Each trip was well performed in a reliable and professional way. In June of 2023 we arranged with MET for transit to SJC from my home by sedan. Pickup was set for 5:40 AM. This agreement was confirmed by email from MET 2 days before the scheduled date. At the appointed time, no driver came. I phoned MET multiple times that day with no answer. No explanation was ever provided. To not show up and not inform us in any way is irresponsible and unacceptable. I will not use MET again.

We were able to knock out 5 wineries/wine tasting rooms and go on the 17 mile drive. Our driver Bill frequently communicated with me via text or calling after dropping us off, where he would be waiting and to let him know when were ready. He also did a good job chasing us around the limo to beat us at opening the door. We got a 6 person limo for 4 people and it was spacious and comfortable. The inside of the limo was very clean and new. It came stocked with vodka, champagne, sodas and water. They also have the changing color lights on the walls and ceiling of the limo for ambiance. Overall I would highly recommend this company for limo services and definitely for any future transportation needs in Monterey/Carmel area. I think the whole package was well worth what we paid and their prices are much lower than other limo services in the area.

Therefore, I sent him the contract and agreed to the new date. As the event got closer I called again to confirm the details for the day of the event and he stated he didn't have the contract, I sent him the contract for the second time he stated he no longer had the limousine available if I wanted he had another limo almost double the price! Therefore because he was unorganized with the contract he was unable to provide the service that was agreed on the contract. I was not going to pay double the price because he couldn't organize himself to book the limousine for the date. He stated he was not going to refund the deposit when he booked the limousine to another customer and he couldn't honor the service that was supposed to be rendered. The owner is a fraud! If I could select 0 stars I would definitely do so!

My experience is only flying in and picking up a rental car. Airports don't get much smaller than…read morethis. They are in the early stages of building a new terminal. Currently, you exit the plane by stairs/ramp. There isn't a jet bridge, so know that you face the elements upon arrival. Exiting the airport is easy. The car rental area is a one minute walk from the gates. Outside is ride share and parking lots. The car rental parking lot is close as well.

There are only a total of 5 gates here, no air ramps so you enter the aircraft the old fashioned way. What works here? Lots of things...the rental car lot is 30 feet away, we were the only ones going through TSA, and everyone working here is on a chill time line. Also they have a "bar" that you order drinks, pay for water, chips all in one. I would give this airport 5 starts however...the hot dogs looked like they were rolling around for a while. Also where is the imitation cheese pump to throw on that err...hot dog? Also no charging stations unless I walk from gate 3 to 5, I'm tired to walk that 50 feet. :)
