Needed some tires, called up this location of America's tire. The gentlemen that answered found my tires in 2 minutes and asked me to stop by for a look. Was there in the next 15 minutes. He did a full tire inspection and made some recommendations. Ultimately he respected the choices I made and didn't try to push anything. He was very nice, patient and professional. 45 minutes later I was leaving with new tires, at a decent price. I couldn't be happier. I have been a customer of Americas Tire for many years now. I have loved their customer service and price point. I understand this is a new location. However, I came in for tire sensor replacement and it took over an hour and a half! They never reset the alert on my car and within a day my car said it had a sensor malfunction. I went to my usual Americas Tire in Salinas. They fixed it within 30 minutes. I just think it's ridiculous I waited so long, and the problem wasn't fixed and paid $200. My husband got a flat tire and americas tire offers free repairs so long as the tire is repairable. Customer service is amazing. Brandon helped us and showed us some options for a replacement if a repair was not available. Location offers seating options. I did not see any coffee machine or beverages which is always a nice addition when waiting for your car. Bathrooms and lobby are very clean. Parking lot has plenty of spaces. read more

Brandon was courteous and expedient. He priced me out four tires that would fit my truck. I told him it would be a few hours before I could arrive there. This store deserves 5 stars a 100 times over. I stopped to have my tires checked before driving home due to hitting a pothole. Turns out two of my tires were pretty much gone. Turns out I not only need tires but I had bent rims. If there's a hero who saved the day and is a real life Superman, it's OZ. He was so understanding to our situation and wanted us to feel safe driving home. It worked out that we got to stay an extra night. I didn't have to drive in the dark and the next day he had rims as promised. I can't express my gratitude to OZ and the guys who service cars for him. I bought tires online and was able to schedule a same day appointment through their website, which was quick and easy. When I arrived, Brandon greeted me with a smile and checked me in right away. By complete accident I ordered tires from a company with a VERY similar name only a half mile from America's Tire. I walked in with a sleeping 16 month old on my waist thinking this was the other place i ordered the tires from but alas.. it was not. Ozzy, the manager, was super friendly and albeit a salesman he did not upsell me one bit on the kind of tires I needed. Had a flat and brought in for repair on a Monday. I'd changed the tire - and knew where the puncture was. They told me it couldn't be repaired. I am a 40 year discount tire customer and the tires were getting old so didn't argue and bought 4 new tires. Later that week I brought my daughter's car in, also for a flat repair, confident it too was fixable. Once again they told me it wasn't and sold me a new tire. Fortunately they forgot to mention it wasn't in stock so I would have to go back the next day. Rethinking my brand loyalty- I stopped at another shop on the way home - where they patched the tire without the slightest hesitation or concern. Further insult was when i called to cancel the order and told them what happened (twice?) they offered to buy me a new tire i didn't need....a few hundred books wasn't the issue. Integrity is the problem. In short - I will never return to to Discount/America's tire. Meanwhile, we lounged around in the lobby. Very clean within 10 to 15 minutes our guy came out and said he found the problem.
