Our basement is leaking again in the same spot and they refused to even acknowledge their past work. Rudely said to my husband ... "what are you - psychic? how do you know we did that work?" As we stand there with pervious invoice/warranty in-hand. Seriously? Quoted a complete different type of repair for 3x the original amount, and was beyond ignorant, cut me off and spoke over me every time I tried to ask a question ... like - why didn't you recommend this repair in the first place!?
