I needed a pack of white underwear, that comes in a pack of 3. They didn't have it. They had the ones that came in different colors. I also needed a small notebook, which they had. They were also OUT of Canada Dry-Zero Sugar that comes in a box of 12. I also needed their pack of KIND bars, and they didn't have that either. We had to get that from Smart and Final that always has everything and is fully stocked. Needed an air freshener that you can plug into the outlet for our restrooms along with fresh, clean linen scent applicators that came in count of (2) inside. Both items were available. Glade brand is the way to go! Also got one gallon of water. Open 24 hrs, including the pharmacy, store was somewhat clean, no one on the floor to help him and he used the self serve checkout. Some shelves were empty, but aisles were easy to navigate. Carpet was also dirty. They also have a drive-thru. They have a gender neutral restroom, and a huge parking lot. Can't comment on their pharmacy, because we use another pharmacy that is near to our house. We get several coupons from them in a month. They only honored one 30%. So why keep sending the other ones? Each coupon is good for $25-to $30 worth of merchandise. I will stick to the CVS that is close to my house.

I'm a senior and I was supposed to get important medications that if I don't take I could get sick or worse meaning death. I paid for the medications and I paid for it to be delivered. I've had to call and speak to a social worker regarding elder abuse because I'm not able to get my medications even though I paid for them and also make a police report and I'm going to take it further and I'm talking to an attorney this coming week. Nate promised me that I would get the medications tonight Friday night between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. and didn't. And I didn't get it last night. And there's constant delays. Parmiz the other pharmacist is a narcissistic gaslighter. She hasn't even checked the messages since Tuesday afternoon. She tried to gas light me that I didn't return her correspondence on Tuesday when I did. And I have record of it. Maybe she needs to get off her lazy behind and check the text messages that come in. It's Friday today and she hasn't checked them since Tuesday. Unprofessional narcissistic attitude and lazy a very bad mix. They are just horrible. I literally watched three employees standing around chatting while people in line were waiting 20+ minutes. The vibe is just complete incompetence mixed with rudeness. Like many large companies, CVS appears to rely heavily on automated voice systems instead of having a person answer the phone. Unfortunately, these systems don't always seem ready for real-world use. On Tuesday, March 10, I called and used the automated system to refill a prescription. The system confirmed that the refill would be processed. I was a little hesitant to rely on the automated system alone--and now I understand why. I wasn't able to pick up the prescription on Wednesday, so on Thursday, March 12, I called at 9:12 a.m. to make sure it was ready. No one answered the phone, so I left a message. At 9:18 a.m., someone from the pharmacy called me back and confirmed that the prescription would be ready later that day. However, when I arrived around 4:30 p.m., the pharmacist told me there was no record of the prescription request at all. They also said they had no idea who from the pharmacy might have called me earlier in the morning and could not find any note or record in their system. It was essentially as if the previous two days of communication had never happened. This was for a heart medication. After I explained the situation and the time I had set aside after work to pick up the medication, the pharmacist was kind enough to give me two pills (heart medication) to hold me over, which I appreciated. Still, the overall experience was frustrating and made me question the reliability of the system and the coordination between staff. The pharmacist on duty in the afternoon had no information about who had called me earlier, even though the call clearly came from the pharmacy's local number on my caller ID. I hope CVS improves communication between staff and the reliability of the automated refill system. I'd like to continue using this location because it's convenient, but experiences like this make me wonder whether I can depend on them when it comes to something as important as prescription medication.

I have to admit I only started to come here because of medication shortage and I'm legit ready to move all RX needs here. Staff is always friendly and it feels like yesteryear. Not only can you get your RX but they have fun magnets, candy, greeting cards and over the counter stuff you would expect at a store like this. Sometimes the parking is a challenge but Santa Monica is more to blame for that. What more can I say - I am down with OPP
