Ryan has awesome customer service skills. He was quick and straight to the point. I called and asked for a window tint pricing, he provided it to me, and had same day availability. I was able to get in without an appointment and get out all within two hours. He's not here to upsell you, he's here to give you the information you need. And the window tinting prices are very competitive for the area, so there's really no need to hassle the price. Ryan is very fair with the price, and most of it goes to labor. I stayed in the shop and worked while my car was getting serviced, he was very accommodating. Also, while I was in there, I overheard him on the phone talking about making local donations. Ryan and his team are great they are so busy you need to make an appointment but I assure you the wait is well worth it. I took my recently purchased 2020 Cadillac XT6 in for a squeak coming from the rear cargo area, they were able to get it repaired in 30 min and back to a silent ride I've been expecting. BEST TINT SHOP PERIOD. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my tint done and I've previously had tint done at multiple locations in the Bay Area for other vehicles. The customer service is efficient and extremely helpful for one looking to get their tint done and have any questions you may have answered. As any busy shop, it's best just to visit in person and get on the schedule/ask your questions. I've had both my Tesla Model 3 and Tesla Model Y done at Marina Auto Stereo. I took my motorhome to Ryan at Marina Auto Stereo because the radio was not getting any reception. I expected it to need a new radio or worse. He checked it out with me and then had one of his employees pull it out. The radio was not plugged into the antenna. That was all that was wrong with it. They could have told me anything. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Radio on my 92 Jeep quit so I took it in to see what was wrong. They found a power wire had come out from all my bouncing around. With what I do for a living I have utilize the services of Marina auto stereo for quite some time Ryan the owner has always been extremely accommodating, fair with the price reliable and has always made time for me and my business no matter what and has also referred customers my way for the opposite end of things. I called on Wednesday to talk with Ryan about getting in on Saturday without hesitation he told me he would make time for us and come on in. My Hubby and I decided to do some additional tinting on our windows to bring one car this weekend and our jeep the following weekend. We arrived for our appointment exchanged some Pleasantries caught up for a minute dropped the keys and walked across the street to get a bite to eat they told us it would be about an hour. We ordered sandwiches for lunch nothing big or extravagant and we could literally see the shop pull the car in before we could even finish our lunch ( 3 windows 30 minutes-you do the math =bad a$$!) they were done and the truck and it looked amazing! We're so completely pleased and again we're coming back to do additional work with them and even contemplating adding additional services to one of our vehicles from Marina auto stereo because we know that we can trust them with our vehicles. Again what I do for a living I know the value of a vehicle I know how important it is to trust the people working on it,our vehicles are one of our biggest investments in life aside for our homes and if you are not a homeowner then your vehicle is usually your largest investment and people take that very seriously and I know we do so the fact that I can trust this facility completely with my vehicle is amazing.
