I'm going to start off by saying I really hate going to the dentist because I have a lot of anxiety regarding them. And yet I have rated them all the stars! They were so friendly and kept asking if I was okay. They showed me a video when I was wondering about my procedure. The dentist himself was speedy and kind. The music was great and the front desk let me pay after because I was deciding whether to get the free or $49 exam. I was checked out by the dentist "Shah, Monil DMD" if you guys want a specific person to ask for; he answered all my questions very patiently and even waited for me to think over what I wanted to say. I had next to no wait time. Believe me if my insurance covered him I would switch in a heart beat. As it doesn't, however, he still gave me a 15% discount and told me to think about it. As for the office itself...super super clean, organized, and open. What a great place. And walking distance from me too! I already gave them five stars on a different site but wanted to come over here to thank them on yelp too. If you are able to switch to him I would recommend you do it ASAP because this is the best service I've ever received for sure! read more

This review is for Dr. Salem. After having cracked a molar and being in significant pain, I decided to visit Central Dental Associates after being recommended to them by my mother. I despise going to the dentist so I was pretty anxious to see what was in store for me. I didn't even have a chance for my nerves to settle down since I was called back immediately (which is a good thing when considering how impatient we can get in waiting rooms). Dr. Salem examined my cracked tooth and told me my options: either a giant filling or a dental crown. He explained the processes a bit and also showed me a video that explained the procedure I was to undergo. I ultimately settled on the crown and scheduled a date for the procedure. The day of the procedure, Dr. Salem made sure I was thoroughly numb to ensure I didn't feel a thing considering that was my number one concern going in. Sure enough, I was completely numb and didn't feel a thing. Overall it was a great experience and two weeks later my new molar is fully functional and looks completely real. read more

I went to this dentist as my insurance recommended me to them. It was far from my home but it was worth the commute. I was greeted well by Lillian ( I think that's her name) very well. I didn't have to wait long before they called me in. The girl who took my X-rays she was making me feel comfortable by talking about how my day was going on. Dentist came in the room promptly and explained me what's going on with mouth. I just needed cleaning and one filling which he got done same day. The shot didn't hurt bad!!!! I made my 6 month cleaning appointment and also appointment for my husband and son. I also liked the tote bag they gave me at the end! Very nice people!!!! read more

Have been a long time patient. Have been a patient of Dr. D. Shah in the past and was getting tired of poor care and unorganized management. I was about to switch the dentist for our entire family, but saw the sign of "under new management" and decided to give it one last try. Seems like the place has undergone a lot of restructuring - looks nicer. New dentist, Dr. Monil Shah, does an awesome job of taking care of his patients. Staff seems to be much more knowledgable and they convinced us to stay with them. read more

I like to bring my family here in central dental associates because Dr Shah and staff are great. The hygienist was great with my boy and my husband. She is patient and she does a very good job explaining to us how to take care of our teeth. She works there on Wednesdays sorry I forgot her name LOL. Dr Shah is sincere and care about your teeth. Dr Shah is great and a professional Dentist. Now on this time of our life it is hard to find this kind of Dr. keep it up!!!! read more

I took my daughter for cleaning last week. They did good job. Nurse was explaining my daughter everything as this was her first dental visit. They also had Santa Claus coming for the kids. My daughter was very happy and she was asking me when we left to go there for my cleaning as well!! Insurance coordinator Lori explained the insurance process very well. She also told me that it is the new owner and they are doing improvements in the office. read more

The old Dr. Dipak doesn't own the place anymore. A new guy bought it. It used to be dirty and they made you wait all day. Tehy cancel my appointments all the time. The new guys name is Dr. Monil Shah. I didn't have to wait this time I went and it was cheaper without the used car sales pitch. Looks like he redid the place. I've overall had an absolutely great experience here. The staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming. I've been here for about a year or so and am really glad I've made the switch! They offer a variety of treatments so there's no need to book elsewhere when all of the specialists are here. 10/10, recommend this place to anyone looking to switch dental offices! read more

This team is efficient and kind. They have very little wait and an excellent patient-side manner whether adult or child. I have a very nervous wife with dentists and she won't go anywhere else but here. My kids like it and have had to have teeth pulled which went as smooth as you could want. Highly recommended. I had a great experience. Erica McIntyre was my hygienist during my checkup and deep cleaning. She made a typically unpleasant trip to the dentist very comfortable. I was recommended to Central Dental Associates two years ago when I needed my wisdom tooth pulled. Since then, I've had two of my wisdom teeth pulled, cavities filled, cleanings and I got Invisalign. Dr. Shah, Maria (hygienist) and the entire staff are professional and pleasant to work with. read more
