Alex helped me right away. He showed me the two battery options for my car and explained the differences in a way that actually made sense. He was also really quick to pull my old battery out and let me know that removing it first would save me around twenty two dollars because it covered the core cost. At one point I totally misheard him and did not follow him back into the store like I was supposed to. He ended up coming back outside to get me, and he stayed super patient the whole time even though my hearing is terrible and I kept feeling lost. He walked me through everything without making me feel dumb, answered all my questions clearly, and got everything done really fast. Honestly it ended up being a great experience.

They then proceeded to rent us tools for an additional $22 and the tool set was missing pieces necessary to do the install. It took an employee coming out and letting us use their personal toolbox to be able to do the job. A complete mess and drawn out process.

I showed up to pick it up when the parts show up. They're the wrong parts. I get it. Mistakes happen. I promptly informed the parts rep that those are not the parts that I ordered Her response is a stern "well that's what you ordered" Twitch I then began looking at my order. She looks it up in the system, and then realizes that truly they are the wrong part. No apology no accountability no owning the mistake. It's just always the customer's fault at Napa.
