wished us the worst. Please don't waste your time and money on this awful business. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I must admit, I am so very thankful ,my very good friend from back in college told me about this fabulous and amazing tailor shop. Right when I was thinking there is no such things as miracles. Then my friend tells me about the care, the consideration. Also the great attention to detail. I met my college friend at the Sizzler Restaurant on 6th Street. This is just across the street from this fabulous and amazing tailor shop. How I explained to her I need my business suit tailored. Then she informed me about, Express Custom Cuts Tailoring & Cleaners. I was extremely very happy. I wanted to look my best for the up coming interview. The good news , I past my job interview. My business suit looked perfect and fabulous. Plus I practiced my job interview skills from this book called: 101 Questions For Job Interviews , By Ron Fry. I followed up with the job interviewer with a email and a letter. I called every three days. I introduced my self as Ms. Harris , and that on so and so date , I had a job inteview with Mr. Blank. I got the job. I explained , I was willing to work part time. I would eventually hope this part time would lead to full time. So my business suit really made me shine. It put me on the map. I read the book: Dress For Success. So now I have this job. Plus there is a great possiblity some other full time employee is transfering. So I might get the full time position I wanted. All I can honestly say is, thank you. I love the expert , care the consideration. The attention to detail. I love how the front desk customer service lady , measures you and then remeasures you. She will even turn down the beautiful Latin music to hear all your concerns. She loves paying attention to detail. She provideds the estimated time of completion. I am completly astonished. My friend told me about the excellent customer service. The beautiful Latin music. Visiting here , so reminded me of two different vactions I had. Once to Spain . In Madrid , Spain. Beautiful Latin music playing . Then once we visted South America . Again beautiful Latin music playing. It just makes me just want to dance Salsa, Cunbia , and Maragay . The atmosphere is excellent. The front desk customer service is simply beyond words. The ladies working the front desk and significantly very smart, nurturing and caring. I was honestly blown away , by the excellent customer service. The front desk female is always so very nice and so very pleasant. She speaks Spanish andEnglish. They always have lots and lots of customers. I must admit it is a bit of a drive. Yet, I am willing to make a small sacrifice just to have expert quality and expert tailoring. This tailor is just gifted. There is no doubt in my mind this tailor could make me a black leather jacket or dress over coat. As long as I properly explain and write down the exact measurments and design . If I provide the materials. I also know this highly professional tailor could easily make me a custom made three piece suit. I love quality and money is not really a issue. The prices were really great. I needed certain garments measured to perfection. So a local resident and very good friend told me about this wonderful establishment. I went with her to this wonderful Express Custom Cuts. There was lots and lots of customers. We waited very patiently . My friend told me because the service is so very good , this establishment is always very busy. Well the very nice front customer service lady measured me. She even was nice enough to re-measure me . She measured me to complete perfection. Then she told us approximately the exact day, and date the work should be complete. I must say. When I put this out fit on, I did look and feel like a real princess. I must say I do hope this wonderful business expands. We need a shop like this in Irvine. I was most recently so very impressed by the expert tailor that works here. I noticed the marvelous work he did for a very good friend of mine. My friend purchased a Hawaiian shirt from Ebay . The shirt did not come with a top left pocket. Then my friend simply went to Joaan's clothing material store. He purchased one yard of polyester . He asked the very nice front desk lady to please have the expert tailor to please make the top left pocket 6 inches by 6 inches. Then my friend brought his first Hawaiian shirt here. Next he brought three more shirts here. All the tailor work was magnificent and marvelous . My friend also brought some ripped up old jean pants. This excellent tailor sewed all the rips and tears. I must say after being a local resident. This tailor is the best around. The very nice lady that works the front desk has excellent customer service. She will take the time to measure her customers.
